Lisa and her team are amazing!! I have been getting my nails done there about two years now and never changing them. They are professional and the only ones that can get my nails done right. Lisa uses quality products only and has a wide variety of colors, so many it’s hard to choose. Through Covid, this place felt safe to go to.. they are super clean.. the environment is relaxing with nice music.. that’s where I go to have “my” time to relax and enjoy their services!

Love this salon! Everyone is super friendly and they always do a great job! Normally I get gel but this past weekend I got dip for the first time and it turned out beautiful. Tina was so gracious in answering my questions and walking me through the process. LOVE the color!

Just went for a gift card, but their Covid protocol is great. Call first, tell them what you need, they come to the door and escort you in. My niece loves their services, so I can only comment on that through her.

This place lives up to the name. Not only are they fast as could be (a bonus for a busy mama) but they are legitimate artists. Highly Recommend!

1st time coming here and my nails came out great, really appreciate the work Tina did. But it sucks when you ask about pricing before hand and just because she didn’t tell me the pricing right the owner still chose to charge me more than. Even when I told her I asked and was told a certain amount she told me next time ask her (the owner) because the nail tech doesn’t know. How I am I supposed to know that when I’ve never been there before? She charged me less but still not the correct price. Didn’t even notice until I walked out. I don’t care how much I pay it’s not about the money, I just hate being lied to. Nail tip was supposed to be $3 instead got charged $5 just so she can make $2 more for the nail art since I was told the nail art in total would be $8 and I guess it’s supposed to be $12 smh

I used to drive 45mins to do my nails. And I was getting tired of the drive! So I began to Google for nail salons close to my area. Found this gem (20mins by the way). Saw the reviews and loved them! Made my appt and went. I had Kim for my pedi and Alyson for my nails! They got a new customer! I will be back! Am in love with the services. Pedi was amazing and my nails and art work was amazing!

I get my nails done with Hannah all the time, she is great. I also enjoy the deluxe pedicure worth the money. I like everyone there, they are all very friendly and always on time. Great place to go get pampered :)

Im conflicted here. My pedicure and manicure came out fantastic. My eye brows were done by another technician...those did not come out so good. Unfortunately, she left a visible hole on the bottom my left brow ( over plucked)...She knew she messed up but she didnt say anything. Stuff happens, but just own it. I would recommend and Ill probably return.

I used to be a serial nail salon hopper. Once I started going to Leesa for my dip nails everything changed. The service and quality of the salon is unmatched to any others!!One of my favorite places to relax! I am a lifer now!

My friend and I went here for our first time and we were thoroughly impressed! We did call and make appointments. The ambiance is gorgeous and immaculate. Each nail tech was kind to us and did not rush us or other customers. I can be particular about my nails and my nail tech was beyond understanding and kind. My dip removal was PAINLESS and we all know that can be rare. I will come back here time and time again 🥰 Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience and gorgeous nails 🤗

Ive been coming here for years and years and have seen such ruthless people, who comes in with no appointments and demanded service from kim. even when she has appointments waiting for her... Leesa had come in and created a unique way of service, more organize and functional wayyy better than most nail salons ive been to.TBN has a new facelift and of course everyone wants to see what its all about. they do accept walk ins, but with the salons beautifully renovations, and everything brand new with a WIDE selection of colors, they are rocking! What do you expect, its the new hot spot for a nail salon right in downtown Danvers. Even after years of coming to Kim, the nice receptionist Tina did recommend that I will need an appointment to make sure my spot was guaranteed. I came in for my appointment and they were right on time, had everything already set up and waiting on me. Kim ALWAYS does such a fabulous job. Just left this salon, for my 1st time. I was very pleased. It is beautiful and they are all very nice and attentive. I get the dip powder on my nails and Leesa also trimmed my cuticles ( which I never got before in my other salons )They offer water and snacks to you, which is nice. Their pedicure chairs are deluxe and they use the disposable liners in the tubs. Very sanitary. Their prices are a little higher than other places, but I would pay it for all they offer. I will definitely be back.

This is by far one of the nicest and cleanest salons I’ve ever been to in a long time! The staff are friendly and the space is modern and inviting. I loved everything about my experience at the best nails lounge and spa. I can’t stop staring at my nails!

It’s very modern inside and they make you feel very pampered. Leesa and her mother Kim (as well as the rest of the girls) are so friendly and are excellent in their skills. I tried this place after my go to place suddenly closed. I am thrilled to have found The Best Nails, and will be a long time customer! They are very convenient right in downtown Danvers, and parking is never an issue. I love having creative designs each time I get my nails done. Leesa is very artistic and never disappoints! It may cost a little more, but in my opinion it is worth it. I am never rushed and don’t feel like I am just a number being rushed through for too tightly booked appointments.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this salon deserves a 5 STAR review. I came in to get a manicure and the staff made me feel comfortable knowing I don’t usually get one. Very cute place. The lady that did my daughters nails did a good job on my daughters natural nail look she needed. Better than most places around and better looking inside. Ladys seemed nice. My daughter was satisfied and said she may have Def found her new nail place.

Ive been going to Kim for at least 17 + years. Shes amazing, and my nails last for 2 weeks. I used another nail salon for a wedding party, and the nails came off within a week. The best nails just underwent a huge renovation, and it looks so good.. new chairs and benches.

The salon is very nice, clean, and has a comfortable vibe to it. The girls are all extremely welcoming and friendly. They did an amazing job on my nails and I will be a returning customer!

I used to LOVE best nails when Kim and her husband owned it....today I went in to find out it is under new ownership and they were VERY rude.. I called in the morning to ask pricing and told them I might come in and they forgot to mention that I should make an appointment and so when I got there they refused to help me, telling me they had two appointments coming in and they help appointments before walk ins...which is fine I was fine with that, I was upset but whatever , what really upset me was when I was walking out Kim said hello and was asking me questions and talking to my baby son saying how cute he is etc: she told me to wait 5 minutes and she would do my nails if her appointment didn’t show up and the “new owner” relied “ Kim is not the owner she has NO say on what happens and what clients she is going to help” she said this right in front of Kim and in the rudest tone ever. That right there really hit a nerve, I have been going to Kim since I was like 15 I haven’t been there In awhile and was nice to see her but as for the new ownership and the way they act and run things I will NEVER GO BACK THERE except to say hello to Kim....after all Kim is the one that made the name for that place, half the ppl that walk in that door is because of the clientele KIM and her husband made ....I give THE BEST NAIL a ONE star and only because Kim still works there!!

I am in love with my nails. I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails and Leesa did amazing. I tried to like the dip powder but hated it. But Leesa did amazing. Made then thin and beautiful.

The last time I went, the Manager Kim did the best job. She did acrylics for me and they came out gorgeous! And she charged me 10 dollars less. I definitely would recommend going here! They know what they are doing!😊

Went back here today after not being in for a while, WOW what a change. This place is modern chic now with new pedicure stations, excellent new management focusing on the customer experience rather than rushing clients through. I’ll definitely be back.

Lounge is gorgeous, sparkly and clean. Ton of gel and dip colors to choose from. Very up to date with their technology, too. You sign in with your phone number and earn rewards points each visit. Kids pedi chairs, too!

I came in here for the first time tonight. I called at 5:55 and they said they can definitely get me in for a gel mani and a pedicure even though they close at 7. I came in expecting to be a little rushed and for them to do my nails and feet at the same time since I was cutting it so close. But they didnt. They were super welcoming and I didnt feel rushed in the slightest. The girl who did my nails took her time and gave me a nice massage. The space itself is beautifully renovated recently, sparkling clean, and they have seemingly endless color choices. Im so happy to have this newly improved salon close to home!

Amazing nails

The best nails lounge and spa is by far the best salon in Danvers! TBN is now under a brand new management and I can’t express how great this salon looks! Very CLEAN, elegant and chic! The staffs are so welcoming, and you don’t ever feel like you’re being rushed out like most salons. Come in and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

One of the many nail salons in Danvers center so I thought I would try them. The place is nice and bright and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and so was my technician. I got the dip powder manicure and I left feeling they were just ok as it was my first time doing the dip powder. The technician did not file/sand them down enough and they were so thick from all of the coats that if you go and scratch your skin it just felt unnatural. I had it for 2 weeks and with my new growth, it was causing the polish to separate itself from my nail and it would snag my hair if I went to run my hand through it. One of my nails had the polish snap right off with most of the end of my nail. She also made a mistake and added more dip to a small area to cover it so you could tell it was there. I could not wait to have this stuff removed. I went to another salon and they got it right, . I won’t be going back to this place.

3 of my nails come off n I never ever hit it or anything..and I paid $50 dollars for them and also give them a tip and also the the back of 2 or 3 of them got like a clear circle or a thick line on the bck if them ..! Ohh n it haven’t even been a week .🙄
