Great nail salon. Loved my nails 💅!!

Really disappointed. Cut my fingers, edges all over the nail and polish on my fingers. This was this morning and 9 hours later I’ve already caught one of the edges on something and lost part of the gel (see third picture). Would’ve been 1 star, but towards the end two other workers came over to try to help fix it. Unfortunately too little too late and still didn’t turn out good.

This is the only place in the area i get my nails done! They are so nice never overbook... always feel welcome.... price is right and just great people and service!

I got acrylics and they’re so bad I’ll have to go to another salon to have them fixed. They smudged my nail and didn’t fix it. Not the length I wanted, all different shapes, they’re crooked, none of them are the same length, very streaky and it took them almost 2 hours to finish them. I’m never going back.

Ill give a 5 for the sake of not hurting them because their a small business. My advice is to make more options available as far as design and take pride in your work. Its not always about the money as you can see, its your reputation and stamp....

I have been having my manicures/pedicures at Danvers Nails since they opened. Both my mother and I had been exceptionally pleased with their services. However, as of lately I feel the service is not as it had been in the past. In addition, my Mom is elderly and her skin is very sensitive. All she requested during her pedicure was to have a polish change and her toenails trimmed. The girl insisted on massaging her legs which caused her much pain. I explained this situation repeatedly to the owner to no avail. Such a shame as my Mom and I looked forward to our appointments at Danvers Nails.

Love everyone here! Very welcoming and polite. I owned a nail salon for 10 years and this is the first place that holds up to my standards of cleanliness and client safety... Clean and professional! My daughter and I will not go anywhere else!

I made an appointment here before my baby shower and I called the day before made my appointment with the owner and inquired about dip powder manicure and a pedicure I asked the price and was told 55 dollars. I go to my appointment had my pedicure the technician cut my toes and rushed the kid even though they were completely dead. Move onto my nails they are lumpy ,wide and dull and scratched looking and she cut one of my fingers also. I go to pay and I’m told 68 dollars! I asked why 68 I called and asked when I made the appointment and was told 55 the owner basically called me a liar and they charge extra for tips which I wasn’t told. I got no apologies just Rudely told that they don’t take Amex and how much do I want to leave for a tip!? I’m not that person so I left a tip but I WILL NOT BE BACK! And my best friend and her mom go there well not after I tell her what happened they won’t ...buyer be ware if a nail salon is a few dollars less there is a REASON!! Stay away from this place!

Really! I just did this! They chopped my nails & painted my fingers! Never again, my luck, I havent had my nails done in years! Had them painted black for Halloween, but didnt end up going out! They had finally grown long, but havent since they chopped them - crookedly I might add!

I tried Danvers Nails & Spa when they first opened and Ive been going there exclusively for over 5 years now. The shop is super clean and the service is outstanding. I love the owner Rose. I recommend them to everyone!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good mani/pedi in Peabody/Danvers area since we moved to Peabody 2 years ago. By far best place for a mani & pedi!!

Love this place. Was one of the first customers when it opened.

The people in there are rude. They are way too interested about peoples weight. Make you very uncomfortable. The manicure did not last. The pedicure was a waste of money.

Dont bother, rude and they have like 10 colors to choose from. Prices too high for the quality put out.

Got to the nail salon when they opened and what i noticed is that they do not sterilize the tools they use on people. After my visit i noticed a woman going to the same lady i just had and the lady working there never chaned out the tools she used on me which made my skin crawl. This is cross contamination and people can get infections. Over all I will not go back.
