I really had a great experience here. Loved the way the staff interacted with each other! It was fun to see! Maybe I caught em on a good day! My pedicure was amazing! I got #3. My kiddo got her toes and fingers done,super cute! Everyone was really nice!

I’m shocked to see so many people say the customer service was terrible because the girl that helped me was really nice. However, the actual service was AWFUL. I’ve been getting dip manicures for a few months now and letting my nails grow. I’ve been going to the same place for a while but came here because it was the only place open on the Fourth of July. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was incredible but the manicure was AWFUL. I was extremely disappointed. Not even 24 hours later, my thumb chipped. A week later, all my nails are falling apart. This has never happened to me. When she did the manicure, she didn’t clean my cuticles or anything. Then when she proceeded to do the dip, she didn’t even put a base! She went straight with the color which I thought was super odd. She kept saying how my nails were so long and nice and I asked her if she had ever done the dip and she told me that they always chipped, which again was very odd because the dip is never supposed to chip. I don’t think you should be offering your customers a service if you can’t do it right. My nails that I’ve been growing out for months now just broke off. Extremely disappointed and most definitely won’t come back :(

First time coming to this place! I came in looking for acrylic nails. I got this beautiful ombré with dip powder and I love it. The lady was super nice to me, make sure every step was done well. She was very gentle and careful with my nails and hands. It is a very calming place and everyone is welcome. If you come here just bring cash since they do not accept credit cards.

I had a great Gel Manicure today with Victoria!! She was really meticulous when applying the color, and she even did two coats of topcoat, which I appreciated. She was super quick too, I was out of there in 40 minutes and was charged $26, which I find more than reasonable! I’ll be going to her regularly from now on!! Thanks Victoria!

Terrible no respect for time with appointments for pedicure and manicures for 5. Pedicures were great done in an hour but nails took 4-5 and out of 5 2 were nice 1 was done 2x 1 was removed and 1 was terrible and wanted over 500. No matter what was said about time they didnt care and didnt apologize not once never will go again. This was for a wedding party and 2 people will not have theyre nails done thanks to them. They suck

This is the best kept secret for eyelash extensions. Very friendly- always accommodating for appointments. Have yet to do nails here as my job doesnt allow it but will revise review if I do.

Great Nails, booking errors. Booking an online appt doesn’t guarantee your appt, I would suggest calling instead or be prepared to possibly wait 30 minutes at least if you book online. Ken did not get told I was coming in, he did a great job on my nails and I will be back to see him in a few weeks.

All my nails were different shapes. Take a long time compared to where I now go. Never again. Gave them 4 chances, only the first manicure was half decent.

Irene is the best. I get my gel fill, pedi and brows done. She always does a fantastic job and I always get positive comments from others on my nails. They are very busy so I do recommend an appointment or you may have a long wait.

The staff is very unfriendly, mainly because none of them speak a word of English. They shout back and forth through the entire salon at one another in their language, completely ignoring their customers. They do a great job on the nails but it is very awkward to sit with them while they do your nails and not have them say one word to you. Weird. I think the manicurists need supervision and training but I do not see that happening.

I hate this place. Only went because it was the only place open late. I get my nails done a lot at different places but this was by far the WORST. They have terrible customer service skills. The girl who did my nails breath smelled TERRIBLE and I had to endure it throughout the whole manicure. I said I wanted a regular manicure because Im trying to grow my nails out, but the women working there kept trying to pressure me into getting acrylics. Then they all proceeded to talk in chinese and seemingly were LAUGHING at my short nails. Never going back

Went with my daughter for gel manicures. Woman told us to pick a color and literally gave us 1 minute. So immediately I felt rushed to find a color. Then they took my daughter down the back and myself up front so that was disappointing. She rushed my manicure and cut my finger. Once the nails were done and dried on one hand she massaged lotion it. The next hand was done and she skipped that one all together... She didn’t talk to me the entire time and I tried to make conversation. When finished I noticed bare spots on the sides of my nails. I will NEVER be going back there. Worst experience ever.

My friend has been going to this place for gel nails for a few months and has only had good experiences, however, when I finally decided to go with her (switching from my normal nail place), it was not great. They were super busy and seemed really flustered and like they didn’t know how to manage it well. They placed my friend and I at tables pretty quickly, but then made us wait (me with acetone/aluminum foil wrapped fingers) for more than 45 min to actually have them work on our nails. When they did finally get to us, the lady was super rushed and you can definitely tell by the quality of the job she did.It should be noted that my friend has only been there when it has not been busy and has said nothing but good things, so it could be that during busy times, they’re work gets sloppy. Just something to keep in mind when picking a salon. I will probably not go back and I think I’ve poached her to my salon.

My wife has been coming here and giving them her business and every time they screw up her eyebrows.. I got a manicure this time and the lady doing them up sold me on their expensive package and I agreed and then halfway she took a walk-in and let me wait with my messy hands for 20 minutes.. I got up washed my hands and walked away to never go back again

The manager assisted me picking out a gel color we both think it is what I requested - which is lilac. However, the moment I walked out of their salon shockingly I found the color looks neon pink! And it IS neon pink under the daylight! Makes my hands look so tacky!( hey Im no more a teen!) Other than that, this manager( I think she is either the owner or the manager from her attitude toward other staff) had been laying on the pani chair, talking on the phone loudly in her language almost for one hour - that was very disturbing and NOT relaxing for customers.Unfortunately one of my nails chipped in five days. Went back to have it redone. I told the technician my another nail looked like its gonna chip too but she didnt think so. One day later it chipped.I simply removed all my gel polish by myself, in 8 or 9 days I did my nails in their salon. Paid $37 for it. Well theres no reasons for me to go back to them.

Had a mani and pedi done. The nail tech clipped my toe nail and broke it in half then painted it and tried to cover it up. I go to many nail salons but by far this was the worst experience. Also, my mani didnt last long.

The place is very clean staff is very friendly. They have no concept of time 25 minutes late starting an appointment. Keep telling people half an hour when it was clearly longer. nail polish not done well felt very rushed. I will not be going back .

Got there at 7 pm last night and was never acknowledged. I dont mind waiting if you least acknowledge that I am there. I waited an hour and half to be taken, so its now 830 and I wanted the deluxe pedicure. The details say that this is 45 minutes and costs $40. I was rushed to a 30 minute pedicure, still have a lot of rough skin on my feet. The polish does not cover my whole nail on several toes and I had to file some of my rough nails.So my 45 minute relaxing pedicure turned into a 30 minute rush job and I still paid full price. All they had to say was that they were too busy to get to me and I would have understood. I will not go back!!!

Customer service is a disaster. They are rude and flat out disrespectful to customers. Once stood at the check in desk to check in for an appointment for 30 mins before someone came to help. When she did come the MANAGER had the nerve to say we had missed our appointment while we were waiting and tried to shame us into admitting that we should’ve shown up earlier when we were on time. They even hesitant to scheduled a follow up appointment with us. Save your money and spend it on those who care about their customers.

Not happy at all with the service. I have given them three chances to be fair. This last visit ended any chance that I would return. I had a pedicure and ended up with a fungal infection on both feet, which will now take forever to get rid of. So much for their cleanliness. The second time I went, I had a manicure done by a male employee whom was NOT friendly at all and seemed like he felt he had better things to be doing, very rushed. The manicure lasted 1 week and was all chipping off. Each time I was there, all they did was speak to one another in their language and laugh, I found this to be very disturbing, rude and unnecessary! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, ask around for recommendations and go somewhere they speak english, isclean, friendly, relaxing and professional!

Bought package deal for 1 hr pedicure, shellac mani, and eye brow wax.Pedicure was 30 min at best. Shellac mani was rushed.Eye brow wax is horrific. She took off half my eye brows and even missed spots.Really regret spending money here. What I got was definitely worth less than the $70 service.After all that they told me that I had to go to the ATM just to get out cash for tips.Wish I read the horrible reviews before going there.

I wouldnt even give it one star. This place is filthy. I just went in for a gel color change. I felt rushed and the lady that did my nails was awful. Color change came out bumpy. When I mentioned it, she just ignored me. On top of that her fingernails were dirty and she kept pushing on the sides of my finger nail digging into my skin! Place needs to be shut down. Disgusting

So bad. Me and my friend got our nails done here and had to have them redo them and even after that it still looked bad. My friend got a gel manicure and it was sloppy. I got acrylics and they were mishaped and sloppy. Dont go here

Clean, not too busy but a little on the pricey side and the owner/manager rushes when she takes over and its horrible, absolutely hate when she jumps in I never leave a tip for her. I do go back every 2 weeks just because they open all the tools in front of you and not many salons do that and they are all friendly too.

Worst experience ever. Did my nails left chips on the sides and left some of my nails longer than others. Go get them fixed a few days later and the manager does a rushed job & they all began to speak in thier language making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Average salon with nothing special to offer. Two of us went in for a pedicure and although it wasnt busy it felt like they rushed the job. I doubt Ill try services there again....

I got a set of acrylics that fell off in three days. I dont do any physical labor, so theres no valid reason for that to have happened. I went in and told them and they said sorry and that was that. Dont go here unless you only want your nails done for a day.
