Went in to see if they had time for a hair service first thing in the morning about.They didnt. There were 3 walk-ins, but they didnt try to offer me a later appointment either it was like no goodbye. 🙃But I went to another salon WHO WAS SO EXCITED to do my hair later that day so I was happy to move my service along to a company who was open to it and willing to set me a later appointment.They unfortunately seemed overwhelmed and the day hadnt even started -weird vibe.A warm welcome and warmer no would have been fantastic.But I am glad they had customers anyway, just speaking the truth.

Went in just for side trim. It takes them about 8 minutes to complete it. Usually there is no isses but today was someone new.She cut off 2 of my beard on the side and both sides of my head are not even. Zero communication, zero expression. Very lethargic. I am not sure did she had bad day or woke up on wrong foot.

Good overall experience. Very satisfied with the cut.

Trinity (sp?) was very kind and helpful! She cut me a new style, and I am very happy with it.

This place is absolutely terrible. I have gone here 4 times getting different hair styles and cuts and I have never been at the least satisfied. there is nothing good about this place besides it’s location, it is next to a Walmart which is perfect to drive down to and buy a wig the hide the mess that you waisted 50$ on.

Enjoy the review you guys really deserve it. I used to like coming here but now I have to wear a special mask to get a haircut when I been coming here wearing a gator during Covid. It’s a joke. After spending hundreds of dollars here during 2 years. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else

Trinity has been cutting my hair and my special needs brother for a few years now. She worked the Wilmington super cuts before the virus started . We always look foward to her haircuts . She always makes us feel comfortable, does great work , and we never have to tell her what to do , I have full trust in her. Im very picky when it comes to my haircuts ,as a child my father was a barber and owned several barber shops. I hated my fathers haircuts. Trinity has help me put many years of haircut abuse to rest . I now feel comfort in getting my haircut. Super cuts should be very proud to have her on there team. Thank you

I just had an appointment with Daniela at this location. I came in with five different colors in my hair they were all different shades of blonde from mistakes of other beauticians. Daniela absolutely exceeded my expectations and made my hair exactly what I wanted. She is very meticulous and methodical as she’s doing your hair and treats you as if it was her in the chair. She was absolutely wonderful and pleasant and I will definitely go back to see her again.

Paid to have my daughters hair cut in a way I could have done it at home. The woman parted her hair down the middle shopped around the bottom and called it a day. It took the woman longer to brush out her hair. I was shocked at the lack of effort or care went into the cut.

I will say its not a 5 star haircut. Anytime I have gotten a more complicated or styled cut (angled bob, bangs) its not fantastic. But for a wax or trim or simple haircut, the price is right. The girls are nice too.

Not all the girls working there give their effort to do the best job the can do.

They make appointments. Ask car make and color. Then when they spot you at your scheduled time they come out and bring you in for a nice haircut .

I love these stylists. They did my hair during my wedding and couldnt be more pleased. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for more alternative colors.

I have never experienced anything like it! Totally unacceptable attitude and behavior by the manager and assistant manager I later spoke to over the phone.The worst experience I have ever had at a Supercuts ever! The manager on duty at the time was obnoxious and rude when my friend was explaining what she would like as a final trim. The manager stepped in a final time and terminated the cut and asked us to leave or she would call the police and have us escorted out. They acted like we had done something egregious! My friends English is somewhat broken and she is sometimes difficult to understand but that is no reason to get nasty about a simple haircut much less ask us to leave. I paid for the haircut and we left. If you want to be given the boot go here! I reported them to the corporate office! If they get nasty with you do the same! Unacceptable attitude to a paying customer.

You can’t checkin on certain hours but you can call ahead - how is that not the same? If you don’t call you can be guaranteed a 30-45 min wait. They need a new business model.

My wife had cancer and her hair was beginning to fall out. On our way back from the Boston Cancer center she decided she wanted to get it all cut off so she didnt have to deal with that particular horror anymore. The staff here treated her with such love and respect during this very private moment! Thank you, and may God richly bless them all for their help to a couple from out of town who were in a very dark place.

Wonderful haircut

Went here for a quick cut and I was told the wait was 25 minutes. 45 minutes later my name still hadnt been called, so I went to ask how much longer it would be. They told me I was next on the list and then proceeded to call up someone else who had checked in online. They need to make up their minds whether they allow walk-ins or not. If someone checks in online AFTER someone who checked in at the salon, the person at the salon should go first. I walked out and never got my haircut.

Do not see the one named Daniella. She couldnt manage not to cut my hair noticeably uneven despite that I was only getting two inches off unlayered hair, probably the easiest cut ever.

Dont waste your money on this place. I have gone here many times for the convenience of hours they are open but never again. This haircut has lost them a customer for life. I have gotten a few good haircuts here, a few Ok and a really horrible one yesterday!! All the kids right out of school work here, horrible customer service and a worse haircut. The girl who cut my hair seemed to have no clue what a pixie cut is, its pretty easy but she messed up bad, so short she may as well have shaved my head!!!!! Left some hair in the front but it looks like a 3 year old got the scissors and cut my hair, uneven and so short and random really short pieces sticking up!! Stay away from this place!! Its a case of you get what you pay for, go spend $10 more for a professional stylist I know I will.

I went by a super cut location but was caught by the light and I just happened to be right outside at the time, in traffic.

Called 40 mins to close told not accepting call ins but if I walk in before close they will take care of me and the line was long. I show up before close and they were all pissed off I was there saying they were closing until I told them I tried to call In. When it was time to get my haircut I offered to go someplace else so they could close and I was met with well I already stayed open for you and can you pay first before the haircut. I tried to play by the rules that they made and then I tried to go somewhere else to take the burden of them and was met with total disrespect. Next time I personally will chose to go somewhere else.
