Would not go back. $18 dollars for haircut where my sideburns are left uneven and doesnt follow my hair line? Tread carefully if youre going in for a mens cut.

Didnt listen to what I was saying. Like the other say nice lady. Had to ask her three times to cut the front shorter to the length of the rest of the hair. Kept telling me that my hair is very difficult to work with.... I said it maybe 5 times. No its you who is bad at cutting hair not my hair that Ive been getting cut for 42 years The same way which is basically a military cut. Second time Ive had a haircut here and both times have been bad wont go back again. Like really bad to wear other people mentioned to me it looks uneven

Didn’t listen at all. Just took what i said in ear and right out the other. Just did her own thing and result was not at all what I wanted.

They did a wonderful job with my cut. The price is very reasonable as well. Ill be back.

Maura does an incredible job cutting my hair. She takes the extra time to shape the cut as well as my eyebrows, ears, and shoulder tops. She really delivers exceptional service. She deserves 15 stars.

The only GREAT thing about this shop is the manager Roseanne. She has been in the business for years and her cuts, colors and styling is a reflection of her talent. The only reason I go to this salon is because of Roseanne.The ladies room has been out of order for months, two of the three sinks cant be used. The shop is in desperate need of a makeover and someone needs to dust, DESPERATELY.Roseanne aside, the shop is a hole in the wall. Its clear the owner is too cheap to invest in his own business.

Very nice people but unfortunately one of the worst haircuts Ive ever gotten. The girl while pleasant, didnt listen. I repeated myself continually. Honestly, I didnt think it was that complicated.When I left, I couldnt believe how uneven my hair was. I actually had to cut it myself but because its so lopsided, I have to wait until it grows out to have it fixed properly. Embarrassing. Wont be back

Not a bad place for a haircut if youre really in a hurry, but the people could be friendlier.

I have never ever done this before, written a review, let alone a bad one! But this place! Since the first time we walked in when they first opened their doors the customer service has been just so bad. We keep going back because its so close to home and for a while there was a girl named Jen that was so fantastic and we thought ok they finally worked out their problems but no, today was just the last straw. First standing then sitting, someone did say hi but didnt ask can I help you or check us in, even though I checked in online before going. Im the only one who would know that because no one ever asked! The 2 women cutting hair continued to service the 2 people they were working on, then cashed them out then taking the people who were there when we got there but still neither one of the girls bothered to check us in so after 30 minutes we just left. I wonder if they noticed. Im not impatient and Im not afraid to wait but today was their last chance! Were done with Cost Cutters, Danvers!

Walked in and no one greeted me.. Sat for 10 minutes and walked out.. guess they are too busy gossiping.. take my money elsewhere.. looking at the other reviews yeah Ill pass... thanks but no!

So once again i go in this place because its near my work i,cut my hair short back in March because sadly i saw a bob haircut i loved and had plenty of short hair back in my day but,ever since i cut my hair short and gone from hair salon to hair salon i must say i still perfer cost cutters eventhough o e girl completely ruined my hair color but luckily shes not there anymore and im not a professional but i know my hair and when needed it done and especially when its not looking its besti know when to have it done not many hair salons ive been to seem to care maybe its just me idk but today i went to cost cutters and i found lisa shes good alittle hyper and talkative for my taste but,she made me smile regardless of just getting a wash and blow dry but she knew what i wantedmy hair was soft,poofy snd the part im sure will work out i still like rose ann and stacy but next stop color
