I work for a dealership, so when I got a screw on the shoulder of my tire, I knew if I took it to the dealership they would charge me for a brand new tire. So I took it to these guys, they said it was right on the line of needing to be replaced... they also told me it would be an hour wait. 20 minutes later my car is done and instead of crushing me on a new tire when I know they could’ve, they did what was best for me and not them. I will never go anywhere else after that. Top notch.

I had a problem that another alignment shop was unable to fix and these guys corrected it in half the time and aligned it spot on. I worked as a mechanic in the past. That can cause some tension when working with other shops but not here! Jake their service manager and I had a great detailed conversation about my car and what my problems where. He was very receptive to the insight i was able give and showed excellent customer service. Edwardo their Sr. Alignment technician had my car on and off the rack in record time and it tracked perfectly after. Johnny the store manager was very up front and honest, he was able to schedule my alignment right away. After my test drive, we determined I also needed to have my new tires (that the other shop installed) re balanced. Johnny was very respectful of my time and suggested we schedule the balance later that day as their tire techs where currently busy with other customers. These guys are always great- they don’t pressure you into buying things you’re not asking for, and keep it simple. Not to mention the tire was done in what literally felt like 5-10 minutes. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I noticed I ran over a screw and called Mavis after I got out of work after calling 2 other places. The 2 other places charged $10 more for a tire repair, told me they couldnt fix it until either tomorrow or Sunday, and when they initially answered my phone call they were about as kind and warm as a TSA agent. Had the most pleasant experience last weekend at this shop! While traveling through mass my car started to feel weird. I called the closest shop and was told by Johnny he could check out my car right away. I decided to go across the street to get my donut put on. The men there refused to help me and told me to go over there. Still driving on basically my rim I had to get back on the highway and drive over to Mavis. Here is where I was met with exceptional service & most importantly KINDNESS. Mello said he heard me coming and couldnt believe it. He helped me right away & restored my faith in mankind. The next day I went back to get my new tire put on, Josh was working the front desk, I was 2nd in line (8am) of literally 15 people. Again Josh and the Tech Nick helped me with my situation. After going to 3 different tire shops in the area, the customer service I received at this place was beyond exceptional. I was greeted within seconds of walking through the door by a friendly staff member named Melo. I was reassured by him that they would take care of my tire problem and I no longer had to worry. They have a large waiting area with vending machines and clean restrooms. My wait time was not long at all and they also have a viewing window you can watch from. Ordered tires online and booked an appointment to have them installed at 5PM a few days later. I show up at 5PM and they take my keys promptly, but dont really say two words to me otherwise. They didnt ask if I wanted an alignment, or say anything else other than well be done in an hour. I get a ride to go out to dinner. Halfway through dinner (about an hour later) I get a call from Mavis saying they dont have my tires in stock and they can put on another similar tire in the price range. The person on the phone didnt sound apologetic, or even seem to acknowledge that it was a big deal to waste my time. How does the system let you order tires that arent in stock, and still not mention it after you drop the car off?!? They said the tires wont come in until Saturday, so I reluctantly said I would come back on Saturday, then they backpedaled and said the next appointment wasnt until Monday night. Needless to say, I picked up my car with no new tires and an hour an half of my time wasted. Save your time, go to Town Fair Tire who actually have decent service.

I went to this site with my friend who had a blowout. The managers, Steven and Melo, at first led us to believe it would not be covered under warranty. They then went the extra mile and took apart the tire. They discovered it was a defected in tire sensor. Repaired immediately and with great smiles. We assuring our confidence in this location! Went over there after a dealership tried to upsell me on unneeded repairs time going in for an oil change and tire rotations. The dealership also told me they wouldnt repair my punctured tire.I called Mavis and they took me right in.Spoke with Joe and Steve, who looked at my vehicle and confirmed my own gut feelings that I didnt need the repairs.They also repaired the tire the dealership wouldnt.Ill be going here for all my oil changes and vehicle maintenance from now on!

Melo and Josh are examples of grace under pressure. The Danvers MA shop continues to transition to Mavis ownership with newer front desk staff still on learning curve. But this did not substantially have a negative effect on my experience. Melo explained my options for a new set of tires clearly and patiently. He went the extra mile to expedite the work after learning about my driving habits & finding the best tire for the best price.I returned for routine lug nut tightening when Josh also corrected a minor front desk paperwork error. He too provided top notch Customerservice.Hope Mavis recognizes these two excellent employees-they are the reasons we will return.

Prices are good, but customer service is horrible. If they an appointment for you, they dont honor it. Just be there at 8am when they open, otherwise they may be too busy with walkins to take your business.

They lost a customer in me. I make an online appointment for 9am for new tires. I arrive early only to find the tires wont arrive until after 5pm. You had a week to tell me and no one did. Dont waste customers time. And if you do, offer some kind of good will token to keep me wanting to come back. Thats not too much to ask.

Stopped in for an oil change on my pilot and had excellent service. The staff greeted me at the door and took my car in immediately. The service was done quickly and management and staff were very friendly. This is the second time I’ve stopped in within 3 weeks (first time was for an oil change and a tire rotation and balance on my expedition) and both times everyone I dealt with was respectful and efficient!

I went to the tire shop about a month and half ago to have tires put on my 2018 Chevy camaro ss 1le. They told me to show up at 9am the next day to have my tires put on .so I showed at 9am and waited for a hour and 20 mins for the shop to open because the manger was late and no one else had a key. When he finally showed up, he proceed to tell his supervisor and the people above him calling asking where he was that he was only about 50 mins late and no one was really late. I watched 6 cars come ask why it’s not open wait around then leave not including the 7 other people that waited the whole I did. When I finally got told they were ready for my car I offered to drive my car into the bay so no damage would occur and no one would be stalling my clutch. They told me no and that they knew how to drive a clutch and it was a safety concern . They proceeded to pull my car in the bay using very high rpm to get the car moving and once it was on the the lift the guy left it in first gear and let go of the clutch stalling my car and lunging it forwards. They then put my tires on and I found out later that they were scratched both my back rims after I just replaced one of them and seemed like they had no care for my car and then asked me to pull my car out because I guess the safety violation didn’t matter anymore because they knew they didn’t know how to drive a clutch properly. So I have now been waiting a month and half to get a call back from customer service agent to resolve my issue of my rims I have photos of before and after and yet to here back from anyone. This was probably my worst experience I have ever had at any tire shop and would never bring my car back and I hope anybody with a sports car thinking about bringing your car here reads this and chooses the same because it won’t end well.

Go elsewhere. Paid for 4 new tires and I noticed when leaving my tire light was on. I was told that in 50 miles it would go off. 500 miles later I make an appointment to have the tire light checked. I received an email confirmation of my 11:30 appointment. Arrived at 11:30 and was told I had an hour and half wait. Why make appointments? Today I arrived at opening at 8 o’clock and 2 people that arrived after me were taken before me. I bet they had appointments? My light was reset after a 2 hour wait. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go elsewhere

I made an appointment several days in advance for 4 new tires, they had the tires in stock, but after my car was left there for 2 days they could not get the job done. I called a few times to ask what was going on, and I was told that they were very busy. I picked up the car just before closing on the second day with nothing being done. A total failure on the part of NTB (now Mavis Tire). I have taken my cars to NTB for almost 30 years, but this will be the last time. I am not looking for an apology or a customer service number to call. I am only trying to warn potential customers about this. I will be taking my cars elsewhere from now on.

Ordered Michelin tires a week agoand made the appointment To install them today at 8 a clock .They took the car and put it on the lift and I was for hour and half waiting and the car was not coming down .At one point I asked the guy why my car is till there and they said well we don’t have your tires and we can’t find them so maybe we can put softener tires !!!.I asked than why my car keeps sitting in the lift and no one tells me what is going on .Of course they had no answerI told them to bring the car down and put the old tires back so I can go to work .I could have been there half a day and.no one got even bothered to explain why they did. Or have.my tires .Horrible experience and bad business .I am sure in a third world country you will find better service.
