Only a few appointments so far, I’m satisfied. I suggest these ideas:1. Provide decaf coffee (only regular now)2. Vacuum the car. I’d pay modest extra fee to have the car vacuumed and possibly washed.

It was easy to make the appointment online but it took a couple of weeks to find a slot. Service advisors were excellent, very thorough and communication was great. While I was waiting in the designated area, one employee was bouncing a tennis ball relentlessly while walking around, which was annoying since I was trying to work on my laptop. Also had hoped for a car wash at the end of my visit, but apparently staffing shortages made that impossible. Perhaps like Wellesley Mazda, they could give coupons to customers in lieu of a wash.

I have been leasing a Mazda from this location for a year now and every experience I have with the employees is wonderful. Everything is efficient, exceeds my expectations and the employees are so nice! I feel at ease when I bring my car in for maintenance and repairs.

They sent me a video explaining what was wrong with my tires and then fixed them quickly. Also the service manager was very nice with helping earlier when setting up the appointment. Haven’t had my tires fixed faster in my life thank you 🙏 awsome job

I smoked a pothole on the Tobin bridge and got a huge bubble on my drivers side front tire on my 2020 Mazda 3. I called another Mazda dealership in Wakefield to try and get a tire, and here was my experience:Call 1 - Spoke to reception, told them my situation. They transfer me to Service. Service tells me they need to transfer me to parts to see if they have the tire in stock before booking an appointment. I get transferred to parts, but the call drops.Call 2 - Call back and spoke to reception, ask to speak to parts to see if they have a tire so I can book an appointment. They do! Only one of them in stock! Great, I ask if I can book an appointment. No, have to ask service, but just come up today and I can get the tire. Transfer me to service, tell them that they have the tire in parts, and ask if I can come up today. No, cant do same day appointments, but you can come up tomorrow. Okay, thats fine, can you hold the tire? No, cant hold the tire, but you can call back and ask parts if theyll hold it for you. (NOTE: I am not employed by Liberty Mazda... Why cant they pick up the phone and ask these questions?) Get transferred back to parts, call drops.Call 3 - Call and spoke to reception, ask to speak to parts to see if they can hold my tire. Parts picks up, I explain that I just got disconnected, and without letting me speak, he says Oh, the call didnt transfer back to service properly? Ok, Ill transfer you back and transfers me back to service without fixing my issue. I hang up.I called North Shore Mazda and within 2 minutes they confirmed they had my tire, quoted me a price, got me the next available appointment (Friday, called on Wednesday), took my information and disconnected the call. I went in on Friday, 5/7, met with a service advisor named John who was the absolute best. He correctly quoted me the time I should expect to wait, they took care of my tire and did a recall that was pending for my car. He even sanitized my credit card and keys before handing them back to me.Im 100% leasing my next vehicle from North Shore Mazda instead of Liberty or Quirk just based on this experience alone.
