My wife and I purchased a new 2020 Versa just over 2 years ago to rebuild our credit. I called to purchase a car from out of state yesterday morning and offered to put money down as a hold. I expressed several times it was the exact car, color, year, trim, everything Id been searching for since May and that I wanted it. I said I needed to confirm a few things first like which state fees do I pay, where does it get registered, etc. I called back three times to keep things moving throughout the morning.Jason Bryant, the sales rep, said I can put a hold on the car and asked for my card number on the spot. I didnt provide it because I wanted something in writing/email that said Ive paid thousands for a specific car, and when I asked what documentation would be provided and Jason said hell pull the keys and put a sold sign on the car. That wasnt exactly an answer. Only in speaking with his employee did I understand I wouldve gotten a detailed receipt.Anyway, in trying to proceed I asked for pictures of minor damage reported by Carfax. Jason asked one of his employees, Noah, to take and send them. I reviewed the pictures and immediately called Noah back (as I was asked to do so in the text) to say Im ready to put money down. Noah said he was out grabbing Jasons lunch, that hed tell Jason to draft the paperwork, and hed call as soon as he got back to the dealership in 45 minutes.Fantastic! I got the car Ive been dreaming of. I ordered a car inspection to be done at the dealership as advised. I was beyond excited.Noah didnt call and didnt answer texts until 5 PM. Jason sold the car by the time Noah returned from lunch.I get it -- a sale is a sale. However, I cannot fathom being unable to take a single minute to contact the person whod called me three times that morning about the same vehicle and been working with my employee to purchase. I cannot fathom not giving that person the heads up that people are looking at the car right now and let me make the payment.That is the honorable, respectful course of action. I deserved a phone call, at minimum. Either Noah didnt tell Jason I committed to the purchase or Jason simply didnt care, but I cannot support such skeezy tactics, especially when cars are so hard to come by right now.

They sell pretty well stocked cars. I don’t really trust their service department after the service adviser once told me I needed a wheel realignment just from looking at my wheels with no technical inspection. I declined the $150 service and had my wheel alignment checked out at a reputable mechanic and after inspecting my car with instruments he said my wheel alignment was perfectly fine.

When I re-enter my car there was a strong petroleum odor. At the time I did not have enough time to return. I called and was ask to bring it back to the dealership for them to clean it. Again there was a time factor that I could not provide the time to do so. I just felt like the service tech should have noticed the odor before he brought it back to me.

I was well pleased how the service department staff had the information readily available, checked on any recalls, informed me on what they would be doing on the 1st service, and surprised they had time to give me a commentary car wash. The service department waiting area was clean, there were refreshments, and outlets for charging your cell phone or other electronic devices.

Everyone was kind and welcoming, and we were given honest answers about what we did and didn’t need. These people lie and cheat, I spoke with a salesman for 2 days and worked out a deal on a truck, the sales manager said that I was pre approved and told me to come in and we could get it done with no money down. so I took a day off of work and drove 2 hours in order to walk in the dealership and spend 5 minutes before my salesman told me that his manager said that I needed $2500 down, so please save yourself some time and go to another Nissan dealership because these guys are dis honest and not nice people.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our car from the folks at Mtn. View Nissan. From start to finish, we felt very well taken care of. It was over an hour drive for us to get there, so Ana Sanchez sent us a personalized video walk-through of the car so we could really get a good look before driving out there. Once we got there, the negotiating process was fair and easy, and we were able to walk away with a good deal. Incidentally, the battery died while we were still in the parking lot, which made us a little wary, but they handled it with integrity and replaced it with a brand new battery for us with no pushback whatsoever. We have had no problems since. Tanner, Ana, Ben (manager), Tyler, and Truman were wonderful, and we will be recommending this dealership to all our friends. It’s rare to find such honest people in the car sales industry, but these folks are the real deal.

I found a car online and went to this dealer to purchase it. I quickly learned that the price you get online is only if you pay online. I had the sweetest salesman and I think his name was Desmond. . I offered $24,000 out the door but the manager declined my offer. He met me in the parking lot wanting to make a deal on a different car that I did not even like. I asked him why he did not want to make a cash sale and he told me flat out that they do get a kickback from the banks when you finance and I did not want to finance. its pretty bad when people are so greedy that they will not accept the sale price of their own vehicle because of a kickback from the bank thanks a lot mountain view Nissan. Ill take my money somewhere else.

Very helpful, my wife and I had a question at 10:30 PM and I messaged Jesse Coronado, with the question and shortly after he replied answering every question I had without any hesitation. In my opinion that shows that he likes his job and is very dedicated to helping his clients. If you’re looking for a vehicle go to Nissan of Dalton and ask for Jesse. We walked in one day just to look around with no money and later that day walked out with a car for my wife. He is very helpful and from how he serviced my wife and I, we can tell he takes pride in his work. And loved to help people get on their feet.

I have always been treated well by Nissan in Dalton. Even though it was originally Pye Nissan, Mountain View has continued the great tradition. From my first 1985 Nissan Maxima, to my 2000 Nissan Sentra, they were both bought here, serviced here and one was traded here (the ‘85 Maxima for the ‘00 Sentra) although I wish I had kept the ‘85 Maxima! The Sentra was a good deal and looked good, but was not NEARLY as SOLID as the Maxima, and didn’t have all the bells and whistles, although I did get a 6 disc CD player installed in the Sentra. Attached are pictures of both cars over time... This is the best place to buy a Nissan in our area.

I had an appt. at 4 pm to get my car looked at for a trade. I was asked to come back when I was more serious. I told salesman I was offended. I didnt drive all this way to be told to come back.Also, their oil change takes over an hour. Every time I come here, even with an appt, it takes so long for an oil change.Today sealed the deal. I will not be back.

Finally purchased the very car I’ve been wanting for four years from Mtn. View Nissan. They did great work in getting the price to where we were comfortable buying within our range. Didn’t point us to another car for less money.....they made sure I got the one I wanted. It was pretty easy and painless really, best car purchase I’ve ever had pretty much.
