While doing errands my car started giving me problems. Pulled in without an appointment and they had me up and running in no time. Quality service and friendly staff.

We were driving to Knoxville and my steering wheel started to vibrate pretty steadily. I pulled into the shop, described my problem and Keith stopped eating his lunch to get someone to inspect the car. He found a CV joint that was going bad. They got the new part, installed it and had us back on our way in an hour. Even gave me an office to work on while we waited. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you!

When nobody could figure out the problem with my car, I brought it here and they gave me a price that was half as much as all of the other mechanics I had allowed to look at my car. Ive brought all of my cars here over the years and always amazed at the integrity and prompt service.

My girlfriend and I were traveling to Tennessee for the Thanksgiving holiday and ran into car trouble the day before Thanksgiving. Brent and his staff went over and beyond to fix our car and get us back on the road. And the price was more than reasonable. We made it back to Florida and the car runs better than before. Went here to get my a/c fixed, they told me it would be $1100. I told them to wait and let me get another estimate. I went to Mois Auto Repair in Tunnel Hill and they charged me $455 to replace the clogged condenser and it works perfect!! Always a good idea to get a 2nd estimate b/c of folks like this!

Fair and honest auto service. Ive never had problems with them. They have worked on a few of my vehicles and always finished the work quickly. Not the cheapest in the area but, you get what you pay for.

Car broke down on way from Michigan to Florida. They got it fixed and back on road in 4 hours.

I called them and asked them how much they would charge me to look at my truck and they said it was free to look at it and tell me the problem... well I went up there and they looked at it then came and told me it would cost me $185 just to change a circuit and I said well I need to talk to my husband first , then he said it will be $45 for looking at it!! So I had to pay $45 for him to tell me what’s wrong!

The staff is always there for me. I am on my own often and I know I can call them with any car problems. I also feel comfortable asking them questions about my service and my car. It is a great place to take your car.

Great service! When I take my car to Whitley Auto Service for any repairs I know that I will get a phone call before they get started on any work that needs to be done. This allows me to know how much I am going to be spending and what was wrong with the car to begin with. They are very smart about cars and how they do business with their customers.

Overpaid for tire balancing. Didnt fix the issue. No refund offered.

Had to have a seatbelt replaced quickly and they did the job rapidly that morning. I was charged less than the seatbelt cost me to install it and chatted up the owner while getting serviced in a cozy waiting area. I would definitely go back for any major or minor repair work needed for my vehicle. Fast, friendly, and courteous, as they say.

I went for hole in my gas tank and they put a little bit of jb weld and thats it...took 8 hours and $350!!! Outrageous. It lasted for a day and then immediately leaked again. They didnt do anything to fix there wrongdoing and scammed me of $350 while the BBB did nothing to help either. EDIT: I went to Marios domestic auto repair and they completely dropped and replaced my entire tank for $100. Much faster and friendlier service as well. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

I take my car to Whitley Auto Services for everything from transmission issues, tune ups, or oil changes. Always such excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Do not let this place fool you , the carelessness i have experienced at this shop is unmatched . 3 weeks ago my wife and I broke down in Dalton , GA and we thought whitley auto was a god send , even offering to take us to a hotel when they couldn’t fix our vehicle that day , and offered us a refund and to hold the vehicle . We , not being from GA , had to go back to North Carolina to find a way to come back for the vehicle . Our original plan was to rent a trailer and fix it ourselves , but upon calling we are told the vehicle has already been fixed AND it is 150$ over what the original cost to fix it was . Mind you we get the money together , drive the 4 hours to Dalton GA and after paying and we get brought out jeep there is a GIANT dent in the back hatch . i mean absolutely scratched and scuffed and at least an inch deep , and am told THATS WHAT I GET FOR LEAVING IT THERE FOR A MONTH AND IT DIDNT HAPPEN INSIDE THE SHOP IT HAPPENED ON THE DIRT ROAD THEY PARKED IT ON ON THE SIDE OF THE SHOP INSIDE OF THEIR VERY OWN GATE and that he REFUSES to pay for it then PERSISTS TO SAY THE DENT WAS ALREADY THERE . I was beyond livid , as was my wife rightly so then he literally turns around and walks into the shop after handing us the keys , refusing to acknoknowedge the damage . if you CARE ABOUT THE VALUE AND RESPECT OF YOUR VEHICLE PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE CHOSE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i could give -5 stars i would

The best thing about using Whitley Auto Services is that I can trust that they are going to do an excellent repair on my car. They are not going to need anything that does not need to be fixed, which keeps the costs down too.
