Picked my truck up after they worked on it n they didn’t put the cap back on the coolant so my truck runs hot and now on side of the rd. They left it under the hood!

My front two tires were worn out, and I was looking to replace them. I went to Taylors tires a couple years back and they were great. So I thought I would get them changed on my lunch break. I called them at 10:08 AM to see if I need to set an appointment or is it first come, first serve. The lady on the phone said they do orders in the order they come in.Came in around 11:00 AM, picked the tires and they said it will take 1.5 hours. Since it was my lunch break, I thought it was a bit long, but makes since if they are busy. Waited almost 2.5 hours before they were done with my car. I understand them being backed up, but while I was waiting I saw at least 6 customers come and go. Several of them seemed familiar with the staff. Dispute me coming almost an hour before some of them, they were takin care of first and a couple of them were for tire replacements. It seems like they seem to pick who they want to service first and I got the short end of the stick. In the past, Ive had no problems, but this time I felt like I was a last priority. Taylors was know for there service so I came, but now I need to pick a different place. Unless you know them, consider shopping around, others might be faster and cheaper.

Great local family owned place to do business with! Called on a Saturday morning, got a range of prices that they had in stock and they got me right in with no problem. Upon arrival I added an oil change and was in and out within an hour and half. Very satisfied and will do business with these guys for years...owner even walked us out and opened the car door for my wife!

Exceptional service and friendliness. My wife and I were driving on I-75 from Atlanta to Chattanooga when I got a low tire warning. They were able to get me in without an appointment late in the afternoon and got me back on the road in 45 minutes. Jarvis and the entire crew were great. I would highly recommend them.

Taylor’s Tires were AMAZING!!! My car had been running fine for the past month, but one day it began to make a terrible noise when I braked. This happened on a late afternoon on Friday. Normally, I would have just waited until Monday to take it to a mechanic. However, I was leaving town for school the next day and needed it fixed ASAP. I called multiple places but all were doubtful my car could be seen that day, or just in general, acted like there was no way I could have my car looked at on a weekend. After taking a look at reviews, I decided to try and take my car to Taylor’s Tires early Saturday morning to see if they would be able to help. The staff were kind and professional. They were able to replace all of my brake pads and resurfaced the rotors by 11:30 that morning. They even checked my tires for me to make sure everything was safe for my long drive to school! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO TAYLOR’S TIRES!!! I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!

We have taken 4 of our family vehicles including my personal vehicle to get tires here. They have a very good selection of tires and can even order them for next day installation if you are looking for something in particular. They are very friendly and seem to do a good job, even pointing out if they find any items of concern while changing the tires. If you are very detail oriented about your car I would not recommend here as one wheel on my car was scratched all the way around following my tire installation - I have OEM wheels that are clear coated alloys. I had just detailed the car before taking it in and had assessed the condition of all wheels before and after the tire change. All wheels had scuffs around the edge where the tire machine pulls the old tire off which is minor, but on the scratched wheel there was a permanent scratch left across all of the spokes in the same location which also had fresh rubber stuck to it from the change. Again, I do recommend them for most, but if you are very concerned with the finish of your vehicle/wheels you might be a little disappointed as I was.

Yesterday I got four new Uniroyal tires, also needed to get new brakes and bearings. Everyone there was professional and very friendly. The prices were also very reasonable. Service is good the only think is that after they finish up with my vehicle one of the employees took my vehicle for personal business. I didn’t like that I thought they were taking my vehicle to do something else but no that guy took it for personal things So I had to wait like 20 min for wich I was 🤬🤬🤬

Great place to take your vehicle for brakes, tires, & alignment. They have a customer for as long as I have a vehicle.

Put a brand new set of tires 1 week and 2 days they was put on wensday and the next week the sidewall blew out on a Friday going to work,, not even 400 miles on them, they charged me for a another new tire,, i called goodyear, and spoke with brian,, and he said goodyear would have replaced them, if i got them thu them,, i drive a semi with 3 million miles under my belt,, these place is a ripoff, dont buy tires thru them, there supervisor Allen lied to me, and said, he wouldnt replace it, when we all now, that im sure he would probably even send it back to goodyear, and profit more money,, so i even took the,, hole in the wall tire with me,, so he couldnt ripoff goodyear with my money,, giving him twice the pay

Im really upset to be writing this review. Our entire family has used Taylors Tire since they opened for business, and for years it was great!!!!I recently took my car in and had something relatively simple done- $450 later. It isnt right, it now hums as I drive... before, the Staff would have insisted the fix this!!! However, I brought it to their attention, and they found ”absolutely nothing wrong, *but hears the humming*”. Ok... Ive called back a few times to have it brought back in, and now theyre too booked up to do anything for me. I write all of this to say if you expect QUALITY work that is GUARANTEED then take your cars to either Johnsons Tire, which is right up the street (fixed my problem in 45 minutes! Initially offered to take me home so I didnt have to wait.) OR to Triangle Muffler in Rocky Face.Genuinely hate to be hateful and write this review, but I was appalled after using them for years!!! I mean, YEARS! 💔 HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!!!

I was driving with my family to the Gulf for spring break a few weeks ago. I got a flat tire on I-75 South just outside of Dalton. I got a tow to Taylors Tire & Service. The friendly customer service we received was top notch. They were kind, honest and efficient with their time and cost. For us out of town Hoosiers, we were treated very fairly and with integrity. It was a quick replacement on my two back tires, and a realignment and adjustment, and we were on our way. You can trust Taylors. I highly recommend them. Five out of five stars, no doubt!

There is a reason why this place is always packed. Customer service! I have done alot of business with these guys for years now and yet to be disappointed. Jarvis is a good guy and will make sure you are satisfied even after they have already been paid. I do most of my work on my vehicles myself because I am picky and have had bad experiences at most local shops. I know more about vehicles than probably most of there customers there and I can tell you they have been upfront and honest about everything I have seen. There about the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles. I have personally recommended them to several other people that have had good experiences as well. Prices are reasonable. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for here. They continue to earn my business and I will continue to go there as long as they do. I would recommend leaving your car with them and coming back to get it because every time I have went there always packed.

Out of town on vacation and had a problem with the tires on our SUV. Found this place in Dalton and was pleasantly surprised at there service and hospitality. They treated us like we were old friends and had us going again in no time. They gave us a great price on 4 new tires and had us on our way. I couldnt rate them any higher or i would have. Great tire shop. Husband had expensive rims and they treated them like they cared. Not a scratch. No grease. They did a great job. Was very friendly and affordable. Had a nice waiting room for customers with coffee, TV, and even individual cubes to plug in your phones while you wait. Very nice . Thank you guys. Will be back for my trucks wheels and tires.

I got here at 4:40 (I work in Chattanooga) and they close at 5:00. I needed my tire plugged. They had several cars already being worked on and told me they could get me in the morning... immediately after, they told me they could actually get me in real quick. Amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptional service at an affordable price!! I got one tire patched in about 30 mins. The waiting area has TV and complimentary coffee so the wait went by quite quickly. I think they even pumped air into the rest of my tires as well because before, my car showed that the pressure was a bit low in all my tires but when I left the shop, everything was up to optimal air pressure again! The gentleman at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Great customer service and an excellent business as a whole.

I have to travel quite many miles to get there. But it’s worth it. And don’t go without a friend dropping you off or be prepared to wait a while, typically. They’re busy for a reason! Instant greeting when you enter and quick quote on the job. Then kick your feet up in their extremely nice waiting area or come back to pick up your vehicle.As a contrast, down the street there is a place with a much bigger “presence” from the street called Johnson’s Tire. They are horrible and the customer service is horrible. I literally stood in their lobby for 10 minuets without a “we’ll be right with you” or anything. It’s like I was invisible. And they “oversell.” (I know from years past). Don’t go there!Go to Taylor Tire instead. It’s worth looking for and worth the wait! They broke the hood release and didn’t even apologize just threw it under the seat! When I ask the owner about it he was being rude! The owner also laughed at me because I told them I was gonna change my own pitman arm and idler arm. I won’t ever go back, I was not trying to get anything out of it but an apology.

Took my truck to get new tires. They broke a tire pressure sensor. They supposedly replaced it but my tire pressure light came on so I took it back. They said they cant figure out what is wrong with it. So I came in with a tire pressure system that works and left with one that doesnt work.Update: The service manager Alan called me to bring it down and they figured out the problem and Im good to go! So they did a good job and the tires are nice too.

My sister and brother in law have been driving from Rome for all of their automotive needs for a long time now. I didnt understand why we were standing out side the building at 7:30am when they do not open until 8. Then the closer it got to 8am the more cars piled into the parking lot and the line got longer and longer. My sister was prepared with reading material and snacks as she said it may take a while but it didnt take very long and there were plenty of comfortable seats and it was cool in there. I live 6 hrs away or I would definitely take my car there for tires and an oil change and another compressor.

This place is incredible. My wife got a plastic bag stuck in drive shaft while traveling by herself. I arranged for her to stop their and Jarvis the main man their took car of this issue for free. I will recommend this place too anybody traveling thru Georgia. They gave me and my wife piece of mind for her 1500 mile trip. My hats off too you guys. Keep up the awesome display of kindness.

My husband took my car for brake pads while I was at work. He couldnt stop talking about how great the customer service was and how these guys go above and beyond for their customers. We live in Fort O.....but will definitely be making the drive to Dalton for all our repairs.

Always drove by this place. Glad I stop in for a tire replacement best thing I ever did prices are fair and the staff are friendly and helpful. Employee even put my spare back into the truck nice and neatly. Would recommended just try to be early a lot of folks go here and I see why.

Taylor Tire has always given me honest and fair work for an affordable price. I feel like I am listened to and that they carefully explain the work needed. I now live in Ringgold, but still drive to Taylor because Ive yet to find better service!

This place is great with excellent service and friendly staff. They explain everything and are very helpful. They are always backed up and busy so thats the only drawback. They also do so much more than tires and have always done a great job on my cars.

I recently had a customer of mine passing through town. During their travels through the hills off Georgia on 75 the felt some concerns with their vehicle. They decide to spend the night and they called me first thing in the morning. I check Google for the best reviewed shop in the area and I found Taylor Tire and Service. I called and talked with Allen. After talking with him and telling him the concern my customer had, I sent them his way. They called me an hour or so later thanking me for the wonderful referral. Its tough to find an honest and trust worthy mechanic, but the folks who referred us said that they wouldnt take their vehicles anywhere but Taylors Tire & Service. After them working on my vehicle - I now know why. Jamie, Allen, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. They kept me informed as to the progress of my repairs and were right on the nose with what they quoted me in the very beginning. Been using Taylor Tire & Service for several years to take care of our fleet of forestry trucks and vans. We really abuse our vehicles, but the guys there take great care of us. Cleanest and friendliest environment Ive ever seen at a mechanic shop. Comfortable waiting room. They definitely treat you like family there. I also appreciate that they wont try to sell you on things that you dont really need, unlike the big chain stores that will try to change you brakes, shocks, bearings, filters, and fluids every time you see them. Honest and friendly service! We were on our way to Florida for a family vacation and when we got off the exit the brakes were making a bad sound. Decided to have Taylors look at after reading positive reviews online. When I called they told me they would work me in so we could keep moving. They looked over the brakes and thoroughly inspected everything. They found no issue except for the pads I had recently purchased had hard spots in them that were causing the sound. They assured me that it wasnt a saftey concern and that I should contact the shop back home that installed and they should be able to replace the pads. They could have easily charged me for pads I didnt need just to ease my mind, but charged me nothing to assess the problem. Some of the best service I have ever received from a repair shop. When we had arrived they were closed. Husband was there when they opened and they got right on the tires so he could get back on the road to come home.

When they pulled my tire out of the trunk they scratched my bumper. I told the salesman I wanted tires that didnt stretch out to fit on my rims. Payed $800 for tires with bad traction an doesnt fit my rims right. Told me they would fix the scratch but never did.. vary disappointed...
