Great experience Mr. Foreman was very informative and educational on all of our tax questions and needs! He made it feel very personal by interacting and getting to know my husband and I, instead of just another client on a busy day! I walked out feeling like we knew him and had been doing business with him for years! Also Miss Maria was very nice and helpful with completing our returns. My husband and I will for sure continue to use Tax Plus Etc. for many years to come! Their Office Mgr is great ...she follows up to ensure your tax needs were met. The owner and the other tax rep always have a bright smile that gives you a sense of warmth. This was my first and last time ever filing taxes at this place of business. I had to ask for a copy of my own returns as they did not provide me with one when it was filed originally. I get a call from the receptionist at the South Dallas location telling me I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there has been a mistake. The address on my check was incorrect, instead of offering to fix the issue the receptionist tells me that First Convenience Bank is the only bank that will cash the check with the address like that and I would have to open an account in order for them to do so. Now me knowing what I know, I declined but that raised red flags to me. They offered me a 15 percent discount for next year that I do not want because I will never be using their services again. If you are a professional please take your business elsewhere as I would not recommend anyone in my close network to use this service. I am now having to update my own address to the one that I have been living at for 2 years due to an error that they will not help me fix. I hope this review can help someone make a decision. I have never in all of my years of paying taxes experienced anything like this. The lack of professionalism is sheer disappointment.

I have been dealing with Tax for 15 years. I am a professional truck driver and I am very hard to please. If you want honesty and integrity call them. This is professional tax business that handles investment group, getting your llc or incorporated. If you care about what your business call them.

I would like to say that up until yesterday, I will not take my business to this company ever again. When you try to support your own, it seems that the customer service in return is not received. I dont like this but, its nothing personal, its business. I allowed Tax Plus Etc to perform my taxes in 2016 and just like a loyal customer, I paid them for the services they provided. The only problem I have with them would be is that the company never provided me with my Tax Return when my taxes were done, they specified to me after they finish them, I would receive them electronically. I needed my Return for some business by a deadline as I stated to them when I called their office. I was told by the nice young lady that Mr. Foreman would call me back starting Wednesday. I started calling their office on Wednesday @2:03pm, another call @ 3:55pm & still no return call from Mr. Foreman by ending of the day. Started calling their office again on Thursday morning @ 11:40 only because Mr. Foreman had not returned my call yet, I was told again that he has received all messages but, was super busy & that he would get back to me. At 2:47pm, no call yet from him, I was super frustrated and felt that this was not professional at all when I came to your office and brought my business to u & was charged $510.00, you should have at least had the respect to handle this small matter. I only needed a copy of my return, he wanted to charge me $10.00 for a return I never got a copy of, that was my argument. Still today and its Friday, I have not received a call from his office or himself. I had to call the IRS to discuss this matter with them & they resolved my issue. Im not here to slander, I just want people to know what I paid for in regards to Services and the Customer Service I received behind this, I surely would not recommend this business to anyone, its really a shame how we treat our own people that support you the most, without us it would not be a Tax Plus Etc.
