Im not sure whether to give it another star or not but the service I got this weekend was really really bad. I needed to make sure my quote was correct. But I called several times and the lady who answered always said she was busy and she would call me back in a few minutes. The quote was already there all she had to do was look up my name and make sure my son was on it and if it was full coverage. It never happened. Although on the bright side there was a lady who did my quote during the week and she was very professional and helpful.

I give it a star because it is what it deserves, I will only speak what it is without inventing more of the account. Be careful when making an application with this insurance that is actually called Winhaven InsuranceThat party is only to attract the Hispanic that as I fell. My experience is horriblePersonally I went to confirm that everything was in order and a lady of thin build with very little treatment to the client assured me that everything was fine that nothing was needed anymore. They take money from my account a few days without wanting it to happen to my truck a plastic comes off and bumps into another truck that apparently was just the grill that was damaged I was confident that it was insured I didnt care and when at 15 days the owner of the other furniture comes to claim that my insurer would not take care of anything because we were not insured, because my ID was not up to dateI wanted to fix the misunderstanding and if it was true supposedly the day of the incident I was no longer assured. It was a tremendous courage that happened and I still ask for my money that they took from my account and they tell me that I need to unsubscribe, I mean not that I was not insured!And to get rid of my husbands problems by his mistake, he signed a paper in which he said that if we were not insured that day of the accident.What a lack of professionalism and what a shame that Jordan and the Hispanic did not generalize because my husband says that another girl who works there has good character and kindness.I only talk to them so that they pay more attention when signing and that their documentation is really up to date so that they do not leave you with a bad play.Lastly, poor customer service and if insurance is called directlyWhat is Winhaven?

More than an hour for them to give me my Pork insurance as they have a slow Internet system ..... What a bad service ....... Of the worst thing that has touched me ..... !!!!
