I have been a customer of HR block for multiple years and will not be returning after this experience.Andrew Maar was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude/offensive with his commentary. If you get Andrew I suggest you request someone different or file your own returns.

The preparer was very slow, especially typing. He was pecking at the keyboard and still kept making errors that we had to keep correcting him time and time again about. There was also a language barrier with the preparer. Then we get home and get a call saying he forgot to have us sign something and when can we come back? 😐

Andrew Maar is very disrespectful! Many mistakes and treated us as if we were ignorant. Today was a complete waste of time, spent an agonizing hour there just to walk out empty handed. We have had our taxes done there for 2 years now and will be contacting cooperate. I do not think he should be working with the public not doing anyones taxes.
