Update on December 11, 2020... STILL A VERY GOOD PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED. FAIR PRICING, NO UP-SELLS/OVER-SELLS. The garage here is fantastic. Very fair prices, manager is a hoot - its hard to find a good mechanic shop these days, and this is one!

They got us in last minute and look at a car for us... we were thinking of buying. Thank goodness we didnt buy the car... a lot was leaking underneath! Masos saved us.

Service incomplete and denied a refund, they try to promise future service at discounted rate. What a joke. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

No hand sanitizer. Not a good idea if you want repeat business in this day and age. Ask if they had any for customers to use. Rudely told no. Cheap business, poor customer service. Especially when all the pumps are nasty.

I experienced the worst service EVER at this location attempting to put fuel in my vehicle. The merchants at this location one of which was named Andy had me go in and out of the building on three different occasions. They set the pump and then shut the pumps off when I go outside. They ran 4 different charges on my card causing fraud detection on my card at the bank. When I ask them why they kept resetting the pump they started talking in a foreign language and laughing. This is the most horrible display of customer service that I have ever experienced. I did not get any fuel and had to call the bank before I could use my card again

Just came in for an inspection for my motorcycle, all the people I dealt with was nice especially Jim he a funny guy. Thanks for the quick in and out service

Clean facilities and clerks are friendly quick and efficient. Store is always busy but register never gets backed up. Oh and they have one of the few full service gas pumps I still in existence.

I really had a wonderful experience for my inspection and new tire! They even saw & fixed a nail in my back tire I had not noticed. I was there alone with my 10 month old baby all the mechanics and cashiers were lovely to him and help entertain him while he tried to crawl to the top of my head. I also appreciated how up front they were about pricing.

Cashier are so rude they dont wear there face mask the proper way no hand sanitizer for the customer

Theyre ok if you just need an inspection or an oil change. Dont trust them with anything more than that.

Gas prices are competitive, they have the normal gas station snacks and some wine. Some of it is cold.They do state license inspections for the same price you can get anywhere. The folks are nice to deal with. However, the guy who runs the shop takes some getting used to. He can be a little gruff, but hes good at what he does.

Yesterday we was out and we decided to stop at Texaco I went inside to get a energy and I asked one of the mens that was working there do you sell Venom Energy drink he said no we dont and he said to me Im sorry I said no its not your fault and I appreciate you being so kind to me. He asked me was all upset about it I said no I cant make you have it when you dont sell it. I like people like that very kind and friendly and I also want to satisfy a customer like I said sometimes you got to go all the way out and what I mean is what I say all the way out he apologized to me because they dont sell them and he really did wanted me to have it. So my experience yesterday was a five point star and thats why I go back to the stores that I dont mind shopping at and spending our money. When you get good service you keep the customer happy when you get bad service thats when you lose them and then you lose money. May your rest of your day be blessed and safe:-)

Y’all got some very Rude people working here I used there microwave to warm up my lunch and I was park by a broken pump. Some I’m eating in my work truck and he comes out and say to move my truck. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t stop here and buy gas or support these rude business owners just go ahead and stop at your local quick trip or race trace they are way better business

I was able to get my car inspection done with no waiting, even though it was the 31st and a Sunday. The guys working there were fantastic. While I was waiting, an older lady drove up, and one of the guys helped her air up her tires, even though she did not buy anything. The other guy mentioned to me I should clean off my battery terminals (which is not covered by the inspection), and did so without trying to sell me anything.

Hate that crap!Review: Masos Texaco provided fantastic service for my state inspection. They were efficient, thorough and (I was told it would be 15 minutes), completely punctual. I couldnt be more pleased with the friendly service. In one trip theyve made me a regular customer. Definitely 5 stars.

If you need an inspection they do it quickly, so props for that. If you need work done, be wary. I had a leak somewhere for my radiator and instead of them looking for it they wanted to run a diagnostics. Fine, if they needed work done the cost would go towards that. Well it took them two hours to find it (and another hour to fix it... I got there early this morning so its not like there was a long line in front of me) & then the main guy at the front wanted to charge me for my diagnostic still. I told him that the diagnostics cost should be subtracted but he said no it took too long to find the leak because my car is so old so we have to charge you for it. Uh, not my problem that I told you what the problem was and it supposedly took you that long to find it. He was also extremely rude and disrespectful because he refused to look at me or make eye contact with me. I dont care if I am a young woman, all the more reason to treat me with respect. Even my boyfriend, who ALWAYS gives people the benefit of the doubt, said he was really rude. Unless I cant find another place to get my inspection done, I will only be retuning for inspections. Otherwise that a$$h0l3 wont be getting my money.

Ive used these guys for inspections for my cars for the past several years. Super fast, in and out they are really nice. Their beer/wine selection is great, compared to other gas stations around, too!

I had a great experience at Masos. Yesterday I went to two places that turned me away because their wait was two hours or more. Masos told me they would have me out in about 10 minutes and they delivered!

The service was incredible and the technicians were great. They were fast, friendly and efficient. And, the cost was very reasonable.

I have been using Masos Texaco for repairing and servicing my cars for at least 15 years.They have always done excellent work.I consider them to be honest, reliable and fairly priced.I wouldnt think of taking my car anywhere else

DO NOT COME HERE, unless you want to be threatened and cursed at after they break part of your car.Brought my wifes car in for an oil change. Come back a couple hours later to pick it up and the key is totally broken open, one of the expensive kind of keys.I asked the guy if there was a manager, he said not until tomorrow. I had a hard time wanting to pay, and said id come back tomorrow - didnt feel right paying $60 for an oil change after they broke my $200 key.They then said they physically wouldnt let me leave without paying. This big guy named Israel starting cursing and raising his voice which really put me in a bad place.I called the cops... Waiting for them now, figured I had some time to write a review of this splendid place.Come here, well break your car and still ask you to pay!

I have been taking my cars here for years! I moved and the drive now is about 30 mins but I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else! They are friendly, fast and professional. I love and appreciate the email reminders that service is due so I dont have to remember :) Its that kind of above and beyond service that keeps me coming back!

Never had any problems. Lots of pumps. Typically one of the lower prices around. Accepts Albertsons gasoline credits.

Although fast, I feel I was upcharged for topping off washer and coolant. After vehicle was serviced, I received a call asking if I wanted the fluids (it had already been done, I could see my vehicle while on the phone. It was parked in the slot). What could I say - take it out?I paid for a full gallon of each. Not sure if that much was needed. These services I believe are included in the price at Jiffy Lube.Would not use or recommend.

I went there for a state inspection. Service is great! There is a waiting area inside the store and theyll bring your car to the entrance and let you know when they are done. In 15 minutes I was out of there. As long as your car does not have problems such as the check engine light on or things like that, your car will pass. They wont try to sell you unnecessary things. Will definitively come back again for my other car soon.

Tried to get an oil change , rotate , and balance . quoted 165 dollars before taxes, didnt even ask what I drive. The toyota dealer quoted the same service for 100. Guy at in the office acted like everyone was an annoyance , and just wanted to get back to what ever had his attention on the computer

My car was shaking and smoking when I pulled up. They said oh we cant help you. Our mechanic is busy. But there were four guys that looked like mechanics standing around laughing and playing on there phones. Perhaps they were taking a break. But they did not help me or offer to even take a look at my car. I waited for my husband to have it towed.

PLEASE do not bring your car to this place. The manager and staff are very rude and VERY unprofessional . I advise anyone not to spend a dime with this company. If you are a smart person PLEASE take your car TO somewhere else. This place will take your money and find anything wrong to get more money. One of the guys broke my fuel Cap and did not tell me anything.. This place should be shut down!!!!! AGAIN please DO NOT GO THERE!!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE ONE STAR! Okay I like the guy who answers the phone during the 8-5 period, He must be the owner and VERY responsible and respectful and knowledgeable about DFW! BUT I had my tire repaired 10 months ago and today had another tire outrage and low and behold my spare was not in the trunk of my car. I called the station just to let them know, not asking for them to do anything as I learned a lesson. But wanted everyone to know, check and make sure you get your spare back. As a woman, we need to know these things, also the owner is GREAT but his workers - well they are not him and he needs to realize that it’s not like it use to be….There is a Spanish guy there that is totally off the hook with rudeness.; but I still like using the service.

Great store staff. Helpful and friendly. The head auto service manager is kind of bossy & crude and Im not sure he is knowledgable or honest as I learned his diagnosis of my transmission problems were completely wrong after getting another opinion. I save a few thousand by NOT getting services here.

Jim and Eyad and the technicians at Masos (NE corner of Frankford & Tollway in Dallas) have taken care of our cars for 17 years. They could not do a better job. Totally hones, trustworthy and technically capable!!!

I called on Sunday to verify what time they stop doing inspections on monday. the man said they close at 7 and stop doing in spections at 6. i had my brother take the truck up therr. he got there at 530 and they told him they already cut off the machine but he can bring it back in the morning. my brother explained to him the insurance was expiring that day and the attendant told him thats fine we will still do it if you bring it in tomorrow. i brought it back the next day and guess what.......they couldnt do my inspection because the insurance was expired. i wish yall wud honor your hours of operation

Texico is a good place to take your car for repair, the people in the Auto Garage are frienly, they put air on my tires, and did a State Inspection, also the store people are very polite...Thank you

Ever since I moved to north Dallas I have gotten my inspections here.. this is a small business and the staff is very friendly and personable.

Quality gasoline, good mechanics, relatively safe car wash. Recommended.

Rude man refused to re-ring items that rang up double the price. RUN FROM HERE. THIS GUY IS A THIEF!!!

I visit this store on a regular basis. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Inspection fail, no problem. But they went out of their way to MAKE it a problem. Before returning my vehicle, they returned to my DRIVERS seat to scrape off the existing inspection sticker. They ball and bark at each other. This should have been my cue.

One of the spanish guys that worked in the auto repair department is very ignorant and dumb. i kept on telling him that theres a screw behind the lights but he kept insisting to remove the whole headlamp and still couldnt get to the screw. after all the removing of the screws his buddy came and agreed with me and got things done right. then theres a clerk who asked for an ID when i was trying to buy some tobacco products. i felt very insulted. JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!!
