First come first serve basis. Friendly guys that helped me by servicing my car fairly quickly. Didnt wait a long time. Had seating with air conditioning to wait till vehicle was ready. Reasonably price for full service. Thanks to a man name Bruce, he understood i didnt know what all i needed to do for my newer car. Told him i was recently divorced and didnt know what all i was suppose to do to a car i just knew i was suppose to have my fluids checked and my air conditioner stuff. He changed my oil and filter and checked everything. And told me to come back when the sticker told me to come back. Simple fast and easy.

Brought my car in because it was sputtering when I accelerated. They ran diagnostics and fixed the problem in about 45 mins. Quick and affordable and the staff was very polite and professional! Definitely coming back after finding this place!!

I have been taking my brand new 1999 Ford Explorer to this location since I bought it on or about 2015. I cannot tell you how much I have appreciated Mr Rs customer service, rapid turn around, genuine concern and professionalism. It spills over to his employees as well. They are also customer centric, knowledgeable, capable and if they dont have the answer or ability they wont BS you, but will defer to Mr R who has no problem getting his hands dirty.This shop is more than your typical major lube stop and the services they have provided for me are way beyond the call of duty. I would list them, but if I let that cat out of the bag it would be a disservice to Mr R. In that, It would take time away from others in need of help.If it were not for them I would of had to upgrade to a turn of the century vehicle long ago. Warranty is excellent BTW because - well - I am not sure if they have any - all I know he is a man of his word. That means more to me than fine print any day. Lastly, dont take my word for it . Give um a try.

The people here are very friendly and know their stuff. Went in for an oil change and inspection, didnt take long at all. I was able to see them look over my car and after the oil change was done the mechanic brought me over so he could tell/show me the status of things. No surprises, no crazy charges, and as a woman I didnt feel talked down to or anything of the sort. They answered my questions and gave advise on when to come back and what to look forward to during my next check up. In the end, it built some good trust, so Ill come back for future maintenance.

So I came here for an oil change and I expected to be waiting for the longest, as I always do.They had other people in there and I asked them about how long it would take. They said less than 30 minutes.They got me out of there in 15!!! I was so impressed. They were so professional, so nice. I will always go back there because who likes spending even 45 minutes waiting for an oil change.I was very impressed and will conitnue to go back to only here when that time comes.

Don’t bring your car here for a state inspection if you have tinted windows. Their tint checker tool was showing 18 for my front windows. I know I have legal tint and have never had any issues with prior inspections. I just went to another auto shop and passed - their tool showed 26 for my windows!

Let me tell you something the guy that owns this location is an angel sent from heaven. I took my white Chevy Cruze to them for an oil change and the owner ran out so fast to assist me that it scared me. I never had good customer service and fast service of this sort. And he has a great loving personality. Y’all please go and support his business because you would always want to support someone who shows and put so much into taking care of the customers. I will ALWAYS be back for his service.

They told me I had about 1k worth of repairs needed for the car, I went for a second opinion and they showed me everything Speedee said was bad was testing fine. They also didnt vacuum my car when I got the 17point oil change last time, but checked off on my receipt that they did. Since they didnt do that, who knows if they topped off or even checked the fluids they claimed to. Definitely not coming back here and I highly recommend getting a second opinion if theyve told you anything about your car.

First time visiting this location, and I was not disappointed. I went in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond! My man changed my oil, cleaned both windshields, pulled out my filters so I could decide if I wanted them changed (WITHOUT trying to bamboozle me... 😳), checked my radiator, checked my tires, filled them up to proper tire pressure, the whole nine yards!!! And the icing on the cake? The office staff gave me a $5 off coupon and was incredibly polite. I can’t wait to visit again in the future. Thank you!!

Really friendly fast easy and affordable

I recently went to this location for a quick oil change. Although I went towards the end of the work day, the employees were very nice and helpful. Luke did a great job at explaining the service and what other things my car needs without being pushy. When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had had any questions which I felt was a great touch for those of us who aren’t as familiar with cars. This is definitely my new go-to place to get my car serviced!

Very rude owner. I wouldnt send my enemy here. They broke my lug nut and then told me to go get it fixed somewhere else otherwise he would charge me.

Left there then had oil leak from not having the plug on right.

The team at this location is great! They get the job done in a timely fashion, and they make you feel like they really care about helping you. This is my go-to location whenever I need an oil change!

Service was quick and friendly. I was told there was a different issue with my radiator hose not being attached, the mechanic showed me the hose and fixed it right there for me right away for free. My oil change went quick and I felt good about the job that was done and will be back for my next change

Special thanks to Chris and Luke, service was great! They showed me the old parts before replacing them, explained everything they checked, and topped me off on all of my fluids. They also found a minor oil leak and when I explained that I recently had this problem fixed elsewhere, the guys at SpeeDee took the time to talk to the other repair shop and explain the problem for me. I have been going to this location for a couple years and will continue to do so.

Most mechanics when they see a woman coming, they are ready to Railroad you Hes very honest and not trying to sell you things you dont need. I went by today for an oil change and they were very professional while very quick. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. My husband has been going to this location for three years, and he recommended me going to get service done here, unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. The employees were so nice, but there was one man who was plain out rude when speaking to me and seemed to want to argue his point instead of explaining what the issue was. Sad to say that I will go next door to their competitors and wait the extra 20 minutes to ensure I get a good experience.

I had a brake job done on my Beamer today. I was quoted for the parts but not for the labor. I know that going to one SpeeDee that they over charged me 100 bucks. Straight up crooks the guy should have given me a total price including labor upfront!

I have a Fiat 500L and my local dealer is closing, so the nearest dealer would be over 30 miles away now. Most quick oil change places wont change the oil on this vehicle because its filter is different than that of most cars. So a couple weeks ago I call this location and asked if they did oil changes on Fiat vehicle. The lady that answered said she needed to check, then quickly came back and said they did. I advised mine required synthetic oil, how much would that then cost. She said, it would be $68.99. I was please, that was going to be cheaper that what even the dealer charged. I took the car in today and when all was done and I was paying, she said it was $92+. I asked why it was so high. She got the manager, who said that Fiats have a different filter, so they have to charge for it. I advised no one advised or even asked if that would be ok. I told him that service wasnt approved. He said he could take $5 off. I told him I shouldnt have to pay for something I didnt give authorization on. He said that the work was already done and there wasnt more he could do. Said thing, this is just one of the Fiats I own. I surely wont be taking the other one there now.

Cleo is the best. I highly recommend speaking with him about your auto issues. Even if its just for an oil change. However, the last time I was there one of the mechanics tried to tell me I needed a radiator flush when I just got the whole radiator replaced and all the fluids that are related to it that you have to change when you replace the radiator. That I did not appreciate!

BEWARE ITS A SCAM!! A little over a month ago, I went to have my break pads fixed, then went back the other week, as I initially paid around $300 for them to be fixed, and they continued to make noise as they clearly were not properly fixed in the first place.( I went to other mechanics, and I literally have pictures/evidence proving that they had not been fixed)The owner, Bruce Strickland, seem to ignore this issue entirely and proceeded to present to me another “problem” I had with my car that needed to be fixed - and he quoted me around $540. I got a second and third opinion from other shops, and they said I did not need these services. In fact, one of the services he said I needed would end up DAMAGING my car. I confronted him with this, he got defensive and told me to “shut up” multiple times, called me a stupid Mexican, (by the way I’m Israeli), and degraded my English, because I have an accent. I’m clearly fluent in English, so for him to “ask me to speak English” and tell me I don’t know English, is SHOCKING. I felt very physically intimidated by him. LADIES DON’T COME HERE ALONE!!!However I recommend NOBODY coming here, they need a new owner ASAP or this guy is going to put this place out of business!!! I’ve been a loyal customer there, with four cars, for a YEAR, and this is how I get treated.

Bruce is a real class act! Hung up on me twice after asking how much a 3157 bulb was. He told me $14.99 for a $3 bulb and I asked him are you sure and he got smart and hung up on me! Not very professional and horrible customer service. He definitely doesn’t seem happy at his job.

Let me just call this place a breath of fresh air when it comes to auto maintenance. Been there 2 times for oil changes within the past week and theyve earned my business. Why?1. Greet you in the parking lot instead of creating standing lines2. VACUUM YOUR FLOOR BOARDS, wipe your front and rear windows down.3. Did not try to BS me and upsell me by telling me things like my brake fluid is low4. Both times I got in and out within 30 minutes.5. They honestly get the job done respectfully and efficiently.Seriously... I HATE getting auto maintenance done because of how archaic everything is about the industry. But these guys GET IT RIGHT!!!!

I went to this location for a state inspection. The man who did my state inspection originally acted very nice, but then when I went outside to check a few things on my car he started commenting about how hed like to hold my hair back for me and touch my hair. He made the comment multiple times. When I ignored the comments he said multiple times your boyfriend probably wouldnt like that. He also made comments about being careful as to not break my nails. As a young woman, I do not appreciate these comments and I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location to women taking their cars to get work done alone.

Friendly service, all the guys seemed nice, they were pretty quick, just had an oil change, but they did check other fluids and made recommendations. My car seems happy.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I went in for an oil change and the woman in the front was very rude. She was tossing around the clipboard that I signed in to. It seemed that she got upset because I took a picture of the paper I signed and that’s when she started tossing it. I took a picture because I like to have evidence of everything I sign. It seems very weird that they finished an oil change and I got to pay in 4 minutes. I will definitely be taking it to another shop to make sure an oil change was done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car for an oil change and inspection. They were extremely helpful and the service was fast. I did not have any issues with them trying to up sell me on services not needed. They were friendly and professional. I will most certainly return!

The lady at the front desk was nice, but that was about it. I went there for a vehicle inspection service and my car failed the test, however I was notified I should drive my car several miles (>100 mi) to reset the computer and was charged for their services. I was given 15 days to return and repeat the inspection free of charge to allow myself to drive those miles. Well I returned the following week on a Friday and they repeated the test however only 3 of the 6 parameters were reset. I was then told by the technician (Cole? not sure) to come back by next Tuesday and Ill check it again for you for free. I asked if I can get something in writing and the lady in the front wrote down Tuesdays date (the 27th) on a contact card. So I took them on their word and returned that Tuesday. A different technician was there (not sure of his name) and he took my car in. I was then notified I had to repay the $25 to redo the inspection. I told him what I was told the previous week and the front lady budged in and told him that the previous technician agreed to that. The technician was adamant that I pay the $25 and said that the system says that I have to pay. He did not consider the situation that I explained to him at all, and was adamant I pay the $25 or he couldnt do the service. So I decided to not repay the $25 and left the establishment. The technician didnt even bother driving the car to the front office and also spun the wheels inside the workshop while moving the car out. Terrible customer service and poor skills handling issues. I dont know about their other services but with this experience I definitely wont return. Wouldnt recommend for inspection services (or other services for that matter) just go somewhere else that has higher ratings.

Recently webt to get a battery. On phone I was told battery cost $135 a d $25 fir labor. When I got there they said $185 for battery and $75 labot. This is something I always am concerned about price gouging in our country all about getting more money and greed versus fairness and integrity

If I wore a hat, it would be off to Bobby- sir, you are that rare creature which combines expertise in their field with the ability to communicate superbly with amateurs. Its an uncommon treat to receive such quick, excellent and informative service, less common still to meet an honest man, LOL! Employees have an entitlement/attitude problem. After I left because of this I called and asked to speak with the owner (whose name is Bruce by the way if anyone would like to know) about my concerns. After informing him that he had lost my business because an employee told me that something I asked about was quote: not my job, Bruce proceeded to get verbally abusive and hung up on me as various employees tittered in the background like children. This place is a joke - the employees I had the privilege of dealing with were unprofessional and immature (put politely) and the owner is a clown who likes to make physical threats over the telephone that he in all likelihood wont be made to back up in any way. I reported him to district management but this probably wont accomplish much, with the business being a franchise... I think the district manager said I would get an apology phone call for Mr Bruce but lets just say Im glad I didnt hold my breath.
