We had upstairs water damage that affected both floors in our home. AAC provides the packing, moving and storage services we needed so repairs could be made. The pack and move teams they sent out were extremely professional, polite, timely and well trained. I cannot make enough positive remarks about these crews. Just awesome! What can I say about this company? As a restoration contractor with VERY high standards and thousands of happy customers, I am beyond careful about who I refer to my customers. Because my standards are so high, I decided over 10 years ago not to handle contents, because Alicia McDonald showed me a way that was so much better that what we could do ourselves that it was legitimately EMBARRASSING! She was with another company at the time, and when she left, that place fell apart! I was so thrilled when she opened her own shop, quite some years ago now. I began referring her business again immediately, but I was skeptical how she would do without the huge financial support that came from the old company. I had no need to worry. She took her little family owned business, and as you can see, it has become quite the enterprise, and deservedly so. These guys are now large enough to service all of our contents needs, but still small enough to care...no corporate, profit driven monster here, just a company that wants the absolute best for their customers, treats everyone with respect, and has a very positive attitude. It is very hard for me to recall a specific problem, but there have been a few among the hundred or so projects we have worked on together, but they have all been resolved quickly and completely. They earned my loyalty forever when they packed out the job in the pictures, over a weekend, working 2 - 12 hour days with a huge crew, missing church, missing their families, in order to help with some special circumstance.The only thing I will say is that I dont think John McDonald owns any pants, he only seems to wear shorts. I am hoping that in 2019 this company makes enough profit that his wife will take him to Ross or Marshalls and get him some pants, at least one pair.To be serious, whether you are a homeowner just double checking to see if this company is legitimate, an insurance adjuster or agent looking for a contents restoration company that is fair and honest in all circumstances, or a restoration contractor looking for a contents provider who will take care of your customers at least as well as you would (and sometimes ever better), you really dont need to look any further.

We were having flooring replaced after damage. They packed up everything that had to be moved before the work could be done. Then stored it, packed everything back in, then unpacked. They are professional, good workers, & trustworthy. I would recommend ALL ABOUT CONTENTS.

All about contents packed up and stored our furniture during our home repair. They were easy to communicate with and responded readily to any questions or concerns we had. The movers were efficient and even removed furniture when it wasn’t where I wanted it. I would use them again.

A HUGE thank you to Jeff, Antonio, Joseph, Chris and Maureka for putting our entire main floor back in our home in two hours on the dot. In the pouring rain. They put down moving blankets to make sure they didn’t get the floor wet or scratch it and were all extremely careful not to ding walls. They kindly helped me put furniture pads on every single thing they brought back into the house. Respectful, kind, and very hardworking! A++ This company is awesome. They have done dozens of projects for my company, and my customers over the last several years. They are proven experts at working with Insurance carriers regarding handling homeowners contents and furnishings. Very professional, courteous and expeditious with their trade. I rely on them weekly and wouldnt use anyone else. As a side note: In this difficult industry they are very friendly and enjoyable to work with as well. A++
