The Expert serving us was friendly and very helpful. We found the item for which we were looking quickly. The Expert was able to answer all my questions shown diffence between original and duplicate phoneWe had an appointment set up online. So, the service was immediate. Id recommend getting an appointment. This site was quite busy with customers.Thanks, Apple.

Why have people schedule appointments if you’re not setup to support it? Don’t launch iPhones and iPads on the same day if you’re not going to have separate lines. I shared concern with 5 employees, only 1 showed empathy - the rest said “it’s iPhone launch day”. So many people in line didn’t need activation or assistance, they could have been in and out in minutes if Apple had a better process. I was shocked at the lack of execution and empathy.

I came to fix a phone and they apple staff stated that it would be ready at 3:05 pm . After 25 mins now waiting outside the store I asked again and the person that was checking in said it is going to be a few more minutes or we can get your phone back to you broken as it is and then you will have to come back and fix it. Worst customer service experience, but when buying an apple product they dont have the same attitude. I wont recommend this store and this will be my last apple device that I will own.

I walked in and I was rudely greeted at the front door with a big and loud “WE’RE CLOSED” As if I was a dog and she didn’t make it as a “I’m sorry we aren’t opened, we’re closed now” that lady was so mean and yelled it and the whole store heard it and made me feel really embarrassed. I didn’t get her name but she was a black lady with braids and glasses

Amazing service. Was able to come in try out both the iphone 12 pro and 12 pro max. The associate was very patient in explaining the differences in the specs for me and helped me choose out a phone that best fit my needs. I was able to set up my new phone in the store and didn’t feel rushed at all.

I came to drop an Apple hardware so that it can be recycled. The staff enthusiastically took it and was happy to recycle. A few minutes later, I went to the restroom and to my disappointment the same item was found in trash! I came to understand the recycling program behind the scenes!

Picked up an online order. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Clerk checked my ID, directed me as where to stand, different clerk brought out my order within minutes.my only negative to this experience to this that there was only a 3 day window and a 15 minute pickup time window. HELLO LIFE HAPPENS. SOMETIMES YOU NEED LONGER THAN A 3DAY/15MINUTE WINDOW

Her Customer attention was great, she helped me understand my problem and showed me a couple of things! …, many times the boys zip and zag & totally ignore my ability to understand but get the issue fixed …. Horrible customers service in this place. I went there to return my phone I purchased online to get a bigger screen and I was told by apple customers service on the phone the easiest way to change it , go to apple store and have them return this one for you and get a bigger phone. I went there and I got all excuses to not return the phone while my phone still on the return policy period. They asked me to bring the original box and another person told me I can’t return it on store because I got it online.Will never go to this place again .

Went to pickup an online order around 7pm. They were clearly VERY busy but I was in and out in 15 minutes. The gentleman that assisted me was great. I could tell he was stressing from how busy it was but he never stopped being kind and attentive to not only myself but the other customers waiting to pick items up.

This is your typical Apple store. Its very overcrowded and well staffed. I did find that it was almost all salespeople and they werent very knowledgeable about the products. That was really frustrating because in order to talk to somebody who actually knows something you have to wait a really long time. Its clean in the folks are polite so its not that bad.

Very poor customer care and service. I Was in the store 20 minutes before closing and told there was not enough time to replace 2 iPhones before closing. I’ve purchased my share of iPhones and it doesn’t take that long.I wanted to get something for my 30 minute drive and was comparing models when a salesperson asked if I had been helped, only to have the same gatekeeper pull him away to help others. There seemed to be a good number of staff around.

Apple North Park Center is amazing. Although it is always very crowded, my daughter always loves going there. The Staff are always very nice, warm, friendly and receptive. They are always willing to help you and always answer any questions you have. I really enjoy taking my daughter there

Terrible service. I went to fix one problem and I ended up with all my files deleted from my desktop! Some guys there dont know what they are doing! Be aware when they tell you to install or updated a new OS X system. The guy never advised me of losing my data!

I love Apple but I will never again use one of their stores. I use their online services. This location was so rude and inefficient. I went for a genius appointment and they would not let me check in 30 minutes early. The line was about 3 miles long and would have taken way more than 30 minutes to get in the store. When I asked about this the person working the door got short and rude with me so I just walked out of line and did the repair via FedEx. Apple is a great company but their retail locations, especially this one are horrible.

The Apple store at NorthPark Center has one very salient feature: Its people. Corona virus fallout has made this store crazy busy, but has not dulled their customer service aspect. I wanted to get my hardware tested cause Im having trouble with weak wifi reception. I have a heart condition, so I cant stand for along time. The line for a Genius Bar appointment was long, but they worked with me, kept my appointment time, and the Genius assigned to me answered my questions, was attentive and courteous.My issue is yet to be resolved, but at least I know it wasnt what I thought it was.

I was there only to get some chocolate for my mothers birthday. It was easy in and out. I did observe plenty of people shopping and enjoying the mall. It wasnt overcrowded and Covid protocol was being observed

Went to this Apple Store for my first Apple Store experience and I did it on the launch of the new iPhone without realizing it! However, even though it was completely packed I was taken care of the whole time and they were able to help me pick out the Apple Watch right for me. Hopefully going to be able to come back for the iPhone 11 Pro in a few months. But for a first time experience, this made a good impression! (Picture is me trying on some watches)

The line can get a bit long but it’s really easy to pick orders up. Make sure you set an appointment though. No walk-ins available. That’s the downside of it, but other than that, it’s a good place. Workers there are nice.

“Manager,” Sydney or Cindy (sp?) ruined our experience at this Apple Store on 5/23/21. I’m not sure which was worse, her unprofessionalism or complete disregard for our concerns. She straight ignored us, raised her voice after we questioned why they couldn’t replace our further damaged phone that was being repaired in the back with a new one that was in-store rather than coming back in 2 days and she never returned to ensure we were taken care of. If I managed this store I would fire her on the spot. She portrayed the exact opposite of the image Apple tries to uphold. I hope you have a better week young lady.

They are literally not selling anything. They will turn you away. At 7:30 pm I tried to buy my wife a new iPhone. They told me I needed an appointment and would have to come back tomorrow. I asked if she could just hold one Real quick and we would order off the website. They told me no even though plenty of people were in the store and they didn’t close for an hour and a half....I have had a very bad experience several times at this Apple store but this tops the cake. I’m really getting tired of apples elitist attitude and unwillingness to even sell products to people who don’t look the part...

I dropped my laptop off and they sent it to an off-site repair facility who did not check that the laptop was fixed before sending it back to me. They sent it back broken.Fast forward two months later I go to drop my (still broken) laptop again hoping second time would be the charm.One month later they returned my laptop to me broken again! Can’t make this stuff up twice in a row my laptop has been sent in for repair and both times it has returned to me still broken. The technicians refuse to check their work. The quality of service is absolutely trash.

Hire new staff here. My friends mom tried scheduling a service for airpod. By mistake she scheduled a shopping session? Got there, waited in line, got sent to the other line. She knew it was accident and said she would help us, but then just shelfed us basically and helped everyone else. She didnt say anything to us for 30 minutes. We just left. The star goes out to the security up there, forget Apple. Switch to Android

I love apples for two things quality and customer service but this time was not really good on Monday 3/1/2021 I went there because my phone iPhone 11 pro max has network problem start to lose the signal and i addressed that to apple on the phone and in the store but they came up with a great solution that paying 599+tx to get my phone fix needs parts to replace!!!!! Which is new phone so that’s definitely disappointing!!!!!!

Unprofessional and no customer service skills. For them if your iphone over heats it’s normal, if your phone has random black out it’s normal and if your battery drains fast it’s normal and the girl Shayna thinks you go there just to get new iPhone replacement and do not know anything about cell phone. It’s time to convert to Android as my IT guy always recommends. I don’t really give a bad review unless it’s really that bad. The boy Braylon said he emailed me the report 5 hours later I have not received it. Braylon, Shayna and Alex were really acting like they really hate their job.

Made an appointment for 2. Got there and was incredibly confused because there were two lines. Waited in one that someone said they had an appointment and then walked to the front to see if I could ask anyone because my appointment time had come and gone. A man at the front told me to check in with a security guard who had been going down the line. I did and when the person replied back they said leave her in line she is late. LATE? Avoid this location because they don’t care about an appointment time or anything and don’t care to explain just assume and make you wait until they are ready. Poor customer service to the core. Waited an hour with an appointment. This should be way more organized then this. With covid how it is why would they have it set up like this and not explain via email what to do.

I understand a walk-in is just a walk-in. There is no commission on swapping phones. Waited 35 minutes for someone. But I found it nerve wrecking that due to no commission on my visit, I felt ignored. All this available employees where standing there. I believe in good customer service. And it wasnt the case here. Ugh! So I considered dinging this store because thier current appointment system to even go into the store can be frustrating, but ultimately I get it. Its an effective strategy to keep their employees and customers safe. Plan ahead otherwise youll truly be window shopping at this and other locations during the pandemic. On the other hand, if you have a return you can get in without an appointment.

Standard mall and a little outdated otherwise has most of the medium to high end stores.Can be quite crowded and not much social distancing happening in the cafeteria or in certain aisles.Apple store is an Express outlet and you cant here at the moment.

Horrible service. I had a appointment at 4:30 when I got they at 4 to check in they had this line that was going over around the store . They made me to go and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to be able to check in. Again even i had a appointment at 4:30. Then they had this 2 people checking people Temperature they were so rude and unprofessional. I used apple products for over 15 years but them being so rude it made me think and stop showing at apple. They had problem and trying to give me and my family issue about why my 1 year old son not wearing mask. ARE YOU SERIOUS APPLE. Hire some professional people...

It was absolutely terrible! I know that the the whole COVID situation is happening but they sent me to a million different people and none of them helped at all! All I needed was a simple screen repair but they sent me through mayhem to get one. I recommend that if you need a screen repair don’t do it at the apple store because not only do they make it very difficult to book an appointment, but they charge you more than the actual price of the phone. They just want you to buy a new phone. Trust me do not go to the apple store for anything except to buy a new product

We understand the pressures that are on you to get so many things done in an even more frustrating environment with COVID restrictions. However, the way you treat your customers is how you win or lose trust in the brand and product.-Managers, control the chaos and solve the unprofessionalism.As an IT professional for the past 7 years, I can tell you the level of professionalism and intellect the Apple tech team has, at this location, is very low. Our MacBook was taken in because a software update issue occurred, blocking us from using the computer. We set an appointment (which apparently you arent supposed to be able to do online, according to a store associate....really?) Next, they needed our password and called us to retrieve it over the phone. We called Apple Customer Service who stated this should not occur. So, we went into the store to give them our password, during which the staff assisting were VERY unprofessional. Afterwards we were contacted again to verify the password, because it apparently did not work, even though it was the correct password. So, we went back to the store to try more passwords, dealing yet again with VERY unprofessional staff. We ended up bringing the laptop home to not deal with the stores staff again. Turns out, you should trust your customers. The password was not the issue. After spending only an hour on the phone with Apple customer support we came to the conclusion the hard drive corrupted after the last OS update, rending the current data unusable, and a complete format and reinstall needed to occur. Thanks for wasting TWO WEEKS of our time.

They store is always clean and inviting. They can get busy during events and holidays which is normal for business. Staff is usually great and efficient. They only reason for the 4 stars is because of the lack of line handling. Depend on what service you need the person checking you in will tell you where to go. Once you get there no one is checking to see whos next. So essentially you can get cut off by other customers. Happens to me every time and it gets very frustrating.

I had to schedule an appointment to get a battery replaced in a so called referb iPhone from AT&T. I show up ahead of my appointment time. About half way through the appointment I was told my battery couldnt be replaced until the next day. So what the hell is the point of an appointment and wasting my time? 2 hours down the drain. I could understand be turned away if I just walked up and needed a battery replacement. Beware of this lousy service by the incompetent management who cannot keep an ample amount of help in the store to meet demand.

RIDICULOUS SUPPORT !! DIDNT EXPECT FROM APPLE !Last year(May2016) had broken iPhone 6 screen replacement through them for $120. This year (july2017) I had an issue in front iPhone receiver(couldnt hear incoming voice on phone calls when other person speak). I took the phone to store & they recognized the issue & said your phone needs screen replacement to fix this issue for $129+tax.. I said Im having issue in receiver why need screen replacement again.. He said they have this receiver attached on screen & cant be replaced by itself so need screen replacement.. I tried to explain him since I didnt damage the device why do I pay it. In response.. Your phone is out of warranty. Come on man the phone itself doesnt cost $129 now & on top of its just over a year since I had screen replacement done.. that means the screen replacement I did last year was of cheap quality..!!
