I have worked with two of their support team. Both excellent. Knowledgeable. Explain well what has happened and how they plan to fix it. Usually same day or next business day responsive. I have moved out of the area and they are still my go-to tech support.

Totally unprofessional. They picked up my new laptop to install a SSD. It was delivered with missing and corrupt files AND a virus. Called Dell to look inside unit and thats what they found. Took it to Geek Squad and they confirmed the same. It took them two hours while Tech by Request had it for five days. Was treated very rudely by the person who answers at this place. Im out $214 and now am wiser as to which firm NOT to send my pc problems to.
