2 bad haircuts in a row . The only great haircut I had at this place was by Victoria.One of the ladies didn’t even blend or fade my cut , I look like a chessboard

For a last minute appointment they were ok. However the cleanliness wasnt that great. I sat on a bench in the waiting area and hair and dust was everywhere. This was a last minute appointment because we couldnt get in with our regular barber but we will not be returning.

As a walk in, we only waited 15 minutes. I didnt get the name of the young lady that cut my daughter s hair but she was very professional and did a great job!

This place is going way down hill! Made a booking on their app, showed up 15 minutes before hand. No one is helping, two people cutting hair that’s it on busy weekend.My appointment time passes and have to ask why I’m still not being called up. Confirmed my appointment. Keeps saying it will be about 30 minutes. 30 minutes comes and goes. Still name is not called. Girl cutting hair just says “I have no idea” when I try to ask a question.An hour and half later still waiting... and now leaving. This place used to be amazing. But it’s clearly being poorly managed or not managed at all. Don’t waste your weekend sitting here for nothing. Go somewhere else.

#icried!!!!!!I went in for a quick trim the young lady who cut my hair was so sweet however definitely needs a little help on education for cutting hair. It looked like Halloween teeth had torn through the bottom of my hair where I had some parts that were a 1/2 inch longer than others dont know if she was trying to give me layers when not asked for but even with a part down the middle my hair was not even at all.. I asked for a 2 inch trim and ended up with 4 to 5 gone and horribly horribly done

I received 3 mediocre mens haircuts from 3 different stylists, so now I go somewhere else.

Good haircut. Good price. I always come here to get my haircut because not many places are open on Sunday. PHS gave a great haircut as I wanted. I will definitely go back.

Pictures tell it all... Hair looks like it was cut with a dull butter knife :( its so jagged, slanted, choppy. I feel like I could have gotta a better cut using a mirror and my kitchen scissors. Reina was very sweet BUT clearly needed more training I didnt ask for anything difficult just a good trim. She did great on trimming and thinning my side bangs but the actual cut is horrible. I called after getting a good look since she didnt show me the back while I was there and she said I can come in Saturday and she can TRY and fix it. I think Im going to pass...but I defiantly want a refund. Hope Management will email me and make this right so I can update my review

The haircuts I have received have pleased me. The staff is cordial and the salon is clean and tidy. No complaints from me.

Did a great job of cutting my sons fringe so that it was 2 inches longer on one side than the other. If lop-sided haircuts, akin to Edward a Furlongs in Terminator 2: Judgement Day, are what youre into then these guys are fantastic. They were pretty cheap but not sure that Ill be back.

My stylist did an excellent job. She listened to me, she didnt try to change my mind, and I got the cut I wanted. I am very happy with my hair, it feels soooo much better-!!

Would give zero stars if I could. First I inquired if they had a stylist who could do the style I was looking for. A LONG pixie cut. They paired me with a seemingly nice enough person. Unfortunately after my experience I doubt she has a single amount of training and she did not listen to what I asked for. I brought several pictures and explained in detail what I was looking for. The woman who attempted to cut my hair did the worst possible job. She didn’t use my photos as reference, didn’t give me anything close to the cut I was asking for and actually ARGUED that the way she was doing it was better! First I asked her NOT to take any of the length off my bangs and that was the very first thing she hacked off. I stopped her and asked why she did that. She responded “this is better..” I’m NO. This is MY hair! After another 2 minutes of her random snips here are there (ALL ON THE TOP) I stopped her a second time to ask why again. I finally had to show her a separate picture where the lady had the side of her head shaved. It was my only option and I am CRUSHED that she didn’t even do that right! It’s extremely crooked, insanely short on the top, and I finally had to stop her before she messed up so badly I would have been BALD.Then she ARGUED about me refusing to pay! My husband told them point blank, “why would you even consider charging us after your employee ruined my wife’s hair! We are NOT giving you a penny!My hair is going to be this horrendous “style” for Months Before I can attempt to get it evened out. In the meantime, I’ll be wearing hats 24/7.Never go here unless you’re looking to be ripped off by people who have no idea how to cut hair.Also, nobody would give me any of their names to report this butcher to corporate.I’ve had amazing haircuts at other Supercuts so why they paired me with a woman who had no idea how to do the cut I asked for is baffling! I asked right when I arrived if they had anyone on staff who could do that cut.Never go here unless you absolutely have to, also, when they ruin your hair id suggest telling them that you will not pay them for this HORRIBLE cut like I did. They should try to make you when you TRUSTED them with your hair!!There’s probably typos and other spelling/grammar mistakes. W/e I am still upset! This is unacceptable for so called professionals!!

Made an appointment in advance. No acknowledgement of our presence when we walked in. 15 minutes after our appointment time, they greeted us and we told them we had an appointment. They asked another lady if she had signed in. She said she couldn’t find the book to sign in. So they took her first (she was there first but again, this is 15 minutes after our appointment time). A guy walked in with huge shaved bald spots on his head and behind his ears. Uneven in back. Looked awful. They gave him his money back with no qualms. Hence two stars instead of one. We finally had to leave (prior plans, which is why we had an appointment), we said that we were leaving and thanks anyway. No response. Waste of time.

I was a walk-in and had a great shampoo, cut and style. She gave me an extra head massage when I asked her to and it really helped relieve a sore neck. Will definitely return.

I’m not going to again the first time I went they did a fantastic job the next time I went they gave me nothing like what I asked for and cut way too much off to where it couldn’t be fixed. Less is more. I figured hey maybe the guy was having a bad day so I gave it one more shot apparently the first time I went must have been a special occasion because even though I showed this lady a picture of exactly what I wanted she just have me the exact same cus the other guy gave me that I hate and cut way too much off and cut uneven on my head do not recommend

I have used the particular location for many years and it is convenient and located in an area where I can run errands as well. Depending on the time of day there is normally not a wait, but you can make an appointment the prices have went up slightly over the years and I do not think the cuts are the greatest for the prices, but there are some people on the staff who make it worth while.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for over 12 years by the manager, Elizabeth. Everyone is so friendly, and Elizabeth always does a great job with my hair. I always look forward to my haircuts, which give us a chance to catch up.

Cant remember the name of the lady who cut my hair, but I was very pleased with it. First time customer, and she knew exactly what I explained to her. Not crowded at all either right after work. Will Return

The stylists are from Africa. Stylist’s name was Mulugeta Dema. They like using their scissors and cutting as short as possible. They are here to make America bald again I went in with photos of Anne Hathaways short haircut and I walked out with a mans haircut. Ill be in hiding for the next few weeks until my hair grows back at least an inch. I do not plan on returning here.They need to take continuing education classes but mostly focus on how to give women feminine short haircuts, not haircuts for men on women.

Unfortunately not a good haircut I had. I asked for a low fade, and end up with a high fade plus bad trimming. I literally had it done in 15 min so just guess how my hair end up. Had to fix it at home. Never going back to any super cuts locations. Second time experience different location same wrong decision.

By far the worse haircut I have ever had in my life. I question the haircut school the woman went to. I could have gave myself a haircut and not did the butcher work this lady did to me, now I have to wait a month to grow it back due to how awful she cut it, I think ray Charles could have done a better job drunk.

My hair is butchered. I showed the man who cut my hair the picture of the style I wanted twice. The first time when I sat down. The cut he gave me was literally NOTHING like the picture I showed him. He spent maybe 5 minutes on that cut then offers me the mirror to see the back of it. I was so disappointed and immediately told him I didnt like it. So I showed him the picture again and explained that I liked it shorter and where I can make a little fauxhawk. So he cuts my hair more. I thought for sure he understood me the second time. Instead he cut the backs and sides much shorter and left the top basically the way it was. I got tired of even trying to explain so I said it was better. I got hone and looked in the mirror.... the sides of my hair are not tapered into the layers, its just one abrupt cut into a shorter cut. It looks terrible on the sides and they arent even the same on both sides. Im so frustrated. I just wanted the cut I asked for...and now I have to try and figure out what Im gong to do to fix my hair before my big interview this week. And just to mention it, you should wash your hands after you come back from smoking...because the smell of cigarettes in my face while your cutting my hair was less than pleasant. Ill never go back....amd I seriously regret the tip I left.

They did a terrible job on my hair. They have no idea what they are doing. I went in there to just get a trim.They cut my hair too short. The woman also did not cut my hair evenly.I had to go somewhere else to get my haircut fixed. Complete waste of time and money.

I havent gone here as much since I left for college, but they always do an amazing job. The employees are very friendly and they take the time they need.

Terribly disorganized, waited for 45 minutes and right before I was supposed to get my hair cut a woman had her husband bring in their three kids to cut in front of me of which they weren’t logged or accounted for. All in all waited an hour and thirty minutes, never coming here again.

Absolutely the worst haircut of my life! A couple of months ago I printed a picture of a haircut off their website and Lewis, one of the stylists , and I use that term loosely, said he could cut my hair in that style. While the cut I got was NOWHERE near the picture, I was okay with it, it was a sassy short cut that was a little punk-it stuck up on the top, sides and back. I went back for trim, he kept the chair facing sideways where I couldnt see what he was doing, and he SHAVED, TO THE SKIN, the sides and back, and left a blob of hair on the top--basically a MOHAWK ! I made a remark about his use of the shaver and that I hoped he wasnt cutting my hair too short--he didnt respond and just kept shaving! I am a 59 year old woman, not some teenage punk rock kid, and look HORRIBLE!!! A male friend, who NEVER notices my hair, said Oh my God when he saw me. I am now searching for a wig salon because there is no way I can go out in public until this mess grows out. DONT GO THERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MORE THAN SOMEONE SHAVING YOUR HEAD, AND DEFINITELY DONT LET LEWIS NEAR YOUR HAIR.
