Words cannot explain the joy and memories that we’re create it! I never had the chance to write a review, because I didn’t want it to be anything simple. Because George and the friends at luxury banquet did everything but simple! It was my daughter‘s sweet 16, and due to Covid we had a lot of friends cancel out! But George and the crew was very Covid safe, and was very sanitary with everything! There’s so many great things to have been said call mom but me and my wife were truly speechless at the end of the night, and then I guest also! And I will tell you, we are pretty picky when it comes to things. LOL! George I’ve really wanted to take this time out and write the best review that I could to try to explain to future customers, how much they will enjoy and cherish doing business with you! God bless you my friend, we will definitely be using you again!

This venue made such a great place for our prom! We loved the catering options provided and how friendly the staff members were. I recommend this place for any sort of event. It is definitely also a very budget friendly place.

Terrible communication and customer service. We had my sisters quinceanera last weekend 08/28. We had an incident were staff stole boxes of beer and liquor bottles. We reported to manager and manager said they were not responsible. Enrique has terrible customer service manners. Made inappropriate comments all the time. We gave instructions to not use fog machine while presentation due to camera video staff instructions of recoding being viewable and even though we talked to staff they still did it. I will not recommend this place for anyone. Very unprofessional staff starting from management.

Very fancy in all possible ways... A beautiful decoration very wide inside a little bit far from where I live but it was worth it to attend the event I was in invited to..very charming👍👏😉❤️

Had our daughters Quinceanera in Ballroom A in July it was decorated so beautiful received so many compliments all night long. DJ was great played everything we asked for when he called to introduce himself. The wait staff was so nice got compliments on how professional and nice they were. The photographer was amazing got a beautiful amazing shot of the father daughter dance. Everyone loved the food and cake. The candy bar was beautiful everyone loved how the cake hung from the ceiling. I recommend this place 100% my middle daughter turns 15 in a little over 3 years and will looking to book this place again.

Worst place to hold an event, was understaffed so food was cold. We had an incident for my step daughters quince with one of the servers trying to steal a purse of one of the family members. We asked to see the video but we’re told that we would need to speak with management which we did and we have been getting the runaround for about a month now. Jorge (owner) only cares about the money and not about the actual event they are planning. We have been given an excuse that he can’t get ahold of his security guy that handles his cameras but we know that’s a lie, I seriously don’t know how this place is still up and running.Save your money and find another ballroom, you’ll regret coming here. I knew we should have gone with Villa Luxe.

We toured for our wedding venue here. We were shown both rooms and were told both prices for the rooms and were told that the room we wanted was not available for out wedding date (not negotiable in moving since we already booked our wedding ceremony location date). I believe this should have been communicated with us before we were shown what we cant have. Then we tried seeing if we could negotiate the price on the bigger room since we wouldnt need all that was offered and never received any sort of call back or offer. This place seemed very nice and I honestly wanted to have my wedding reception here, but the lack of communication worried me. The decorations are gorgeous and the offer is almost too good to pass up, too bad it wasnt available for us.

The place is very nice, so my comment is more about my personal experience as a vendor, not as a client. I have been doing weddings for 3 decades as a D.J. and this is the first and only venue that ever asked me to bring my own DJ table... they could not provide a simple 6 foot rectangular table... a wedding venue??? Other than that, the place is a very nice venue.

In times of needs you will think they will try to accommodate you. I understand what it means to sign a contract but this world pandemic affected everyone. The fact that this venue wouldnt want to change a date because a contract was signed or pay $5000 additional makes this people inhumane. Unbelievable they didnt care that everything was paid. I hope no one books this venue . THE SO CALLED MANGER OR WHATEVER HE IS JORGEN IS VERY INHUMANE.

Even though I didn’t have my wedding here Because they didn’t fit my needs(I wanted a chapel or ceremony room/ which they don’t have) the staff was so patient and friendly when I visited and called for all of the questions I had. Their ballrooms are very pretty and worth seeing especially because they were soo freaking affordable, there’s other expensive packages that have more stuff included but that’s up to the client which is great. They have literally any decoration you can imagine it’s insane. I’ll make sure to book with them for another party. :)

TERRIBLE communication. Tried to talk to someone via posting a comment on their fb and they just deleted them TWICE! And never reached back out! I really was just very interested because of how nice it looked but with the TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION it’s a turn off!

Not sure what this place has to offer because I was told I cant get any price info over the phone. Okay, what are your starting prices?? We dont say prices over the phone and you have to make an in-person appt for prices. Ill pass. From pics the place is beautiful but their phone communication was horrible.

I don’t think this place is worth what you pay (very expensive). Some of the employees are nice, but the guy that should organize everything doesn’t really care about doing a good job with the customers. I don’t recommend this place.

Jorge and his team are AMAZING! He went above and beyond for my daughters quinceañera. Our guest raved about how fabulous the décor, the food and the wait staff was. I am incredibly grateful to them for providing such a phenomenal night for our family.

This Venue does not deserve any stars. I was shopping for a great Venue for my daughters 15, and I came across this place, which offered packages that would included everything. What I was looking for. I made an appointment, Once arrived it took about 15 mins for someone to greet me and it was a young gentlemen which was a bit clueless of how everything worked around. The tour was great, beautiful ballrooms and decor. Once at the office to look at the packages, there was no negotiation as to what I needed and wanted in the pckgs. His manager/boss came in to ask a question and did not even acknowledge us and was very rude. Very bad place to put your trust and money into. Look around ladies/mothers for other events that offer the same packages and cheaper and better service. This is a waste of time, venue.

It was a beautiful, beautiful venue. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a special event.

We have attended several events at this location and we love the way the managers always deliver, the decorations are exquisite, elegant and they really stand out. Over all the place always looks spectacular.

I wanted to have a mix done for my wedding, you know the couple dance. I went to the ballroom and spoke with an employee there about me getting in contact with the DJ. They sent me to a random DJ ! To top it off the DJ took MONTHS to do our mix . He didn’t give it to us until a week before the wedding !!!! Yes I was super upset.!2. I get it , things happen the day of the wedding . I table was accidentally tipped over and only the top glass broke, not the vase. The owner Jorge was called over , we talked about it outside and he stated to me that the glass and the base of the table has broken too so we have to pay $600.Later for some reason I went to the back of the ballroom and I found the vase perfectly fine!3. Cuando ya íbamos a comer , la comida no era la que escojimos. Si era pollo pero tenía otra salsa y sopa. And yes it’s a big deal for me because I’m paying for the wedding of my dreams !

Very bad service They never called me back. The agent I spoke with didnt speak to me that he had already occupied the room for the date I needed him. Last Thursday I went to see the lounge. We agreed that I would return on Tuesday to make a decision, deposit etc. He let me arrive Tuesday without at least giving me a courtesy call to tell me that he had already signed a contract with someone else by the same date. I called him more than twice to tell him that he was on his way and he never answered his cell phone, much less gave me the Face. He let another employee tell me he was already busy. I will take my party and parties close to another room / s where they appreciate every customer or at least have better Customer Service. I do not recommend them.
