From the beginning, Melissa was super responsive, and worked with me to create a menu that would be perfect for all of my guests. The food was top-notch, and my guests enjoyed it! I recently attended a wedding catered by Culinary Art Catering. The table service did not clean our table of dishes or silverware. The catering company did not offer guests with dietary needs options such as gluten free. I share this review simply in hopes that this company and wedding planners realize guests have diverse needs at a wedding and expect table service to be timely and efficient.

We made the right choice in hiring CAC for our wedding! All of the staff was responsive, attentive, and kind - especially when we had to postpone our wedding the week of our original date. Everyone loved the food!! Best part, we were able to get everything wanted within our budget!!

Culinary Art Catering did such a great job for our wedding in June! They work with our venue often as well! The food was AMAZING! We were able to do a couple tastings and they went over all the details with us! We received many compliments from our guests on how tasty the Hors D Oeuvres were and the meal we chose! They were very professional! I highly recommended them!

Culinary Arts Catering staff were very professional and prompt during the whole process. They were quick to schedule the tasting, went over everything in grave detail and always emailed quickly. On the day of our wedding, we didnt even notice the caterers because they were handling everything so we didnt have to. Our guest complimented the food and their service. Annie at CAC was awesome! Our venue only let use Culinary Art Catering which was nice for us because that was one less vendor we had to search for and it was good to know that we shouldnt have any surprises on the day of since they are at our venue all the time. They let us come in for a private tasting and it was so fun. We got to pick a bunch of different food options from the package we were looking at and the food was wonderful! Annie was very patient and helpful with my many phone calls and questions. She would send me an updated contract as a follow up to our phone calls so I could see she was adding notes from our discussions for their staff. Choose the brisket tacos! We ordered extra and requested they bring them specifically to us after we did our pictures. Everything tasted great the day of - no complaints!

Culinary Art Catering personifies professionalism and excellence! We were fortunate enough to have them as our caterer for our wedding on 2/24/2018. From the outstanding Hors doeuvres, to the incredible dishes at the mini plate stations, to the unobtrusive staff, they went above and beyond expectations to make sure all the culinary aspects of our wedding were pure perfection! They listened to our wants and needs and made sure all of our guests were treated like royalty the entire night!! We choose Culinary Art Catering for our wedding reception and we are so glad we did! Everyone that works there was super nice and helpful! We got to attend 2 open houses with Culinary Art Catering to taste the food and we even got to talk one-on-one with Chef Yossi. We just used CAC for the first time to cater our office Christmas dinner and I was super impressed. We had a sit down dinner and CAC handled everything from the food to dinnerware. The food was super high quality and fresh. The service from their wait staff was equal to any fine restaurant in Dallas. Everyone in my office was extremely impressed. I had a totally outstanding experience with Culinary Art Catering. Especially with all the excellent service I received from Melissa T. She was a true professional and made everything go as smooth as possible.

Culinary Art was outstanding! We worked with two different ladies in the months leading up as I think that Melissa, the first woman we worked with for our tasting and many of the months leading up, must have left Culinary Art. Our tasting was great and they really worked with us a lot to make sure our rentals were just right, our menu was perfect, and every detail was worked out for the day of timeline! After Melissa left we worked mainly with Chelsey who was also outstanding! The transition from Melissa to Chelsey was seamless and we never felt that any details were passed over do the the change! We loved Chelsey! I spoke with her in the final steps leading up to our wedding day. I never got to meet her on our wedding day unfortunately but my coordinator and several family members did and they had nothing but good things to say of her! My coordinator was SERIOUSLY impressed with her. She was on top of everything food and bar related on the wedding day apparently. Everything went so smoothly I could not be happier! Thank you Chelsey and Culinary Art Staff for everything! Yall were amazing! Also…the food is AMAZING! I had so many people talking about how unique the hors doeuvres were and how great our Italian food buffet was! They were also able to accommodate our vegetarian and GF friends and family easily! So great! Would recommend to anyone!
