My friend daughter had Quincecanera birthday party and I loved it nice atmosphere nice food and good drinks

Rude owner, this lady uses this place as a storage. Dirty, old and rusty game tables when walking to womens bathroom. Kitchen area has a really dirty what used to be stove. Told her to remove 2 small castles that look like the linen hasnt been washed in years and look vintage, that are behind the main table prior to event. That was written on contract and she ignored that request, stating we changed mantel table colors even though we were asked a few days prior of the event to choose the colors we wanted. Was told many people ask her to take those 2 small castles down,but request are ignored.

Do not do your parties at this places.Bathroom didnt work.Game room didnt work.A/C didnt work.The lady is very rude. She will tell you what you want to hear so you can rent the place but will lie in your face the day of the event and say she never said that.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is set up nice? The only problem is that its really HOT!!! I guess the central air dont work so they have water coolers?

It was extremely hot, in the game room nothing worked, just over all this lady the owner has no customer service and just over charges and takes and advantage of the customers! STAY AWAY!! spend your money somewhere else do your research!

Horrible experience at salon fun center.The owner and her family take advantage of you in the last minutes before and during your event. It’s a low level nightmare, they have no Facebook page, they must have removed it since I doubt they get any positive reviews minus their enormous family.

The place was nice like the decoration set up, my only issue was that the place was Extremely hot the lady didn’t warn us that the AC was not working at the time of the event we had ask her if she was going to discount cause it was not working she told my husband that it was not her fault that the AC was not working she try to blame on the guess that broke it but my event has not started it yet...and also the game room for the kids to play does not work at all..and the lady was so rude that she took advantage of our event...Horrible service Please Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE

Rude lady and lies to much

We recently celebrated a very special 50th Birthday for a family member at this place and had to sit through excruciating hot temperatures. We reported the problem multiple times and the owner never showed up! I must inform you that it’s a shame that this owner will not take responsibility for the AC not working. She claims the AC was on however she had about 5 standing fans all over the salon. Why would she have standing fans present? Simply because they take the place of an AC that is not working! Most people do make honest livings and work very hard every day to save their money for these special occasions. I am requesting that some of my aunt’s money be refunded immediately!

Horrible service,dont rent it, the owner has a really bad service,I never back to rent this place.
