The Blanc Event Center is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed in the service. A family oriented business that cares about you and your needs for your special day! If you book this place in the future, I warn you to be sure everything you want and DO NOT want is clearly written in your contract. You are paying thousands of dollars for them to simply wash their hands of responsibility when you point out a mistake. We went in 4 weeks prior to the event to finalize all details and made sure we mentioned no pink when we discussed the decor. He stated he would send a picture of the dress to the company decorating along with our requests because he doesnt get involved in the decorating aspect of it. Long story short, we saw the salon decorations posted on their Instagram page prior to arriving and to our horror PINK was used! Ill be completely honest, in MY OPINION the place looked beautiful, but heres the problem they went against my daughters wishes. We did not receive an apology, but were told he simply sends the information to the decorator and they handle the rest. In other words responsibility was not taken for this mistake and placed on the decorator. He also mentioned he didnt remember us saying no pink, but we clearly remember him writing it down. The offer to help fix the problem was mediocre and it involved removing chair covers (PINK), which would have completely thrown off the current decor making it look plain, but nothing else could be done. We had one request and they did not follow directions. This review is for others not to experience what we did. Our daughter settled for the decor, but it was not to her liking. The event center made a mistake and could no longer fix it. Dont be like us and settle, demand they show you the decorations the night before and make changes at that time. I can overlook an incorrect date on our photo booth pictures, but not the mistake in decor. For reference, we booked this place as a package deal. They include, food, servers, clean up crew, security, photo booth, DJ, cake and decorations for 1 price.

💚💚. Blanc Event Center did an AMAZING job for my Baby’s Special Day!! Everything was so beautiful and elegant!! The music was hyped!! The cake was delicious!! The caters food was yummy!! And at the end of the night, the hassle free clean was such a blessing!! Most of all... The Special Surprises you made happen for Mija’s Sweet 16 just made it memorable in every way!! Our family and guest have been talking about it for days and all the feedback we have gotten has been very positive. Again, it was an amazing night therefore a huge THANK YOU to Blanc Event Center for making special memories for us so much meaningful!! I recommend this venue to everyone who’s looking for an all in one package deal that will will makes dreams happen and forever memorable!!! 💚💚

I hosted my quinceñera party at this location, decorations was very outstanding ,coordinator,and waiters, but i do have some details people needs to be aware. - before signing the contract make sure everything they say is well stipulated; at the beginning the told me dj z was going to host the party, but wasnt described in the contract, so my dj was going to be a local DJ ,that dj z was not in my contract because the package i bought. - they told me a coordinator was going to contact me 2 weeks prior my event to discuss how we wanted our decoration i call alex multiple times when i was going to sit with her and talk never got a call or email to meet her except 2 days before the party to let me know that everything was ready, basically the designer told me is meant to be a surprise. - order extra food every solitary person in the venue eats. - VIP and RESTROOM room was a sauna i was soak in wet when changing the quincenera for the surprise dance and when i helped her use the the bathroom, coordinator told me it was hot because of the ligrh bulbs but no air was coming at all ,all i wanted is to get out from there. The last part and i feel so WRONG is that the venue has the fridge fill out with soft and alcoholic drinks that you knowis yours , claiming that what ever is in there belongs to the venue the beer we had was in a cooler hot, i had tequila bottles and one was completely sealed i was checking and by the time we were leaving suddenly appeared empty please dont act like i didnt notice but i was nore embarrassed that they were, all my family knew what was going on ,we brought 2 barrels of beer when we left were at 70% full , i admit my cousin try to sneak beer in, then i find out it was beacuse bartender didnt want to serve, venue was till 1am we star packing up at 12 ,am.... this was my experience at blanc event center

Very nice venue I was in love with everything the decoration really elegant they made it really fun, had a great night everything I wished for happened there . They were so helpful with everything made it easier for us . Overall had a great experience everyone loved the venue . Thank y’all so much for that amazing night ☺️

Overall they work with you in everything me and my wife were so happy about how since day one they will stay in touch with us and how our event went the coordinator Angelica was so helpful over the night & All my guest were so amazed , thank you once again.

Horrible service nothing but stress from the guys who run this place they don’t work w you whatsoever after they contradict themselves on what they said.. haven’t answered the phone after they told me to come and they switched at last minute so now they’ve wasted my time twice never doing business with them again

Overall worst service ever. An employee told me she was going to “shut my mouth” because I asked her why the owners were not at the party. They stopped the party 1 hour early... they just turned the lights on and started cleaning when we had a whole hour left. All employees were rude as can be. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !

I celebrated my Roaring 20’s themed 30th birthday here. The owner was extremely helpful, quick to respond and would answer any questions I had promptly. He was very accommodating.The actual day of the party, the owners assistant(s) were beyond helpful. I was stressed out because our centerpieces fell thru because of a shipping issue; the assistant went and grabbed centerpieces they had that worked perfectly with the theme within minutes.Throughout the event, the assistants were consistently asking me and my husband if there was anything I needed. It got hot for a bit, but we mentioned it once and within five minutes (probably less) the assistant handled it.They also helped me with cutting my birthday cake which I appreciated because my family and I were able to fully be present and not have to worry about handing out cake to our guests.The venue itself is very modern and chic. I got a package deal which made life once again easier. I really couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you so much!
