A wealth of knowledge. Total professional. Family and I were without water. They came out diagnosed, and replaced the well pump in the same day. Then reasonably financed the job. In addition gave advice of future maintenance points without pushing the sale. If your looking for quality work, you found it.

Read the reviews and was hopeful to have someone help me with our well pump.A woman returned my call hours later and said they dont have technicians available and wouldnt be able to help us in a timely manner, and that was that. Totally not what I was expecting based on what others have said on here!!Dont waste your time like they wasted mine!

John came and replaced one of the original toilets in the house. When it was time to settle up, I asked him about a veterans discount. He was too far into the process to be able to change it but did a walk-thru of the house, explaining some potential problems. Nice man.

I cant say enough good things about this company. We had to replace 300 feet of pipe. John showed up on time, dug the Trench, fixed the pipe and put our lawn back in order. I am thoroughly pleased with John, the work completed, and the fairness of his quote. He explained everything beforehand, showed us the problem, told us to take pictures and who to contact for scheduling the work. If you need a plumber, please call this company.

I had these guys install a Rinnai on demand hot water system with automatic recirculation and up sized propane piping. This was a complex installation requiring some expertise. They did a good job.

Company has no office in Culpeper. They have doubled up listing to my home address.

They are wonderful and work on sundays our pump died sunday morning and I went googling to find someone open and they were and we had water back that night. I would recommend them to everyone. He was here until 9 at night to make sure we had water.

*edit- 4 years later after we got a new well pump and holding tanks installed by this company ($4100 later) we just got a well inspection and the wires on the well head are already causing a short, and one of the holding tanks is bad!!!! Wouldnt recommend AT ALLWe were in a bad spot with no water coming from our well. John was at our house early the next morning and worked the whole day replacing the well pump. He was full of knowledge and we would definitely use this company again!

Replaced a flow control valve in our Navien tankless water heater. Quickly diagnosed the problem, order a part that other plumbing companies couldnt seem to locate and completed the work in a timely fashion. Cost of the job was competitive and fair.Truly a professional and enjoyable experience from beginning to end and will definitely use and recommend them in the future.UPDATE: Aug 20th --- after numerous visits and parts the odyssey of repairs is hopefully finally over. The technician was simply OUTSTANDING! He was always in support of me the customer as the champion against the vendor and representatives.
