AC went out right in their busy season. They were able to get me scheduled with out a long wait. On the day of install they showed up right when they said they would and were done with a complete install of the new AC/Furnace/Humidifier. They took the time to explain what they were doing and tested with me all the new components.

As with most people our weeks are filled with commuting or working so it was great when the owner came out on a Saturday to give a free estimate. After getting 3 different quotes K&M came in well below the other two (almost half) and scheduled our total system replacement within a week. The techs were prompt and set about their work quickly and efficiently. They had the full job, including a necessary custom fabrication of ducting, completed inside of 5 hours.

Lied about work needed

We have an older unit that we are going to replace, K and M did an installation of a new unit for a relative and did a good job on it, so we plan on using them. Until our budget is ready, we are keeping the old unit along and wanted to give K and M the business.Called for the needed maintenance (which has been done before, without incident and with great reults) to refill the refrigerant and add some stop leak to see if we could stop having to add refrigerant twice a year.Tech began the process and noticed the unit was switching on and off (which is because it was low on refrigerant, why we called) and decided he needed to see the upstairs unit to find out why.Spent an hour to find out that, as expected, that the low refrigerant was causing a coil to cool too rapidly and shut off the unit in an anti icing measure. No problem, time to do the service and get the green refilled! I hope!Nope, goes to the unit and says well I have the power now, but cant get it to turn on, I think your circuit board is bad, Ill have to get parts. I asked him to call with an update, he said he would that afternoon, and confirmed he had my phone number.So here we are, three days later... No call, no update, I called and left a voicemail the next day at their office, no call back.We have weekend weather that is supposed to be 96 degrees, and before K and M came out for my routine service I had a working AC unit. Now I have an AC system that wont turn on and all that occurred is their tech doing more than was asked and messing with the unit.We will now be taking all of our business elsewhere and will have to pay weekend rates for service, and to possibly fix whatever they broke on the unit.Avoid at all costs. Did not even think this still happened.

Read great reviews here on google so we called when our AC didnt work. They came out and diagnosed and then never came or called back. When I called to find out what was happening, they told me Well have someone call you tomorrow. Of course that didnt happen. Suffice to say we found a different contractor.

K&M Heating & Air Conditioning does amazing work at a reasonable price. They did a lot of work on the house and the job they did was great and exceeded my expectations. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning needs.

K&M just did a total installation in my home; air ducts, heaters, thermostat, everything. The service techs were fantastic, courteous and knowledgeable. Their work absolutely met my high expectations. I highly recommend K&M Heating & Air Conditioning.

They were the original installer of the A/C units in my home. After almost 5 years of working just fine one of our units suddenly didnt cool anymore. It was discovered that when installed they left two copper refrigerant lines laying on one another and the everyday vibrations of use eventually caused them to wear through and leak all the refrigerant out. K&M said that Trane isnt going to cover that after 5 years. Well sir, your company did the install so YOU should cover the warranty. By your own admission the installer didnt check internals when the units were installed. Now Im out 1100 dollars to fix your poor workmanship.

I thought the service techs from K & M Heating & Air Conditioning were awesome. They were incredibly polite and were hard workers for sure. They gave me some advice while answering a few of my questions on how to keep my hot water heating running its best for a long time.

On 6/18/18 it was an extremely hot day and my AC went out . I made a call to K&M my first choice at 730 am . They promptly arrive just after 12 and the issue was fix in about 30 minutes ( a bad capacitor) and it cost me about 125.00 . The technician was very professional and I would highly recommend these guy .
