Extremely pleased with the service I received here. Ive been dealing with a tire that just would not hold air even right after I bought it new. Went to two very well-regarded tire places in my area, and neither could find the issue. One, who shall remain nameless, didnt even bother to take the tire off the rim! I walked into Tire South and it took them literally 10 minutes to find the issue, which was my rim and not my tire, and another ten to fix it. Incredibly fast service and great work. I’ve been going here since they first opened. At first they were just opening and fine tuning employees and managers I guess. After that, I’ve had no problems. The shop guys always go above and beyond to take care of me. Jason who has been there from the beginning is awesome. Always willing to go the extra mile to help someone out. My wife had her tires put in there, had a bad tire, replaced it with no fee. I ordered my tires from there and had the best prices in town! Highly recommend these guys and shop.

Morpheus is the best. He schedule me an appt at 8am on Tuesday Monday and he was ready and He got me taken care of. The waiting area was very clean and the staff friendly.

They was the best. Tire had a slow leak. They patched it up. 2 days later, the tire pressure was low. I returned back up there and they help me out. They say it was a nail in it. They plug it for free. They was all around great. I recommend them. I most definitely be back to get some tires from them.

Great competitive prices

Ive complained everytime I go to get service, there will always be one of the workers or buddies vehicles, which is showing off a 4X4 lift and tires or big UTV or vehicle for sale in the handicap parking space. I am a Disabled Veteran, on crutches or a wheelchair, and its very very hard for me to get out of my vehicle and make it to the front door. Ive asked several times and I have doubled parked by the front of the shop just to make it easier for me. However, lesson learned, they dont comply, I dont buy. Refuse to spend money where an entire class of people is disrespected. Now I glance over everytime I pass, and they STILL always have a Show, vehicle in the first clearly marked handicap parking space. I hope business dries up until they do right.

Great Service. Quick and Cheap. I bought a used car and noticed an issue with a tire and a leak. Instead of trying to upsell me, like so many other places, they showed me just what I needed and for quite a good price as well.

Took my truck to be lined up They told me They could not do the job because it needed some more work before they could do it right the guy said he could do it but he didnt want to take my money if the job wasnt done right one hundred percent honesty with tire South and They will have my business from now own because of that

My daughter’s tire light came on and she was in Covington. She pulled into Tire South and they took very good care of her. Krae was very kind and explained everything that was going on with her tire. 1st review was too long. So here is a follow up on my other vehicle.Next, my 2500HD. They installed brand new wheels and tires in May. Then in June I had the entire front end rebuilt and provided my own parts. A little over $4000 worth of work total. A few weeks later it was now pulling to the right hard. I took the truck back up there and was suppose to pick it up that evening. No call or answer when I called. The next morning I call and pick it up that evening. Employee told me they could not align it since ALL front end parts were bad. I needed the entire front end rebuilt again, when I just had it done 3 months ago. Nothing warrantied as I bought my own parts. The parts were from a well-known store and were guaranteed a life time warranty, but the inspection determined the parts were not faulty, it was the install that ruined everything so they could not replace the parts. This was Colts only transportation to and from work so he had to drive it. We could not afford to spend another 2k to have the front end rebuilt again, so his $1200 4 month old tires are bald down to the wire due to this. We were able to replace a few of the main needed parts and there were MULTIPLE bolts extremely loose that they never tightened up. I still have a 1.5 year warranty I paid $400 for on these tires but since the tread isnt even, it is useless even if I hit something with them.So basically around12k invested into this company in a matter of 3 months and they refused to stand by their work or offer even just a little help. Avoid them at all costs... I will not spend another dime with them and will do my best to let everybody know to avoid them.

Im not sure if they still offer this but when originally purchasing over 8k of items/labor - I was told if I left a 5 star review I would get a discount. It wasnt a huge discount but every bit counts, so I was game. Essentially buying reviews, so keep that in mind when you see all the 5 star ratings, because they bought mine too! However my entire review was based off an employee that was once there and is no longer with this company. (not the one who offered discount by the way). If you want to view edit history you will see how I made sure to only compliment him, not the company or other staff as I didnt want to lie in my review.The rest of employees are no where near as wonderful. When they failed me, I could contact him and he would straighten it out immediately.My decision to write a new review is due to lack of communication, honesty, service, and care about their customers. They want your dime and then gone.So a little rundown:Pick up my GMC with brand new wheels, tires, and a lift. My children were in my truck with me headed home from their shop when my brand new tire had a side wall blow out at 60mph. Call TireSouth the next day and an employee argues with me that I didnt purchase the tire warranty so there was nothing to do other then buy another $400 tire. This is when I met the employee my review was about, and he was wonderful help and wanted to get this taken care of, unlike employee #1. He came to my house the next day to change my tire, but the truck broke down so he just got my wheel and bad tire then I had to pick up the new tire at the shop, he even stayed open later so I could get it. Go home, put it on and truck is pulling horribly. I carry it back up there for an alignment which took nearly 3 hours, and at closing time they were done. After I get in and driving home it is pulling to the right again bad. I call with no answer. Call the next day and take it back. This time I pick it up and there is some weird ticking noise coming from the right side. Employee tells me it was the zip tie used to hold my brake line hitting something so I ignored it, and eventually cut the tie off and the ticking is even worse - mostly as soon as I put it in reverse there is a loud tick. I noticed a few weeks ago a pin is missing which helps align it and wonder if this is where the ticking noise is coming from? 3 months later it is pulling badly again and I finally decide to call in September to see which day would be best to bring it to check/do alignment. I was informed my alignment only had a 6 month warranty, and had expired 2 days prior. However when getting the work done I was told there was a warranty for 12 months, so that was a lie. The employee told me there was nothing he could do as it expired 2 days ago. I look online asking for recommendations on where to take it now, and everybody commented saying tiresouth had a warranty of 9 months and that the employee lied to me. I got the owners contact info and was chatting with him over email in December and was told he was going to find a solution for me. He never responded back so I sent out another email checking to see if there was anything sorted out - no response. Which is what made me decide to write a new review.This company lacks communication horribly and does not stand by their work or word. Really upsetting they have such a large name and there are multiple bad reviews for the past few months, theyve totally gone down hill and even the person that recommended me there last year was telling me of their recent bad experience and will not return.So now my brand new $400 tire is bald on the side, which isnt their fault - it is my fault that I could not afford an alignment at the time, but I did have higher expectations from this company to help fix their work.

Not only do they have the means to mount and balance tires but they also have accurate wheel alignment equipment along with a range of purchasing options for aftermarket rims and tires.
