Since the name change/new owner this place has gone downhill in my opinion. Last time I went the gentleman changing my brakes hit my bumper with a hammer knocking it loose. He didnt even fix it. Time before that I went in for them to check my brakes and was told they were fine. A couple days later when I went to another shop I was shown just how bad the brakes were. They are cheap which is the only selling point. But you get what you pay for.

Very courteous and professional. Complete absence of arrogance. Refreshing actually. The building does not look like much from the highway but theyve got it where it counts in late model Hunter alignment equipment. They did a precision 4 wheel alignment on my Lexus . The car also needed a reset of its electrical steering system which they were able to do. They were recommended to me by my mechanic. He also uses them for his personal cars. Glad I went. If you want it done right for a reasonable price this is the place to go.9/13/21 Six months later and the wear patterns on my tires is outstanding!

Price was good for an alignment on my Jeep. Dropped it off and it was done in about two hours. The guy that I spoke with when I got there and got back was nice.

These guys do so much work, and are great at what they do. Its hard to get in , if you cant just leave it, get there early, I live aways from there, but chose to keep going back. My only thing I wish they would do, is set up appointments maybe even if one or two days a week, for people that just cant make it there early. Back issues and on disability, I just couldnt sit and wait, but finally my daughter was off one day and we ran errands. I recommend them either way.

Fair prices, Great Technicians, knowledgeable and professional Ownership. All family and friends use this shop for alignment, tires, and suspension work. Strongly recommend you do too!

Slow working and low level communication

Great guys took my caddy up for an alignment and just change a outer tie rod that I never done before. Was told by another place I need both inter and outer but they got it straight and looked to make sure I did not mess up. The place to go for sure

Took 2 of my cars for tires to be mounted and for alignment. Was impressed immediately with the professionalism of owner and workers. Some businesses like this are just super uncomfortable for a woman to do business but this was not the case with Bullards. That fact alone is enough for them to keep me as a customer. I went to a franchise shop to get an alignment but my car was still out of whack so I took my car here and he actually showed me where the ball joint was loose. He was honest and told me that he could take my money and do the alignment but it would be out of alignment again as soon as I left the shop. I appreciated this honesty since so many shops are out to get money by any means. I got the part replaced and now my car is not pulling to the right anymore. Im going back to him this week to get the alignment. Its 30 mins out of my way but I would rather give my money to this small business than these franchise shops who will lie to you in your face.

Great Service!

If you want poor service, and bad parts put on, this is the place for you. They will rip you off. I had rear brakes put on. A couple of days later, the brakes were squeaking and finally the grinding sound that I took it in for was worse. They said it was calipers and the would not honor the warranty on the pads.

They fixed my truck up. Rotors, pads, uv joints, center bearing shaft.
