Worst EVER. wifi goes out all the time and when it does work it’s horrible. if i could give zero stars i would. currently can’t watch tv because freaking wifi doesn’t work.

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is horrible!! The staff do not listen and screw upmy whole order and then instead of apologizing and correcting the situation they proceed to have attitudes while I am getting no info and am growing more and more impatient and frustrated at the situation and to make matters worse there is a cockroach walking on the counter not far from where I was standing....I have now been here over a half and hour and still nothing is fixed!! My suggestion...hire people that arent besties but people that are the best with customer servicecustomerscustcustomer 😂😂

Paying for Ultra so my wife can work from home, but my internet speed is putting out less than standard speeds (kbps). I have replace my equipment multiple times. If AT&T or comcast Xfinity were available i would switch.

The worst cable company Ive ever dealt with. Service is terrible prices are way to high and just everything about spectrum is awful. If I didnt have to leave a star I definitely wouldnt. If you can always avoid spectrum otherwise you will be disappointed

I have had nothing but issues with our service since april. While I dont see anything wrong with helping others since you have started offering free or reduced services my service has drastically gotten worse. I am a full paying customer who bought a product and services from you that are terrible. The internet we pay for doesnt work a lot of times and our cable messes up. We get told different things about why and yet it still is messed up. You sold us an apple TV and high enough internet speed that it should work yet it doesnt. So my child doesnt get to use his TV like he should be able to because your servuce is not giving us the full internet we should get. We have ran speed test multiple times and there have been times where it is down to 60. This is horrible service. I have called customer service multiple times and had someone come out but we still arent gettinf full service upstairs. Legally I dont understand how a company can take my money promising a service and then not provide that service fully.

Service is horrible. From the time we got Spectrum almost 2 yrs ago until now, weve had nothing but trouble with every service that were paying for (home phone, internet and cable...) Im trying to hang on until the contract is up but I doubt that I will. If someone is on the phone possibly handling important business, the call drops(yes, I said home phone), the internet is slow and goes out constantly, which affects the cable because whatever you may be watching breaks up and then works, then starts that breaking up your tv program again until everything works again. Were so over this company, looking for service elsewhere.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. Spectrum has the absolute worst internet. They have an even worse customer service. I tried looking for the actual store they wanted me to return the equipment to and I can’t find it. I look up the number online to see if I can get the store number so I can ask for proper directions and guess what? The number takes you to customer service where they say they don’t have the store phone number they only have the location. What the hell good is that?! This is exactly why I fired Spectrum!!! Still don’t know where the hell the actual store is!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

It took my husband and I over 2 hours to find their location; when we finally got there, we were told that they were out of routers until the following Thursday. It is very frustrating 😤 😑 😒
