Super friendly great service and great value for the price... in and out in less than 10 min.

I had enough time to type out this thorough review... I had a terrible experience closing out my CB account as we make a move across the country. We cancelled our account in advance online, and I was literally just dropping off a router box and a TV box... Mind you, I’m the only person in the store and came in at 3:20. The associate, was incredibly unhelpful, and prioritized another call he was on for about 20 mins, while balancing two different phones (likely getting feedback from a manager). I wasted 25 mins of my day (and counting) for something that should’ve been solved very quickly - as just a return of equipment, since we already cancelled service. He asked for my fiancée’s (account holder) phone number multiple times and didn’t really seem to prioritize the customer, at all. This is the service I’ve come to expect, so I’m very glad to be leaving Cincinnati Bell. Don’t bring your business here. If you even have an option to go elsewhere, do so.Advice to the manager - staff more than one person on a Saturday. Advice to the employee - focus on who you have physically in the store, and then call the people back you’re dealing with. It’ll save you a lot of stress and get people through a “queue”. I can’t imagine if there was someone else in the store in front of me or even behind me.

Great place, very knowledgeable, but Im biased, as I work there.... Give Cincinnati Bell a call for all your home phone, internet and video needs...

This is not a legitimate store or as they put it corporate store. Dont waste your time taking in a device to switch it out. My rcommendation is not to have Cincinnati Bell as service provider at all.

Love having them close to pay bill and ask ? Instead of on phone

They dont exist in Fort Thomas or Highland Heights location.
