Just think week after week I have to get out of my vehicle so I can move my trash can out of the middle of my driveway. Minus the rare occasion where they throw it in the ditch beside it. Choose another more professional service out there. These guys aren’t it.

Sitting on over 3 weeks of trash they never picked up. But kept promising to send someone out. They have no problem taking your money though. GFL is one of the worse companies ever. Maybe its time to find a new field of work for them. Like folding napkins

Since this company became GFL, the service is horrible. The wait time to speak with someone is over 30 minutes. Trash pick up went up 15 dollars. I am canceling to go with Burges.

The picked up my trashcan and said I was past due! I haven’t received any notice ! Then wanted me to pay to have can brought back out! During a panademic!! I have had several miss pickups during my time with this company! They aren’t dependable nor professional! Still waiting two weeks later for a supervisor to call me back! Going with another company!! I would NOT RECOMMEND!

This company is HORRIBLE!!! If you are considering them, DONT! The customer service is terrible. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to hear back. The workers are the worst. They advertise they pick up off the ground but they dont. I was outside one day when they came to pick up. Some trash fell out of the can as it was dumping in the truck. The worker picked it all up and threw it all over my front yard.A couple of weeks later they came by in a different truck and picked up my trash and drove off with my can. We never canceled service and we cant get ANYONE on the phone to explain. I shall take my business on over to Burgess. They are cheaper anyway. And they answer their phone.

My trashcan is always picked up along with everything beside it. They pick up EVERYTHING! They also put my can back neatly. We have had this service for a year now and I dont think I will ever use anyone else.

Will not put trash can back in driveway. They put mine in the ditch, in which I can not pull out or they slam it against mail box. Will not take bags from ground, but their adverstisment and customer service states they do. Customer service is awful. They want to argue. No respect for the customer at all. Wish county had service. At least you would have a countyCommissioner to go to and be able to file a complaint on paper.

The sanitation workers are thorough and pick up every thing from the least to the greatest. They always return my dumpster back neatly.

I made my payment and they picked my can up a few days later, I called and spoke to one lady and she said I’ll have it back by tomorrow, then that turned into a few more days, I called again and another lady said it takes about 7 days for them to bring it back but if it’s not there by Thurs give me a call. I waited till the following Monday and still no can!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

They have purchased Peachtree hauling and their service has gone downhill. The management doesn’t know what they are doing. They do not have enough drivers for the new routes and their work is awful. The offer recycling it changed and I put it out according to my schedule. They lied to me and said I was wrong. After providing proof the owner gets on the phone and tells me I need to let it go and move forward. He then starts to whistle when as I was taking. If you are able to switch service please do so!

Failed to pick up trash on scheduled and didnt even bother to notify me. After I called, they promised they will pick up trash the next day. Next day, trash has not been picked up and still, they did not bother to notify me.

Spoke.to Nicole last Wednesday. Guaranteed me the trash can would be delivered Friday. Today is Monday still no trash can. Hope this is not the beginning of a bad business decision.

This company has messed up our trash service repeatedly and when I call to try to figure out what happened and where our trash can is the customer service was one of the worst Ive seen. Dont ask for a manager, theyre all related and it seems that their company/family motto is that the customer is disposable and theres no need to provide courteous service. Im not one to leave reviews but I would want anyone considering trash service in their area to run in the opposite direction from this horrible company. The customers who keep food on their table get treated so poorly its shocking and Im appalled that they are still in business.

Paid for service 8/6 they took can 8/20 for unpaid service from previous resident. I called every day and was told can would be returned and how sorry they are for the inconvenience. This is a terrible way to do business. They ask for payment upfront and render no service. I will be contacting the BBB and other state authorities regarding this business. Update: can was returned 1 week later. The gentlemen that pick up the trash were very nice & pleasant. They explained that mistakes do happen and apologized for the company.

At least four times this year I express my concern about my trash not being picked up on the schedule day. Every time I call they say the trash can was a not out to pickup. The drivers that is picking up the trash can is lying to their employer and making it seems like the customers do not have trash can out but they are taking money. I called today and the lady said will they will have them take a picture the next time on the scheduled date. Like Im going to lie about a trash can being outside.I would do better than that I would just change trash companies. The world we live in is about people taking advantage of other people and not trying to tell the truth about anything and does not matter what business you are running. Its about treating the people right.

No integrity. Theyve missed picking up my trash 3 times in the last year because they confuse my address with a neighbor down the street that doesnt pay their bill on time.They have the nerve to try and make me wait until the next weeks scheduled pickup to pickup the missed service. If I pay for weekly pickup that is what I should get especially since its your fault I will definately be getting a different trash service or Ill pay for a tag and drop my trash off at my leisure

Paid them 3 weeks ago and they haven’t picked my trash up on the scheduled day once I’ve had to call them and tell them to come pick it up the past 2 weeks and they haven’t picked it up for my 3rd week. Today is Saturday and they’re closed so I’m stuck with over full trash can cause they won’t answer the phone on Saturday. My service was scheduled for Tuesday and they came out Thursday the past 2 weeks after haggling them about it Wednesday and Thursday. Called Thursday of this week and they said it was scheduled for repick up Friday and no one came. If they picked it up the scheduled day they wouldn’t need a reschedule list! I would say horrible service but they haven’t been much of a service to me at all.

They keep forgetting to pick my trash up. I called this last time and they blamed it on me for not taking it to the road. I took it myself to the road. Same thing over and over. They have a problem but are in denial. Until they actually realize its them and stop blaming the Customer for their negligence and lack of control measures. Sorry it didnt work out. So maybe they will pick it up and maybe they wont. Good luck!!!

Then never had to give us a can (which they should know they never left a can nor did I do a deposit). I got behind on my bill but didnt know it (just put a check out on the can a few weeks ago). They have continued to pick up so I thought everything was ok. They picked up on Thursday and left MY empty can as usual. Saturday evening I noticed my $100 can was gone. I called the office, and the secretary offered to let me come up there and see if I could see which one was mine because we got ours at home depot a few years ago. We couldnt find it and the other guy offered to have another can out as soon as I paid the bill (which I was going to do).As I went to leave the owner pulls up and starts calling me a liar. . . . out of no where. First words out of his mouth were You didnt this, you cant After leaving i was called and told to come back and get it because he was done with me in an almost threatening way. I have since got a can back that was similar, and paid my bill.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE! PAID FOR SERVICE AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT IT WAS CANCELLED IN AUGUST, YET THEY CONTINUED TO PICK UP EVERY WEEK. CANCELLED AND SIGNED WITH BURGESS HAULING (WHO IS CHEAPER BY THE WAY).THE OWNER COMES TO PICK UP THE CURBSIDE CAN AND DUMPS THE TRASH INTO ANOTHER CAN BY MY HOUSE!THIS COMPANY IS PETTY AND OWNED BY TRAILER TRASH, SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT IT IS RIDICULOUS!AFTER HAVING ISSUES WITH THEM FOR FIVE YEARS, WE ARE GLAD TO LEAVE!!!
