This would be the only car wash location I use for my vehicle. And yes, I’ve purchased a membership; that’s how much I like this location. Because of the overall service, I feel better spending my money here. I’ve used other car wash service that I had to run my car through a second time to really get a clean wash. I have a monthly pass here, and its 20$ well spent. I go every week to wash my car and vacuum, and look forward to the experience really. Easy to get in, never a wait. Vacuums always work, which is more than I can say about other drive thru car washes. Service is always friendly.

This car wash sucks! Ive been a member here for about 3 years. Management has changed more times than I can remember. The new management has very poor customer service. They also let the cars follow to close. This is the second time someone hit me from behind. (let the cars space at least 1 to 2 cars between each other) I am canceling my membership TODAY.

The carwash does not get a lot of water off your vehicle after washing and does not provide towel nor glass cleaner without charge.

It is 97% good. Last visit the tire shine didnt shine the tires.COME TO FIND OUT THE TIRE SHINE SWITCHED OFF DO TO RESENT DAMAGE TO MY CAR FROM A HIT AND RUN.THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT AND THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND DID IT BY HAND.

Great place for a touch car wash, i always spray mine off before hand at a self service car wash first. If you have a truck be careful of thier lava flow wax treatment it will fill up in bed and you will need to use the air nozzle to blow it out. I blow it under my toolbox. The only other problem i have ever had is the tire shine did not work once. Love it. Although thier prices did recently go up.

Most employees too lazy to pick up wand or brush. They seem to be annoyed to even guide you in. The last rolling brush is NEVER on so your car NEVER gets dry. Employees park their cars in the vacuum bays so on busy days you have to wait for a spot unnecessarily when then SHOULD NOT be parking there to begin with. Clearly the manager does NOT care about the customer. Dont waste your time or money on this place!!!!

Mister Car Wash was great like Always. They can clean your car like brand new fresh.

I went through the car wash twice. The first time the front of my car didnt get clean the second time the passenger side of my windshield is still dirty not very impressed

Wouldnt let me go through the car wash because my Jeep had some cargo bars on the top. Ive been through the same car wash several times just fine without any issues or problems. A certain gentleman told me I couldnt go through it due to the roof bars. I left and went to the car wash down the street on 142 who let me go through just fine. They even hand scrubbed the jeep before we went through. No car wash has ever done that. The car wash down the street on 142 definately cleaned my jeep better. Mister Car Wash has lost all my business.

I used this car wash for the first time today and it was awful!!! It took off the paint on my car and they tried to tell me they don’t know what they can do because there was already a scratch! Terrible service

When I started going there they were doing the front and back window of the vehicle with the brush before you entered the wash. I paid the top unlimited plan, and they take out monthly payments, and I feel I should get the same service that I received in the beginning and its part of the wash. Other than that the service is good

Besides the fact they NEVER have on the last part that actually dries your vehicle turned on, theres a heavy set lady who is beyond rude and too lazy to EVER pick up the mop or water wand to touch a car. And she makes it seem like youre ruining her day to even have to be directed to pull your car in. Nasty attitude on top of the NEVER working last part makes me reconsider any membership. Seems like they do NOT care what the customer thinks or is paying for. And you may NOT be able to get into a vacuum spot because the employees are parking their cars there. Unreal!! Bad management. BAD management. BAD!!!

Left the rim shop went right across the street , there’d machine put black tire shine all over tire an rims. As I was wiping them off, there goes four nice long deep lines in my rims. NEVER USE MISTER !

Go for the 11$ carwash. I usually hand wash my vehicles but these guys take good care and pressure wash their washing system and it does a good job with minimal swirling on the paint. Rating one star down because their vacumns are not up to par with lesser car washes.

Picked the most expensive car wash selection and the car still had dirt and grime on the vehicle

I love taking my vehicle there to get washed, but I have noticed that the attendant dont always wash the windshields front or back. I also noticed that the tires never get any tire shine on them. This is a suggestion... I was a customer of Goo Goo Car Wash and they gave out air freshners to the customers as a token of appreciation. I know that it will be an extra expense, but from the traffic that I see at the Covington Ga. location, they are doing good business. Just a thought!!!Thanks for your attention.

I feel a bit guilty. I went for a car wash and the gate opened up without a payment. I then got a very hard working car wash. As an unlimited member, I definitely think the value is excellent! It helps me keep my car in great shape - a very sound investment. Ive never had an issue at any of the locations I frequent.

Normally there are no issues other than long lines at this location, today however a large grease mark was left on the front hood of my Durango!Edit: The manager did reach out, unfortunately I was unavailable, the effort was made so I will add a star back

Why is the vacuum pressure so low it literally picked up nothing in my car and I almost bought the monthly plan glad I didn’t bc I would’ve been upset! That’s ridiculous and I checked three spots all the same!

They never brush off your car before going thru three carwash. It does NOT CLEAN YOUR CAR GOOD. After paying to go thru the wash its like you have to come and wash it again. Not worth the $$$$

Great car wash. Free vacuums. They get the cars through there fast. Only thing is, the last 3 times Ive been there I had to finish drying my vehicle . Not the end of the world and will continue to use them.

Every time I go there the wheel shine never sprays on my wheels, I have to wait on a attendant to come out when they get time to pray if on...its very frustrating.

This car wash is not as good as it used to be. I pay for the higher priced wash to include tire shine, but my tires are never fully covered and rims dont get cleaned well. Also, the vacuums on both sides of my vehicle were jammed with trash from prior uses and did not have adequate suction to clean the floors.

This would be the second time Ive had my car washed there. The first time $20 deluxe was great. The next time my car had more dirt bc of the road work near Old Covington. I knew this so I washed my car ahead of time to get the big pieces off then I went and got the same $20 wash. When I got home I noticed it almost got out clean but not quite. I figured if I told them theyd let me go thru again and thats what happened except this time it seemed to be the $5 wash. I was a bit disappointed bc my rims and tires needed to be treated again. I can do an easy car wash at home I figured the tough jobs were for the car wash.

I like almost everything about this car wash, but I have three complaints.1) Entrance to the two lanes with the traffic crossbars is too narrow, especially when coming off of the turn by the dumpsters.2) The cars are spaced too close together. While I appreciate your desire to get as many cars through as quickly as possible, there are times when people dont drive off right away and the second car is nearly pushed into the first car at the exit.3) The final drying brush is almost completely ineffective for low cars since it doesnt even make contact with the vehicle until nearly at the top of the windshield. It has to come down earlier and quicker. The vehicle can push it back up once contact is made.

Im only giving one star due to the fact the offer vacuuming free with car wash.. EVERY SINGLE time we get our traverse washed there we end up disappointed that we spent $ to get it washed.. They are sending cars through to fast. Our suv ends up looking like children washed it.

Fair service the washer isnt detailed enough, doesnt properly clean the front and rear of vehicle. The attendant should brush the front, rear window and tail gate

Not as good as the Monroe location.. there they get the bugs off your windshield and scrub your bumpers so your car actually is clean.

Ran my car through twice and it still was not clean. The guy who was pre-washing the front did nothing. Tons of bugs were on the window and he just sprayed water on the bumper. Horrible experience!

Watched prep guy wash the front windshield of three cars in front of me very thoroughly then tried to avoid me so i backed out and made him do it! He barely even tried so I did it again and made him do it right.Make them do your car right when your paying good money for them to do it!

They didnt spray or use the brush before I went into the car wash. This makes twice this has happened.

The workers do not use the brush on the vehicles before going through the wash. I have complained about this several time and it seems to get better for a little while and then goes right back to not doing it.

I really just love the free vacuums. I hate standing at a random dumpy carwash having to keep dumping quarters into a machine so whenever I need to vacuum my car, I get to wash it as a bonus. Plus I like the little tree machine with the Armor All wipes Va Va Voom baby

Chose the 16$ wash because the attendant said it wouldn’t leave my car spotty, and I still had the same outcome. then I couldn’t even vacuum my car out because none of the vacuums work properly. I could understand if this happened on a few occasions but it’s everytime I come. Waste of money. I won’t be back

Purchased the $20 dollar wash and it didnt do a good job. There was still dirt on one side of my car. The tire shine and wheel cleaning didnt do a good job as well. I had to ask one of the employees to put tire shine on the wheels after I went through the car wash. Also, I was behind a car that was about to exit the car wash and the car started rolling backwards towards my car. I had no other choice but to apply the brakes. Then, when I was about to exit I started rolling backwards towards the vehicle behind me. I didnt bother to wait on the green light to leave. I was getting mighty close to the vehicle behind me. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, but Im not sure if that helped any.

My car did not dry when I went through the wash, I called the number on the receipt and spoke with Kyle. Kyle asked me to go back through and again my car was not dry, Kyle was waiting outside to check my car and it was still not dry! Kyle told me to park and he had a cloth and dried my car himself. That is great customer service!! Thank you!
