Car wash cash machine did not give change but took my money. No number to call to complain. Will not go back. 2 times is too much.

Cleanest car wash my car has received in probably three years. I did the $18 wash for the max. It took all the sap and everything off of it.

We havent washed our car in a while, but it wasnt crazy dirty. We did the Premium $11, not the most basic but not the highest. When we drove away, it did NOTHING. We still have dirty and dust all over our vehicle. Im VERY disappointed with the quality. I didnt expect perfection, but I was hoping the dirt would be removed. We will not be returning. A complete waste of money.

This carwash never cleans nor dries the vehicle. Never an attendant to speak to. Does not remove the lightest of dirt.

I drive over here from Maple Valley because I love this car wash. I have a really big car and I was worried about brushes damaging it so I was looking for touchless. This wash actually does a better job than the brush washes. I just wish they had free vacuums.

I recently bought a new Subaru that you are supposed to only use touchless car washes on so I went to the Covington location because its near Costco. I got The Works wash for $12 and it left soap on my car. There was no attendant so I called the number listed. I did not receive a return call as they promise on their voice mail. I have no intentions of using this company again.

Overpriced for basically a rinse. It misses everything below the bottom door line. Dont bother with the most expensive wash, they are all the same.If youre just looking for just a rinse and youre prepared to finish the detailing later. Then this may work for you.

Trash everywhere gross

We just came back to the town from Leavenworth and decided to wash a car here using touch free feature. Big disappointment ! $10 for a good rinse but not wash. All the dirt still on the car. Better use brush type washer.

Never gets bugs or road grime completely gone. I expect more from a $13 car wash. Problem is that Ive been here a few times hoping it would be better. I have never been satisfied with the quality. I will never return

I have used this place for years & drove from Black Diamond just to use it. Past couple times I noticed the sprayers seemed to be gummed up. Today it was so bad only one sprayer worked & 1/2 of my car was still dirty when the wash was over. I want to know how to get my money back. Looks like I will use the car wash in Maple Valley, it is closer to my home anyway.

The Pink Elephant in Seattle is a 5 star and have used them since September 6,1963 when my dad took us through it the day after we arrived in the USA...Love the Pink Elephant...as a whole which is why they did not get 1 star... over all they are great.If I ever encountered a problem Corporate Support is amazing.

If the cash slot works the credit card does not. Or vice versa. Multiple times the bay is out of order but no sign is posted out of order so you have to back up and go to another bay. If multiple cars are behind you than you have to drive thru go around and get in another line.

I paid $16 for this place to not wash my truck. What a ripoff. Ill never use this car wash again.

I paid for a wash and no soap happened, I just got a water bath. Made a call to the answering service with no reply. Regretfully moved to another stall where soap did spray but still left with a dirty vehicle.

In the past, many of the washes had been fine. Last weeks wash made my truck look worse than if I hadnt gone through the wash. I contacted Elephant through their website. A week goes by and they havent responded. So I take it again through the wash this morning. And was sorry to see that it didnt work. Super disappointed in this company. I think they could have saved a long term customer by reaching out.

It doesnt clean your car if you have any kind of dirt on it. Its just a light clean. There isnt any buffers. Its all light touch.

The spotless rinse at the end does not rinse the car clean, leave soap bubbles on the car.The machine is also always out of receipt paper.

Dont expect a super clean car without a lot of rags and product. Pre-washing the wheels and tire helps, but still a mediocre wash! Not worth the $16.

Just went to wash my car. Went for the high-end one at $15. Total waste of money. Car doesnt look any cleaner than it did before I went in. Fingerprints still all over the back of the car, windows still have a layer of film. Now going to go to OReillys and buy stuff to wash my car with, will likely have a much better result.Dont waste your money.

Not a bad little wash. I wish I got actual beading from their wax but its touch free which I will only use and it does the job. Prices are comparable to all other automated washes

Paid for the most expensive wash. The machine did a good job but left my rims a bit dirty. Overall its a nice, clean facility. On heavy days the trash cans can get overfilled. Most of the time theres a young lady there working her butt off to keep the place maintained. This is a touch less car wash.

A few months ago, I experienced an issue with one of the bays stopping mid-cycle, right after the soap had been sprayed on my car. The attendant let me go back through for free, but by the time I waited in line again, the soap had dried on my windows and stained them. I tried to wash the soap residue off myself at home periodically over the next several months (it was winter to early spring) to no avail. I used everything, and it wouldnt come off. I called the corporate office to ask if they might have a suggestion for removal (it had been months-- I didnt expect them to do anything for me at that point). Oh my gosh, to my happy surprise, they were awesome! The customer service staff put me in touch with Tony, their manager. And to make a detailed story much shorter, he has been amazing. He met with me, didnt question me, promised to remedy the matter, was beyond kind throughout, and absolutely followed through. He sent me to Buffmaster 2000 (they were awesome too!) in Auburn to fix my windows and today my car looks like new. What could have been a frustrating accident has turned out to be a chance to restore my belief that great customer service still exists. Thank you, Tony, for everything!

Not great car wash. I think the issue is with the dryers. They are not very effective and cut off too quickly leaving water on the car which dries and leaves ugly spots

Easy to use, however I selected the $8 two soap wash and was charged and given the $15 Supreme Wash. Please fix your machine; some people cant afford that mistake.

I drive a dodge ram 1500 truck.. It didnt wash the front sides or front rims of truck.. Only the top and front doors and back of truck... I wouldnt recommend trucks.. Maybe cars work better.. Read the reviews before getting a car wash period. I like the old school drive through ones... I Wont go back

Touchless wash did a great job

Gets the car solidly clean for an ok price. Its not spotless but its pretty good. And it has no spining plastic brushes that scratch your car all up.

Great motorcycle car wash really does get the road grime and bug gue off the car

Although most drive thru car washed have a seamless washing system, I never get the scrubbing clean you get from a traditional car wash. I have to say for the cost a brown bear car wash has my car coming out cleaner.

This could have been a 5-star review. Convenient location, decent prices, no-touch wash, minimal wait.1 star was deducted due to the tripe action sealant not actually being applied to the car. Maybe it was clogged, not sure, but I paid for the Supreme wash so it should have been applied.Another was deducted due to the car still being wet/having soap on it after slowly driving out under the power dry turbines. Having some rags around for customers to use to dry off remaining water would be helpful, similar to how certain Brown Bear locations have them available.Other than that, the experience was great.

Doesnt rinse properly, still soapy water on the car. This place use to be good, now it has hit rock-bottom. Save your money folks, let them lose revenue and learn it the hard way.

I have been going here for years with no problems until now. I went twice this month and paid for the highest option which includes spot free rinse. I’m not sure what is going on but now this car wash is leaving HUGE water and soap spots all over my new car. There is also still giant amount of dirt all over the windshield. It’s extremely gross and visible from several feet away. $16 for worse service that before? Looks like I need to find a new place. Sorry not sorry

Looked like it was very low pressure therefore not useful for cleaning thoroughly. My Chevy Traverse still needed another wash after running through their machine. The trash by the vacuums are always overflowing badly. We will not return.

Definitely doesnt clean very well. I had to spend some time cleaning it by hand after. My car still looks dirty.

Clean and well maintained. The prices are on par with other car washes like Brown Bear. This Pink Elephant car wash is a touch-less style. It seems to do a good job at getting the average dirty car clean. Most of the time I see there is a least one employee on site. I really like how clean and well maintained this car wash is.

Yesterday I had a very bad experience at Covington location...I paid $12 dollars for a service and still hat to re wash my car at home .My car was dirty on top and on every side too.I was very disappointed.

For a touch free car wash it does a pretty good job. You still need to do wheels. The dryer is ok, but pack a towel to dry off car. Overall the place is always clean. Lines can be long on a sunny day but since there open 24hrs a day, usually going late evening or morning there are no lines. I use the a couple times a month.

This car wash was well kept, everything worked and was clean. The service offered here is massive compared to the elephant. Spectacular!!

The wash was ok. Came out with my car halfway down not clean at all and the back window was dirty too.

Bay 4 did not function property. Although the nozzles moved around the vehicle they did not spray anything for the first 3 operations (paid $15 for the super duper wash) and the one time I did not get a receipt the thing malfunctioned.😕

Good non-touch car wash with vacuums. But I wish there was a local full-service car was here. I would pay for that.

I just went there with my van I was being lazy I didnt want to wash it after leaving I looked at the car wash it looks like I only got half the van washed it didnt do a good job at all I didnt have a receipt and I didnt have time to go back and without a receipt I couldnt prove it anyways I would not go there again a waste of my money....and now Ive learned my lesson always get a receipt and always inspect your car or vehicle before leaving.

After washing my car and truck it has this filmed glaze on my window glasses bad part is my wind shield in car and truck dont know what other chemical they use great car wash please take that other chemical you use. its hard to take it off on glass or windshields thank you .

Nice car wash. The forced air dryer ended a little quick but, I liked the place.

Pretty dissatisfied, the dryer stops early if you roll back at all, left my car all wet. Not just that but every time I go there the premium options do absolutely nothing more than the standard wash. The only reason? I guess the tri-color might be fun for kids but its not really being rubbed into your cars surface.

These machines never clean my car well. Ive always used between the mid-high wash. The one in Maple valley is better. Brown Bear does a better job also. Probably because it is touchless in Covington.

Workers did a good job of preparing my car for the car wash and then hand drying it after. Wish they would replace the nozzle on the vacuum, not a lot of ducking power.

Its pretty cool they dont have any brushes its just water spraying on your car and afterwards you have to wipe it down to get all the water off but other than that its great

Most of the time it is ok. Light burnt out on display showing me what cycle it is on. One time the tri-color soap was a single color.

This was the best touchless car wash Ive been through. It did a great job cleaning my car and removing a lot of the crud from the road. Most touchless car washes do a very poor job, but this was vastly different.

For a brush less car wash it wasnt too bad. The car wash its self was spotless.

I keep trying and keep being disappointed with Elephant Car Wash. I always get their most expensive wash, but it simply doesnt get my car clean. The windshield still has road film on it that makes visibility difficult when driving and the side glass also is visibly coated. I always end up having to wash all my windows as soon as I get home. If it leaves behind that much grime, it shouldnt be called a car WASH.Other than not actually washing my car, this is a great place. It looks nice, the parking area is clean, and it is conveniently located. Their prices are slightly higher than average, but it is in Covington, so that is to be expected.

We regularly get our car washed here and only twice have we had any issues...and both times someone was working and fixed it for us. Seems to do a good job, but the lines can get long during busy times. Easiest to go during the day if possible.

Great if you want to get thick dirt and grime off your car before doing a more detailed wash, which is what I like use this place for. I like that this is a touchless car wash, helping prevent adding knicks and scratches to the car. For me personally, it seems every other time I go there is something wrong with the wash process I go through, but that could just my kind luck. Typical busy times as every other car wash.

My lifted rig actually fits here! 71. Its pressure washing and there are vacuums. Theres 6 or 7 bays I think. When its too cold it shuts down. And if your car is too dirty you might need 2 washes. The staff is helpful.

Busy and needed some pickup around the cans.

The first time I went here it didn’t get my car clean at all. Unfortunately it is in a very convenient location so I decided to give it another try. The second time It looked the same as before I went through the wash, if not worse. The staff has always been friendly, but the quality of the wash is terrible.

I wish I would have saved my money and washed it myself.

The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. I like that it is touchless but even the higher priced choice of service did not take all the dirt off.

Reasonable price for an automated car wash

Their top of the line, automatic was is overly expensive considering the wheels never got touched, and the undercarriage was merely rinsed. Disappointing for 15 dollars. They have pretty soap, so there is that...
