Absolutely none of the card readers outside work (I tried 4 of them) and when I went in to pay nobody was in there. I walked the entire interior and called out. Was in there for at least 10 min.

Ive traveled from milford ohio for years to covington to buy my cigarettes an I would only go to the bp station.. Today I stopped in there to grab my smokes which are the marlboro midnight an Ive always used coupons on my phone which they always accepted! so the lady watched me get my coupons ready an hit use now an once u do u have to use them or u lose them. So I hit use an then she tells me they dont accept the mobile coupons anymore so I lost my coupons an couldnt complete my purchase so I will no longer go to this bp anymore nor will anyone I associate with because Ive been loyal to them for long time an they screw me so I wont be back!!

The bathroom was filthy like the Indian lady services.Lady was absolutely rude but thats probably because the area is in such a hostile environment that it felt dangerous to even pump gas.

The people here are nice. Still havent forgot about that oil spill and botched cleanup.

Slowest car wash I’ve ever been to. Been in line for 20 minutes and can’t get out of this line at this point.
