Experience was ok. Promised a van to rent, then they didnt have one, but they got a hold of one. The SiriusXM radio didnt work, but they deducted money off for that. The guys were pretty nice. A few glitches, but everything worked out.

Got exactly what we needed and the associate was very professional

Booked an economy car and got a maroon minivan. The help at the location was hyper-vigilant in informing this is what you get. Also, what is the deal with only filling up the tank to a quarter full. Doing this leaves the customer with some sort of guessing game as to how much gas to put back in the car. When I asked the staff about it I was told that is how it is at all locations outside of the airport. Fill up the tank already and take the guesswork out of it. Maybe, deliver what was ordered, be friendly when filing out the order, and fill up the gas tank?

Rented a truck for an out of town trip. Great price and great service. Set up everything online and the people at the fort wright ky office were ready when I arrived and very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at Enterprise rent a car in Latonia Ky was awesome. They answered all of my questions. They had the COVID precautions in place (loved it).When I brought vehicle back. Again lady that checked us in was very nice. They have a no contact rules in place. So I received my receipt through email. I will return to then when I need to rent a vehicle.

We had a terrific van for our trip. There were 4 adults and 2 children. Room for everyone and luggage. Our only letdown came when we realized there was storage room under back seats after we unloaded car at home. We could have used that space. We have rented from Enterprise before and will do again. Covington is HORRIBLE! Did a walk around before renting my vehicle & I pointed out a big scratch on the car. The young girl who works there said I mean significant damage, but Ill note it Returning the car & 2 weeks later we notice $500 is missing from our account ! I called the 800 number & they immediately took it off! Said they do that to trace back to who may have actually done the damage!!!! I told her thats absurd, craziest thing Ive ever heard!!! 3rd week now & waiting on our refund !

I have usually had good experiences with Enterprise, but the most recent was terrible. I reserved an intermediate sized car to drive while my car was in the shop. What I received was a MASSIVE Dodge Ram pick-up. When I questioned it, they said it was the only vehicle they had available despite the fact that I had reserved the intermediate sized car a week in advance, then acted like they were doing me a favor and giving me an upgrade. This 60+ year old man with a bad back and heart trouble could barely climb into it. In the end I just left it sit in my driveway since it was too difficult to get in and out of. Some upgrade. :(

I ended up with a rental from enterprise after my car was totaled in an accident. They were able to pick me up at my house (5 miles away) and drop me off at the dealership (10 miles away) to pick up my new car a few days later! The car was clearly well cared for and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We rented a van for family vacation. We rent from enterprise all the time. The van we rented this time needed a lot of prep work on the inside when I got it home. It seemed as though the front seat area got vacuumed but the back row and trunk was not touched. There were stains all over the seats. The outside had scratches all over it. Every single side. Some of which I didnt notice til I got the van home and was cleaning it up.The young man who waited on me was very polite and friendly and was working very hard. Thats why I gave a 4 star. The employees have always been great. Just wish the vehicle would have been in better shape this time.

This Enterprise location really helped me out in a pinch when my car died recently. Another Enterprise location refused to help me because I didnt have a credit card and wasnt local - the other location was on the Westside of Cincinnati and I was living in Florence at the time. This Enterprise location, though, was more than happy to work with me so I could have a car to drive around while starting the process of buying a new vehicle. They were more than accommodating with the changes in how long I needed the car I rented and were very clear about what charges I would see and when I would see them. The only negative that I experienced is that I did get a call on the day I was originally supposed to return the car asking when I would be in to return it - this was cleared up quickly but I was a little surprised to get the call at all considering I had already paid for an additional several days on my rental.

I was picked up on time and the service was welcoming and helpful. It was a stressful day for me.Car was as what one would expect: clean and ready to go A good sign of service was calling on a Saturday and reserving a car with pick up time close to closing and there was no indication of rushing or that it was better done than good service.

Great service, decent location. A little upsell-y, but just doing their job. Selection is good – it would be nice (but probably impractical for this location) if it were like airport rental spots where you pick your own car out of a section on the lot.

The people at this location are so helpful. Very accommodating and the rates are reasonable for me personally. I would reccomend them any day!

I rented an economy car for 2weeks. When I turned the car in I paid the balance with my debit card. But the next day I looked on my credit card that I used to reserve the rental and they posted the payment on that account which overdraft my credit card and made it where I could not use my credit card to use my UBER RIDE so I could get back and forth to work. So disappointed in them. Then it took them a week to credit my other reservation (over charged me $85.00)I had 3 days prior to this last reservation. But they smiling all big and being friendly. But F@$!#;! up your bank account at the same time. They didnt even use my points off my enterprise account I requested on my reservation! Its sad that they will abuse their customers like this! I will never use enterprise again. And I Will not ever recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM FORT WRIGHT, KY 41017 ENTERPRISE AND ANY WHERE ELSE IT SAYS ENTERPRISE!But I loved the cars I had!

Disappointing customer service experience. Pick up truck had various dings, dents and scratches which we observed with customer service rep, who replied none of these are big enough to notate......Well, until we returned the vehicle. One week after the return we were contacted by the location and advised that my credit card was going to be dinged for $500 for a dent that we discussed with the customer service rep when we did the walkaround who again had said, none of these are big enough to notate. She then said i dont remember that....What a nightmare. Ultimately got the charge reversed(after four weeks of back and forth with Damage Recovery Unit), but certainly not due to the team in Ft. Wright. Disappointing.

This rental was a result of an automobile collision, not my fault. So when they charged my account they charged $100 more than the actual rental ($388.10 +$100.00=$488.10) contract. Upon returning the car the amount due was $426.47, however instead of refunding the difference they charged my account another $94.04, for a grand total of $582.14. They received $582.14 immediately, however I have not received the over charged amount of $155.67. They should never had charged the $94,04, since they had more than enough monies to cover the entire rental charge on the first day of rental. I was a loyal Enterprise Plus member, and have purchased numerous cars from Enterprise Car Sales, not after this. They can take but not give back as timely as they take. Ive been getting all kinds of excuses as to the why this happened, and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get this resolved. NEVER AGAIN.

The gentleman who assisted us at Covington, KY, was professional, friendly, informative, and flexible. We wanted an upgrade, and he got us a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The car was easy to drive, spacious, and clean. This was our third Enterprise rental car this year. Well return! Good job, Enterprise.

Excellent except for the pickup service. Sometimes the driver is 40 minutes late, uses his cell phone while driving, doesnt use a seat belt, etc.... It isnt professional and shouldnt be tolerated. I think it is just the one individual.It wont cause me to stop using the Covington Location.

The car operated well. I was upgrade to small CUV since they did not have a full size car (e.g. a Camry) in inventory. However, what I made up for in savings I lost in full economy. I had a Dodge Journey with V6 so I only averaged about 22mpg. Otherwise the vehicle handled well and the rear storage cabin was large enough to handle large suitcases of 3 people and a set of golf clubs.

The people here are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My favorite place to rent in Cincinnati area. Cars are nice, office is clean and normally well staffed.

This location is nothing but a joke. We were never told we needed a credit card with our name on it, we were told bring a card. We do not believe in using credit cards or bank accounts so we brought a relatives credit card only to have them say it cannot be used. So we go to the atm to withdrawal money from the relatives account in order to load it on a reloadable card with my boyfriends name on it (which involved running across town to the bank then going to the other side of town to WalMart just to load it). Upon returning to Enterprise, they had rented the car selected for US to someone else saying, you guys were gone for an hour which we were not. This place is nothing but a hassle and they discriminate against you if you do not have money or a credit card. Would not recommend. I also dont see a need to provide a credit card at all. If the $50 fee is for just in case then I dont see why its needed at all if they reassure you that it wont be taken. This company doesnt see you as a person if you dont have a credit card or youre struggling financially.

Have gotten rentals from tis location multiple times and the service has been great each time. They have a very nice inventory of cars but sometimes the cars are turned around a little too quickly and not taken through the proper return maintenance/inspection process before the next rental of that car.

Employees VERY friendly and VERY helpful! Car inventory limited. Would definitely go to them again!

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. Lady behind counter was on her phone while we wait and phone rang 30 times and she ignored. She was wearing the most unprofessional clothes at work. Her pants had huge rips in them.
