Shelly went out of her way to accommodate me as a customer and a newcomer to Coventry. She was able to help me pick out pro-looking nail colors for my new job - should have been easy but I was overwhelmed with the stress of moving and being in a new place. Amazing gem of a place. Owner is friendly and definitely takes time with customers. It is such a refreshing change of personal service than your average cookie cutter salons, where you are just another number. At Tips to Toes I feel like a valued customer. I always look forward to stopping in for a pedicure anytime my travels brings me to the area. Highly recommend.

You will never find a better nail tech than Shelly. Having known and have my nails done for close to 14 years, she is the best. Salon is so welcoming and friendly. Shelly puts so much effort into make her customers feel nothing short of family. The quality of her service simply cannot be beat.

Hands down the BEST pedicures I have ever received. Shelly is a true professional who pays exquisite attention to details- her massages are off the charts! My wife went to see Shelly a while ago & came home very upset after her appointment. She did not want to write a review but I in turn decided that people need to know what they would possibly experience at this salon. Apparently, a new nail salon has opened about 6 or 7 months ago near this one. Shelly made it very clear with her insecurities that she is not happy this salon is in Coventry. The comment made from Shelly herself was that the new salon is run as a “Walmart operation”. I then encouraged my wife to pay a visit to the new salon & judge for herself. My wife loves this new place! It’s run by a law enforcement family & they are so pleasant & fun. It’s disgusting & unprofessional to say such a negative comment when your customers are present. Rule of thumb. Get to know your business neighbors before you discredit them. They work hard as I’m sure you do.

It is wonderful to have great services in town. My mom is elderly and besides my great Mani/Pedis, she is very patient and kind to my mom. She even comes out to get her so she doesnt have to walk from the parking lot. Support local businesses and Tips to Toes is the best.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Shelly does a thorough job with everything from gel manicures to pedicures. You have the luxury of calling/texting ahead of time to schedule an appointment so there’s no waiting involved! Shelly goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients. She gets to know you and genuinely cares about building relationship with her clients. Hands down best customer service around!

Extremely outdated and poor customer service, walked in and was told walk ins not welcomed and when I asked to make an appointment I was told the day I chose was “out of the question” because the lady wasn’t going to come to work for just one appointment . It’s clear they get little to ZERO traffic. Would not recommend. To anyone. Unless they’de like to time travel to the 60s.There’s no confusion as I’ve been a resident of Coventry for 10 years and you’ve been located in the same spot with the same clutter in your front window. I was happy to try out your salon being we live in a small town. But when meeting whoever I spoke to who’s name I believe was Shelly which I’m assuming is you, I was turned off completely. To also confirm I recently brought up your salon to a local friend of mine in town who said almost the same exact thing happend to her this past winter. She tried to make an appointment which is all you offer, and she was told no because you refused to “waist your heat” on her. Hopefully you update the place as well as your customer service cause it is just god awful terrible. Good luck with this place. You’ll need it.
