I just got my hair cut, it was everything I could want, the lady who cut my hair was great, also if you ever want a great story ask about the kid and the horse hair clippers.

I also have a GROUPON for this Salon, and they do not answer their phones at all. a true waste of $$$,

Fantastic experience!I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions because I had always been curious about them and was so pleased with my entire experience at this salon. The atmosphere of the room I had my extensions in was very relaxing and the music was soothing, which made the application of the lashes (which is initially a lengthy process) much more enjoyable. Jamie, who applied my lashes, was super nice and was very meticulous about the lash application (which is precisely what you want when have lashes applied). I appreciated her attention to detail and I could tell that the process was more of an art for her, rather than just a task. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone. She did a fabulous job!

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon for a Swedish massage and a facial. I’ve called and left four voicemails spanning across two weeks, asking for them to call back so I can schedule an appointment. No one has called me back. I even emailed the company and no response! Don’t waste your money.

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure through a Groupon on Sunday - i should add finally after leaving several voicemails with no return call. That should’ve been my tip off about the quality of service. Here we are on Tuesday and my pedicure is peeling off - I’ve never experienced this and I haven’t gone swimming or stubbed my toe. The manicure itself was not good, I’ve never gotten a shellac manicure so I thought maybe it was supposed to look this way but a friend of mine said it’s not and she’s gotten many. One nail looks like it’s been growing out for two weeks. Other nails have polish on the skin and my cuticles weren’t even clipped.

Its really too bad that I bought a Groupon for this place. I cant be refunded for my horrible paint job and butchered nails, and I dont have the heart to confront them personally about how disappointed I am. First of all, this place is dirty, there was nail dust literally everywhere, and they used dusty dingy towels. One person used a towel that had nail dust on it to clean the nail station, dusted it off and put it back. The tools were old some rusted, and the nail brushes had a brown tinge. Luckily the girl searched around for different tools to use, I refused the nail brushes. She didnt put lotion on my hands and I couldnt keep up with the order she was going in. My pedicure chair was broken so I had to sit forward uncomfortably to reach the foot stand. I felt my feet and they werent softened after the girl gently scrubbed them, and I felt weird asking her to scrub them more. I didnt ask for her to get a new towel because I felt that would be rude... especially since the people that work there acted stressed out and just seemingly trying to save a dollar. Most of the gel polishes were old and not sticking, we had to try several different polishes to find out which ones were old and which ones were new. Two of the nail dryers were broken - I had to keep moving over to the next nail station until we found one that worked. Since money is not an issue for me I kind of wanted to see it through till the end, but spending $40 on my pedicure and gel manicure that look painted on by a 5 year old was torturous, and took up to two hours to finish. I wish I had just left, but I wanted to get my moneys worth at least. I got them fixed later on that day and figured I would just write a review. Dont waste your time and money. Youre welcome

Not sanitary. Use buckets for pedicures that are not washed properly. Aquired an infection and my toenail fell off.

The mud used in your body for weight loss is horrible. You feel very cold and uncomfortable after the application. I wasted my money on groupon for nothing. I regretted ever going there. Very bad experience for me.

I drove 40 minutes to the salon paid a baby sitter to stay with my kids so i can get full eyelash extensions i was late 7 minutes to my appointment due to two car crashes on I-95 told the owner my circumstances and they still would not take me and made me reschedule my appointment which I will not reschedule and i will never go there again i work 9 to 5 monday thru friday and i explained to the owner how hard it is for me to squeeze in appointments never mind i had a wedding to go to and it was a Thursday with the wedding on Saturday you would think being late only 7 minutes and explaining my circumstances would have made the difference but no the girl was too busy doing pedicures when my appointment was supposed to last at least an hour figure that one out poor customer service in my opinion

Over priced! I was charged $20 extra for regular glitter nail polish! Not Gel or Shlack. They should tell people glitter nail polish is considered nail art and will be an extra 10 each for hands and feet. Total it cost $68 plus tip for regular manicure and pedicure! Plus they said my groupon that was for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures was expired so they only gave me $59 towards the total! So beware the groupon might not even cover the cost for one mani-pedi! The nail tech was nice but the station towel was dirty, they use the same nail file on everyone, the pedicure chair was broken and uncomfortable and my nails look horrible! Just left there feeling robbed!

The owner has a terrible attitude called me at quarter past 9 I already left for the appointment she knew at 7 a.m. the esthetician would not be there I rescheduled the appointment and she was a very lovely young lady however she was not license to extract blackheads which is why I purchased the roof on in the first place I would not recommend going there
