Royal nails is my go to place. They always do a fantastic job with my mani and pedi. I feel like a new person when I Ieave, super relaxed and with beautiful nails 😍 Everyone who works there is so kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend visiting them.

Love my French manicured gel nails. I have been having my nails done there for months now. I receive so many compliments about my beautiful nails. I most often have Leo do my nails because he is so meticulous. Im sure Andy and the rest of the staff will do a great job also. Please give yourself a treat and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I heard a lot of nice things about this place, so I decided to try it. It was the first time I ever had my nails done or a pedicure. It was two days before my wedding and my maid of honor and myself had gone. We did not realize what time it was or what time they closed. They started doing our nails and they informed us they close in 45 minutes. Well thats not enough time to have a full set and a pedicure done. We told them we would come back the next day for the pedicure, they said no dont worry about it. Well, I never felt so rushed in my life. Something that should have been relaxing and enjoyable really wasnt. We were moved to the pedicure chair and had someone finishing our nails whyll we had our pedicure. Not good. Not sure if I would give them another chance or not. For 90$, I didnt get my monies worth.

The hand massage was nice but nails look really bad. I got a full set, the shape and length are fine but the acrylic is so thick and bubbly. They are filed very uneven and the nail tech seemed to be rushing despite take a while to do everything. They also gave me a hard time about the tip amount I gave them.Will not be going back.

Was a little skeptical because of the recent one star reviews but I had a great experience! Went in for a regular mani, loved the paraffin treatment and shoulder massage. The woman who did my nails was very sweet. It was relaxing and it is a nice place.Only con- only took 2 days for polish to chip. And I paid $5 extra for the kind of polish because it was OPI shine. Disappointing

Been here before and had great service. Last time was not good and made me not want to return. Had a pedi.....My entire big toe and second toe were completely filed off of the skin.that was a week ago before my vacation (not the look I was going for) and both are still throbbing! I know the skin was taken off pretty deep because its still not healed and still looks awful. So disappointed. No plce for a pic?

My favorite nail place! Im pretty new to coventry and couldnt find any place that I particularly liked. I tried royal one Friday night and loved the service and also prices! Great place I will definitely be using them for my monthly nail routine!

I have been going here for quite some time and have recommended Royal nails to many of my friends, but the service has gone way down on my last five visits. My last visit this week the girl rushed making my experience stressful instead of relaxing and skipped many steps that I normally receive when I get a pedicure and manicure so much that she squirted the gel on my hands and told me to wash hands when they usually massage the gel into hands. I never received the massage with the warm towel at best she rubbed my neck putting little to effort in and the same was for my pedicure. I was very disappointed and will not return. Very inconsistent with service.

Nail tech was not very skilled. My gel nails are extremely uneven; some tips look skinny, others look fat on one side and I had to redo my tips cause they were so sloped. Ill be removing the gel this weekend. Good points; salon is clean, staff was friendly.

I went to get a full set of acrylics on a friends recommendation. While the experience wasnt awful, and the should and hand massage were AWESOME, I was disappointed in the actual manicure. My nails look like they are a week old and they are very very thick. Maybe if I had gotten a gel manicure it might be better.

I went here for a full set of acrylics, the NEXT day the tip snapped off and not even a week later full nails were falling off. Not to mention that they were uneven and crooked to begin with. I will not come here again

There is usually a crazy wait, but if you call and make an appointment they will bring you right in. Nice place with a lot of great services.

Went to have a basic mani done. Been holding on to a gift card so I went and checked it out. Very clean and sanitary. They open fresh packages of tools and wear gloves. So relaxing. They even time the massages!! Ive never seen that!! Not sure about manicures bit I would deffinitly recomend this place for a pedi.

Discriminates towards their customers. Uneducated in skin conditions. Tells customers not to come back because of psoriasis.

Worst mani/pedi. My nails are all unevenly filled, there is dirt in the corner of my big toe nail and I scrub my heels better in the shower. Total waste of money. Should have stayed home and binge watched Netflix. My nails would look the same.
