I love the boost in manawa theyre always fast you never have to wait I always go to this one every other one theres always a line of people hahaha is that a good thing that I never have to wait because its never busy or is it a bad thing? Either way this is where I go

Always refer your location and the specific woman I dealt with today (says she the area Manager) after spending a total of 3 hours with boost customer service AND going to ANOTHER location completely out of my way I am now 100% confident that rather than ask a question from someone else she didnt know the answer to, she made up a BS reason that what I was asking to do with my boost up account that I pay for was FRAUD! Yep thats the word she used. Not only was she wrong, I have now wasted another hour driving to an Omaha location but AFTER shaking thier heads and laughing about her claims my daughter finally has a phone

They fixed my wifes phone without a problem

The employees are not friendly or helpful and I knew more about their products and services than they did. They either need to train their employees better or tell them to study.They dont have very many phones in stock and the service has a lot of dead zones right where I live.Overall, Ive been to all three Boost mobile locations and none of them are very friendly or helpful. The service is not worth the price.

Okay, I had a moto z force droid phone that needed a battery replacement. I went into boost and asked they said they could. I was told that it would take 2 weeks and I paid 60$ and waited, two weeks came and went after a month of them not calling me i decided that I would go in and check if it was done I picked it up and was told that there was no warranty on it. They gave it to me and then I got home and tried charging it nothing so I waited. I looked there was no sign of them even taking off the back to replace it Truly disappointing

Only Boost mobile location I would use. The manager is very professional. The staff is helpful and the prices are relatively inexpensive.

Worst experience ever! Originally I was going to have my phone fixed from sprint but they suggested I go over to boost. So I did. the guy that helped said it would be done Saturday evening.Saturday rolls around and we call. The first lady I spoke with said the part came in, call back later. Three hours later we call just to check up, this time a male answers. He said the phone parts never came in! So I was just lied to. Right before they closed I called again, this time they said the parts came in but the guy wouldnt fix them untill Tuesday! Seriously Tuesday?!?!Tuesday rolls around and we call oh yeah your phone is finished please pick it up before we close so we go down there. The lady at the front desk goes to pick it up and proceeds to tell me the phone isnt done because it needed a new screen. WITH OUT CALLING AND GETTING MY OKAY. I bought a phone screen so why it wasnt fixed already is BEYOND me!Worst experience! Save your money and customer service sucks. I am calling corporate in the morning!

Phone broke as it was defective after 21 days with boost. Store wont replace it or help warranty it They only give 7 days. Terrible store and terrible customer service. Save yourself a lot of grief and go elseware.

Coverage is not what I would expect from such a large phone carrier. Phone plan is about average

This was done years ago..I called and asked for any good deals, the guy answered and said they have the Samsung s6 for $149.99 I went there and was told with activation, fees and first month payment I was already well over $300. Alot more than what was told to me over the phone. And the guy even mentioned to me the area you live wont have service. I checked the coverage map and talked to several ppl who has boost said the coverage sucks, you have to pretty much live around council bluffs or Omaha to have boost. Anywhere you go there is no service. So why pay $45 a month for service you cant have? Its a waste of travel and money.

Go out of there way most of the time to help there customers out . I like the way I get treated here .

Best boost Mobile location Ive ever used

I havent had service for over a week. Keep getting the run around from customer service. Im only giving 1 star because it makes you.

Brought an iPhone 6s in for a new screen and battery. They did it quickly and at a decent price.

Seen an ad on Craigslist and called the number listed for more information. Spoke with the owner who told me in order to get the promotion price I had to purchase the 45.00 plan for at least one month. So I go to the store planning on walking out paying around 160.00. Got there and suddenly I had to buy a case, 1 month phone protection in order to get the promotion price. I refused the case and after a little complaining they removed that. The clerk continued the transaction only to tell me I owed 181.00. I asked why it was so much. Apparently in order to get the promotion price I also had to pay a 15.00 acctivation fee and a 3.00 processing fee. None of which were disclosed to me before activating the phone. At this point Im losing my cool and ask to see a copy of the promotion that said all of these requirements. Guess what one didnt exist. So basically its at thier discretion to change and force you to pay fees on the fly. Im very upset and feel lied to, taken advantage of, and feel that they should take responsibility for faulsely advertising a promotion.

Good selection of phones and the unlimited data plans are a great value, since they use SIM cards you can easily get yourself whatever compatible phone with their service and use an activated SIM card through their service.

Try to pay bill and they do not even speak english VERY ANNOYING WE ARE IN AMERICA!

Affordable, and pretty good phones.

Verizon is cheaper. They have same deals. Had no service in many areas.

Stuff was priced wrong, the employee told us they didn’t have covers that we know they had. So we had to show them. She was just in a rush to leave
