I visited the AT&T store located at2200 W Broadway Suite 300, Council Bluffs, IA 51501 on 7/30/21 the reason for my visit was to get three of the 4 phones on my account upgraded to new phones and everyone on staff was extremely helpful and all worked with me and my family very well I appreciated there attention to detail and patience with working with us we spent over two hours at this AT&T location and it was a very pleasant experience I highly recommend the W. Broadway location

Brodi is the APPLE OF MY EYE when it comes to all my phone accessory needs. He is such a big deal in our household I mean with that TikTok GENUIS! In all seriousness with our family and the silly comments trying to give him a hard time, he works so hard to provide everyone exceptional experience and he provides the same deals to his own family that he will to yours! I stopped at the store because I had an issue with my phone. Spoke with Luis and he resolve the problem very shortly. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I would recommend going to the store.

Guys did a great job in the store. Hooked us up with a promo that gave us a free Apple Watch when we bought one. Terrific customer service. 10 out of 10 would go to the specific store again!

Brodi was great with helping us. Did a wonderful job on explains everything to us about the TV services and how to lower our bills.

These guys are beyond helpful. They could sell anything and I wouldn’t feel bad about buying it because they know exactly what you need and the best way to go about helping you.

Great customer service. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of our questions without pause. Did not make us feel pressured into purchasing anything we did not want like some other places.

Worthless manager at this location. I asked him about the theoretical download and upload speeds and he said he did not know and was too busy to find out - with an attitude.

David, Marquis, and Mariah were super helpful and got me a great deal on my trade in. Got me in and out and everything worked out super easy.
