Cannot recommend. Repaired appliance, but broke down the same day. Offered a refund that I said I would accept, but never saw a penny. I really cant understand why they would cheat me now, after many years of using them and having a good working relationship. Its too bad that it handled so poorly.

We cannot understand any review for West Coast Appliance Repair other than 5 Stars. We have used them for several years for our Sub Zero, and Washer/Dryer, and have experienced incredible service. We called last Sunday evening at 7:00PM and had their service tech out next day for a dryer problem. The tech (Sammy) took a look at it and quoted repair cost. It is a 25 year old Maytag and we could not justify the repair cost. Sammy understood and even recommended a replacement (Speed Queen) if we wanted to pay the money for the quality. We now own a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer, and will continue to use West Coast Appliance Service as long as we live.

This company didnt respect the customer thy even didnt answer the phone and when they came to my house they cant fix anything

Made an appointment with this company to come look at 3 appliances, was told I could expect the technician between 9-1, at 3 I called to see where the tech was and why they were two hours passed the window. I was told very rudely and disrespectfully that they don’t drive out of a specific zone and they will not be coming.No one called me back to clear anything up. Was just left out to dry. Worst phone service and support service I’ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service! Tomas came on time. Fixed my Sub-Zero refrigerator the same day. He had all the necessary parts in his truck. I’m very happy with West Coast Appliance service. Highly recommend to everybody.

I have received amazing service by this company!!! Have used them several times for couple of appliances in my house. The technician was very thorough, explained everything and gave me a good price!! After he left everything was left clean and tidy!! Highly recommend!!

Temperature in my subzero fridge gone up over night, water leaked on floor. I called West Coast Appliance Repair and Linda booked me the same day in the afternoon, absolutely amazing considering the factory offered me an appointment in 2 weeks. Imagine living without a fridge for that long. Tech Thomas arrived on time and he had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes, his truck loaded with parts and repaired the temperature control sensor in about a half hour. I appreciated his confidence and friendliness. He took payment by credit card on the spot, on his phone. Finally the service came with a one year warranty should something further go wrong. Thomas also gave good advice about a faulty Igniter on the Wolf stovetop, saving me further expense by fixing it on the spot. Technician convinced me it wouldnt be worth the $450 repair now than spending $1200 or more on fixing Igniter module later). I would happily use West Coast Appliance repair, great service and quick scheduling, did keep their business card/sticker so I can recommend them to friends.

This company was hired by Pacific Sales to install a dishwasher. The technician arrived and looked at where it would be installed and asked the brand. He immediately got an attitude that it would be more money. I stated my landlord purchased the item and he said “well did they leave a check or are we billing them?” When I said I assumed billing he got more of an attitude and said “Well they don’t tell me any of this stuff.” Great you employer doesn’t share information, but not my problem. He then discovered that the store did not include the legs for the unit. He said he would go call them. After 5 minutes I went to see what was happening and he was gone. No information on what was happening, he just left. Absolutely horrific customer service and I suggest avoiding this company at all cost.

The technician came very fast and in time.He was looking very neat and working clean. He performed his work professional that I wasn’t stingy on the tips. The name of the tech was Vadim L. Truly recommend you.

Before I took call for there service, I look into reviews.there reviews was not too good but still I took a chance.trust me it turn totally opposite. they have done the excellent job.they were in time, fixed refrigerator well and its working great. Thank You West Coast Appliance Repair .

They don’t deserve even one star. For starters, their office staff (scheduler) is extremely rude and difficult to understand. They don’t show up for scheduled appointments, or cancel last minute. I had been very specific in my request for repair with make and model and number of appliances. They called last minute to cancel because they said they needed a different person than they had scheduled to come service the king of appliance. They would not send scheduled person to service the appliances they were able to service - just said they would have to reschedule entire appointment. In the past they would send someone out and tell me they needed to order a part. They would not follow up, when I would call to find out the status, nothing had been done... back and forth phone calls to figure out what needed to be ordered and then trying to reschedule when or if the part finally came in...etc. they are a nightmare to deal with.

As always, pleasure doing business with em. Couldnt ask for more caring and supportive services. Blessed that theyre around.

Dont make a deal Rude, Disrespectful & Ripped off.Last week I replaced the Microwave door spring of the KitchenAid Microwave Oven Combo wall unit (Model: KEMC378KSS02) via the West Coast Appliance.Part # WP4451008 I am requesting a replacement price of $ 84 for the part price.This is more than double the price of KitchenAid Website MSRP $ 36.59.And Labor charged $ 250 for 20 minutes of simple work.Still, I can not afford to be expensive, but the more unbearable was the unfriendly, rude and, disrespectful technician Sasha.It is recommended not to use this company and technician Sasha.

What a joke. Had a technician come to our house. He quoted us almost $400 for our wine refrig after he saw the brand name and mentioned how expensive of a brand it is. He looked at it and said it was just the cold control thermostat. Seriously?!!! That’s just a switch! We googled the wine refrig and found the company and was able to order the part for $42 from the factory! That’s right $42! The guy was rude and said he would be back to fix the refrig after I tried doing it myself bc I would ruin it & he would have to fix everything I did. Took me all of 10 minutes to fix it! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are rude!

Dont use these people. Call made an appointment they never showed up. Called them back customer service person couldnt care less. Wont do anything to help this place is a joke.

I called this company specifically because it advertised as 24 hour service but apparently they don’t work after 5:00 pm. That’s false advertisement.

Not sure I want to move forward with my appt tomorrow with this company. The lady on the phone was short, rude and unhelpful. I will update IF I have them come out tomorrow. Does she know what customer service is?
