I made an appointment and waited around all day. When I called to find out what was happening I was informed that none of their technicians came to work. No one bothered to call me. The person answering the phone was extremely unprofessional. Very poor service.

My Viking fridge was not cooling but frosting bad in the freezer. Norman came out as soon as he had an availability & got the issue fixed. Kimmy is so nice & helpful explaining whats wrong & making sure to let us know how much the part will cost before she orders the part. I would use them again for any appliance repair for sure!
