I am not one to write reviews but when you come across exceptional service and professionalism with a business it would be irresponsible of me not to. Andy was fantastic and very helpful when purchasing our new vacuum of which we are very pleased with. If you are looking for good old fashion customer service that is knowledgable about their products then I would come here, and their prices are amazing.

Great service, walked through all the options of the vacuum I was interested in, showed me comparisons between models and brands. Confirmed what Ive been told: dont buy a vacuum from a big box store, find a local shop! Ill 100% be coming here for consumables and service in the future.

Very rude man. Sells me tjen wrong size belt and then blames me that it was broken when I returned it!Wouldnt even order me the proper belt and said it was my machine.I paid $7.95 for tje belt and he refunded me $10.00 saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH ..THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! Word of mouth travels fast. The other guy that use to run the place was a nice man. Been going here for years. Will not visit here again!
