Great experience at Park at Fifth! They were always available answering any questions I had throughout the move in and move out procedures. We even had to leave a month early and they worked extra hard to get someone to fill the last month of our lease! Absolutely wonderful group of people, extremely welcoming!AND the apartments are beautifully done! With a walk in closet (not pictured bc for some reason I didn’t take a picture of the bedroom), I was absolutely loving living here!

Upon moving into our apartment, my boyfriend and I were welcomed greatly by our Leasing Agent Casey! He was very helpful with moving in soon and everything, but something we have noticed is these people working with the agency, Dalton, are more focused on getting people in quickly, and then losing interest in how the current residents are doing. At move-in we documented everything we had wrong with the apartment, and gave them the sheet for their files, however Casey had claimed he was going to put in several maintenance requests which were never followed through with. Maintenance seems to be a problem here after reviewing comments left by past reviewers (you should read them it seems terrible). We have heard they have updated some of their staffing, so that is good. Currently, we have zero pets and are combatting fleas!!! We have tried to call the office once already, and they told me they would schedule a fogging, and we still have heard nothing. Now we are left to dealing with this issue by ourselves with no help, and have put out a lot of money on this problem. We are afraid either peoples pets here are not treated for fleas (I am pretty sure they do not require that), or the previous owner before us had fleas, and they were waiting in the carpet. This worries me they did not treat the carpets/clean them upon move in which is disgusting! Now I am worried we are going to get fined to clean the carpets or something. The only other option would be one jumped on us, but that just seems so unlikely when suggesting the other two. We understand people get busy, but actually caring about your actual residents here seems to be the problem. We pay a decent amount of money for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment (this is Corvallis I know), and they take a large amount for the deposit, so that makes me think in my head, Hey why is the service so bad, and why do I have fleas in this apartment?

I moved to Corvallis from across the country and the staff at the Park at Fifth were extremely helpful in finding an apartment from so far away and made it a much less stressful experience. They answered my every question and always got back to me extremely quickly. Since I’ve lived here, everyone in the leasing office has been very kind and continued to provide the same level of service for me as a resident. The amenities are great and I truly enjoy living here—would highly recommend!

My wife and I moved in to the Park at Fifth about 8 months ago and we have been very happy with our apartment. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and very responsive to any issues. This place is LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly, and is a convenient place for graduate students. Good value for the price, highly recommended.

I loved my time living at the Park at Fifth! There is a great community feeling while still being a quiet and relaxing living environment. Adrianna did an amazing job at maintaining the community feeling through Covid, too! There’s a lot of great restaurants nearby too.

My roomate and I had a wonderful time living here! Staffs are really friendly and neighbors are nice as well. And this property has a great maintenance team. Weve had a few maintenance requests before and they fixed them really quick and efficient! Also, manager Adnanna is really helpful and responsive anytime. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

Adrianna was great! Complex has a community feel, even though Covid-19 made it more difficult. Loved my time here.

We have had a great experience with this place. The appliances have all worked. We rarely hear our neighbors and were within walking distance of everything we need. The apartment staff have always been friendly and they hold events consistently. I cant think of any issues weve had that werent dealt with quickly. Overall, its just been a great place to live. You definitely hear the train though, keep that in mind if you decide to rent here. It is not quiet.

Amanda, the head office manager at this establishment, could not do better at her job. Whether it be inviting my roommates and I in to visit with a cup of coffee to make sure our stay is going well, or bringing in pizza or bagels on Fridays, she truly makes living here worth it. All employees of this property establishment are helpful and have always fixed problems in our apartment within 24 hours. When you enter their office youre always greeted with a sincere friendly hello and you always feel welcome. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a home away from home, like me, a 20 year old student at Oregon State.

Absolutely worst experience with an apartment complex i’ve had. Will nickel and dime you out of everything and charge you out of your entire security deposit even when things were left in the condition that it was in upon moving in. Had asked numerous times to get maintenance done with no replies and never did get done. Locks didn’t work, mold grew out of control on the bathroom ceilings and would not acknowledge that either. Everything stopped working at least once while living here for a year including the hot water, kitchen sink, ect. Upon moving out I had emailed Amanda to see when we would receive our security deposit back as well with what we were charged with and got no response. Emailed and called again several times with absolutely NO response to this day. (Moved out June 25th). Apartment staff seems helpful and genuine at first but turned for the worst upon living there a few months. Completely unprofessional. Make sure you document EVERYTHING while living there especially before moving out. 0/10. Very disappointed.

Honestly has one of the thinnest walls Ive ever rented from. If someone coughed downstairs you could hear it. Plus, the train track is right there so be prepared for the rattling and honking at all hours of the night. There were moisture and mold problems even when we properly vented the place. Do you want fuzzy mold on your furniture, shoes, and everything in between? Then you should try living here.Upon move out, due to their poor carpet installation which we didnt document, we had to replace the whole carpet for a couple thousand. They nickle and dime you for everything so dont expect your deposit back.

I will never rent from Dalton again. When we moved into the Park at Fifth everything seemed fine and they took note of everything damaged when we moved in, and seemed very accommodating. After putting in maintenance requests things werent fully fixed/they used bandaid fixes instead of doing the job correctly. Our carpet smelled as well, and they couldnt tell us if it had been changed before we moved in since they lost the paperwork. Speaking of, they seemed to lose paperwork all of the time for us, especially regarding our pets, making us resign documents at least 4 times in the year and a half we lived there. When we were moving out the ladies in the office became very rude and unprofessional as well as passive aggressive with us. I would never rent from them again. I also dont expect my deposit back from them since they seem to be claiming that despite maintenance requests fixing things is our responsibility.

Took over 2 weeks to deposit my check, had to deal with a lot of misdirected passive aggression, because they were upset with my roommate. Very unprofessional.I lived at park at fifth for over 4 years. It was at its peak with Greystar. Both managers and maintenance were compassionate and directly addressed problems rather than calling someone to come a week later and then punishing us for poorly kept apartments. They hadnt changed out carpet in my last unit for over 10 years.Dalton and Amanda made living here miserable. I do not recommend living here and be ready to be nickle and dimed on your way out. Dont lose window blinds, by the way, they will charge $10 for each individual one as maintenance fee quickly lose your whole deposit.Be weary of 5 star reviews as they are notorious for begging for reviews.

Living here for the past year has been great! My boyfriend and I will be staying for another year with our cat. I do enjoy the cat friendly environment. The amenities such as the pool and community garden are exciting laundry is on-site but not in the apartment. For the price of the apartment I dont mind this aspect since there are benefits such as being close to OSU campus and grocery shopping. The neighbors are decent, I dont hear much going on in other apartments so I would say they are respectful! You get the occasional group of people jumping into the pool at night, but its pretty rare, more likely to happen in the summer. The HIGHLIGHT is Amanda Tuski in the office. She is amazing, literally one of the biggest reasons we are staying is because the office staff and groundskeepers are so friendly and I never worry about dealing with difficult leasers. I think these apartments are great for the the price, there is a bit of give and take on amenities, but overall its been easy to live here and I would definitely recommend it.

We have lived here for about a month now and so far the management has been great and the apartment is very well maintained and everything has been recently updated. The pool is a great place to relax and really adds a really private vibe to the area. Ill update this in the future as the year progresses.Pros: -good price-close to downtown and campus-pool-clean and updated-management is very helpful and niceCons:-only con is the parking! spots are pretty small and getting out is a pain

Really enjoyed the staff, and the amnenities. It was really hard to choose to leave this place, its just so close to everything. Almost everything was in perfect condition and remained so until the end of the agreement. My only gripe was getting the blinds to turn, which says a lot about how nice the place was. The walls seemed to be insanely thick because I couldnt hear my roommates at all when our doors were closed. The park manager is also insanely nice, she will always make sure everything is sorted straight.
