I really like administrative personal and all around garden, pool, gym and facilities maintenance. All is close in terms of shopping, public services and restaurants.

I’m not quite sure if we’ve just had bad luck with neighbors, but I can hear every door opening and conversations extremely clearly. As I speak, I can hear loud talking and I’ve even sent a note asking for neighbors to be mindful with the noise!Edit; thank you for the response! I believe that it’s hard right now as we are all stir crazy because of the pandemic. I will give everyone the benefit of doubt and apartment walls are not metal :)

I really enjoy living here. It was kind of messy getting into the apartment because I was accidentally offered “the wrong deal” even if it was on the site. I just happened to recieve it because they accidentally put it on my lease. They also couldn’t tell me why I couldn’t qualify with my credit. But it was all resolved because I received one month free and their office staff is always on top of things, they have low staff so you have to be patient when calling in but they always call back when I leave a voicemail. Jessica, who works there, is very responsive and is amazing!I love this place compared to my last. It’s beautiful and it’s very spacious. My dog loves it here too. You guys are great!

Best apartment my husband and I have ever lived in. You can never find a better manager than Steve. We lived there for a year and had the best experience. Every thing about these apartments is great. If we ever get back to Corvallis, we would live there again (if Steve was still the manager). Prices are higher than other places but definitely worth it.

I currently live at Conifer Place Apartments and have since 2012. I absolutely love it. The new manager, Steve, is great! The apartments are kept up and maintenance is very attentive. Never once have had an issue with crime. I needed my locks changed very promptly and the staff even checked the entire apartment to make sure no one was in it before doing so. Never charged me for the locks or the new keys. This was such a positive experience for me that I would 100% recommend this apartment complex.

Quick response to repairs, clean, swimming pool, club house, and exercise center. Rent is high but reasonable compare to other places in Corvallis with what they have.

The worst place I have lived in, I admit that neighbors are nice, however, the manager Stave is a thief , once you move out they will steal all the deposit and they will tell you that your apartment was not clean. And guess who do the cleaning ? They are!!!!I advice any one who live there or wants to live there that before you move out pay to a cleaning company to clean your apartment and keep the receipt with you, because once you move out Stave will tell you that your apartment was not clean and his team spent many hours to clean it.

Steve is a great manager! I highly recommend this place

The price got increased recently, The rent is on par with some of the new apartments
