This has been the smoothest move in that I have ever had! The staff was great. We had one small issue with moving and it was solved within the hour. I can not recommend it enough.3 years down and hopefully 2 move to come!

The office staff is amazing and the new renovated units are amazing! We were put on the waitlist and the staff followed up with the best customer service that I have ever had. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!!

This is the perfect place for my son going to OSU. I was sold just talking the staff and how professional they were and how the treated us from the start. They have a lot of options in styles of apartments. We will decently be renewing the lease for as long as possible!

Lived here four years ago and loved it as our first apartment. Only reason we moved was we needed a bigger space. Management was wonderful to work with. We accidentally paid late on our last month living there and the manager wavied our late fee because we were moving out and had been on time the whole year and i had just had a baby. Potentially considering moving back here! You will not be disappointed if you move in here. The one bedroom is a great starter apartment

We applied for an apartment that we were told was available. A month before our move in date, we didnt hear anything from them saying we got the apartment. When we called asking what our application status was(we called about 10 times once a day) and when they finally answered they told us they gave our apartment away. This was a horrible experience since we wasted money and time on the application fee. We called so many times and they never answered the phones. I dont recommend this place to anyone who wants to deal with poor management.

Lived there from 2009 to 2014... best memories. Rent was at $570 and raised to +$700 by 2014Smart choice for car owners, the Parkwest is easy walk to campus and if you have car and expect visitors plenty of parking spots are available on the site.Management and maintenance crew back then were awesome.

Unfortunately for me, I was in a rush to find a place. The manager at the time showed me a different apartment than the one I was looking at, and denied me a walkthrough upon move in, which would have uncovered the pile of sloppy maintenance work.I should have demanded my money back at this point, but decided to choose this option over a few weeks of camping. I should have chosen camping. The new cabinets that were advertised turned out to be new cabinet doors... Oh, and the cabinet doors were hanging on by a thread. The new stove renders the silverware drawer useless. The paint job is poor, at best. The new blinds fell off after a year because they were not properly installed. An AUX Jack was broken on move in. The bathroom door came off its hinges a week after moving in. These were fixed, but in some instances required a second visit to correct subpar repairs. There have been multiple shut offs of the water main. We were told there were port-a-potties in every parking lot during the shut off... But there was never one in our lot.On top of this, when lease renewal came around, they delivered our new lease offer with an incorrect price... With the terrible experience up until that point, we thought we were getting a price break we felt we deserved... They informed us that it was a mistake and gave us our new agreement with a raised rent price. The quality of the experience here has not gone up with the yearly rent increase. We were offered a 5 dollar Dutch Bros gift card for our troubles with maintenance. This was nice, but did not make up for a year of avoidable headaches.

Awesome place to live! Great parking. Friendly, knowledgeable maintenance. The office staff is kind and helpful. I love the location as its close to campus, downtown and nearby park. Grocery and convenience stores nearby. Pricey, yes, but its worth it!!!

If you choose to live in a one bedroom I hope you like sleeping with ear plugs. Every night I could hear the full conversations of those living above me (not kidding there was some stuff I didnt want to know), and every morning I was woken up to the rock music my neighbor played. Not an awful apartment to live besides the fact that they were built with paper thin walls. Parking was another nightmare, they talk about enforcing parking with passes yet Id come home from work every night, have to park no where near my apartment and then as I walk to my place see almost every car that has front row parking lacks a pass. Not recommended for the price of rent ($825)... Not worth it.

I give two star only because it is too noisy to live in one bedroom apartment. It is a downstairs bedroom and I can hear everything from upstairs. The people from upstairs play music or talk after midnight. They didnt try to make loud but I can hear everything. So prepare ear plug if you plan to move in downstairs. Maybe it doesnt matter if the people upstairs are quite during night.Except thin wall and noise from upstairs, others are good. All in all, upstairs is great and downstairs is terrible.

The female manager Annie suffers from narcissistic personality disorder and stole $1,200 from me by claiming I didnt put it in the deposit box, and then tried to evict me. I literally had to hire a lawyer because of her mental illness. This is the most poorly managed apartment complex Ive ever seen, I would give it the lowest rating possible of negative infinity if I could. After I got a lawyer I went to their Salem managerial office and started poking around, after that I found my receipt for the cashiers check and was luckily able to re-pay my rent. If I didnt get a lawyer I would of been evicted because Annie literally feels empowered by the suffering of other people.

Lived here for 2 years in a 1-bedroom.Reason I moved out: Rent raises. Aug, 2014: $735/month. Aug, 2015: $765/month. For Aug, 2016 they wanted $825/month. If not for the raises Id still be living here. The Good: Close to campus. Maintenance is fast with requests. The pool is nice and well maintained. They installed private wi-fi for tenants in 2015. Cabinet space in the kitchen is moderate. Bedroom closet is big.The Bad: Youll hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. Side neighbors arent as bad, but music carries easily through the walls. Rent must be paid by check, they have no direct-deposit or online option, and the late fee is harsh. Mold grows easily in the bathrooms, squeegee your shower after each use or itll cover the walls in no time. No A/C unit. Laundry prices raised when they upgraded in 2015.

If you are looking to live somewhere DO NOT live here. We have payed our rent every month on time, yet they claim we dont pay our rent. We get late fees every month and I got an eviction letter my last month here. They have ruined our credit over something we have never done. They are just looking for ways to screw you over and get your money. Management SUCKS!!!

Dont live here. They are constantly turning off the water because of construction and sometimes do it unannounced. Also the walls are paper thin so I can hear most things of the people in my apartment as well as below. Not a great place to live.
