On the beach in less than 5 minutes. Condo itself was sufficient and cozy. Everything you needed was there. The owner of this condo very nice and helpful. Her place was very clean.Beach and water view from balcony BEAUTIFUL.I realized i left my watch there after travelled 200 miles away. Contacted her and SHE will be shipping it back to me to AZ. Thank you very much.

They need to change the elevator.the unit that we stayed was nice and clean, but they were doing construction at our neighbours balcony .I was not happy with that.the guy did the mess at our balcony thats why we could not use the balcony. the pool was okay and safe for little kids.

The beaches are nice for swimming the water is definitely murky a bit of the time. This location has the USS LEXINGTON which is a high amount of fun.

I live here at Vella del Sol and I absolutely love my newest spectacular the beach is wonderful and just perfect for anyone!

It was overwhelming trying to find the right place to stay. I wanted somewhere i could wake up, drink coffee and watch the dolphins and walk out of the condo and be on the beach. But i also didnt want ro be around people partying or anything like that. This condo is PERFECT. And Liza is AMAZING. She responds so quickly and makes sure you understand everything. She went above and beyond for my family and I. This is werw my family and i will be staying in the future. We had a great time....even thru the storms that rolled thru... Thank you for the amazing memories!!!!

Al was a great host for Unit #3310. Quick response to any questions we had. Condo was in a great location. Easy access to area attractions. We loved the view of the water. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Room was clean and unit was very quiet.

Great little condo! We rented all 4 condos for our recent trip to Corpus Christi, and all were great - very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location; easy walk to beach and pools, as well as the beautiful view. Owners were easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely return here!

I rented room 3226. This was not my first or second time being there. My husband and i always go on our anniversary. We also take our kids. Its alot of room for my family .Thats all you need to do is bring food. Everything is there available for you. Owners are very nice and available at all times. We are looking forward to a future visit. Thanks Liz.

We are so happy to have found this place to stay over the weekend. We rented it from Friday thru Sunday but we loved it so much we added another night. The condo is very clean and roomy for a family with children. Loved the idea of the beach being right there as you open the patio door. Nice to wake up to the morning breeze of the beach. Very quiet environment and staff was awesome. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. Very awesome we look forward to coming back soon. We enjoyed it. Thanks John Blatter we will be in contact pretty soon.

This beach condo is the one you want to stay in! The property overall is not appealing and I was disappointed when I puked up, but once inside unit 3310, all of that went away. The pics look great, but it’s even more stunning in person. I feel like I was on an episode of beachfront bargain hunt on HGTV and it has a killer ocean view. The unit is within walking distance to fajitaville which had great food and live music. The owner of the unit makes you feel as if the condo is yours and was always available if we needed anything. Book unit 3310!

Its been 50 minutes and so far Im in shock at the filth the. Bathroom is full of mold the tub is filthy the faceit is rigged with foil the ac vents are covered in mold the wall above the bunk is missing massive chunks of paint the bunks have no blankets the living room is modeled to look like a 16 yr old hang out the bed is lumpy in the master suit. 3232. The owner could only text and was very helpful in doing so and allowed us to check in 12 hrs earlier than normal but this should have been cleaned the ceiling has random hole Im ver disappointed for nearly 800 I could have taken my business to corporate not local I wanna say I wont come back but I really think Ill avoid this rental till it is over hauled

A few co-workers stayed here. The condos were great, with gates and security to keep things in check.

I tried to rent from John through AirBNB. We were supposed to arrive Friday night, right before hurricane Harvey. The reservation was made after the cancellation period but John contacted me and asked that we move the reservation to another weekend, off the AirBNB books. Well, that was a mistake on my part because the day before we were to arrive, a month or so after the original reservation, John contacted me and claimed he had a displaced family staying in the rental. I was fine with this, my kids werent having been excited all week for a trip to the beach, and agreed to just get a refund in the mail rather than trying to reschedule for the next season. That was a mistake as well, it has now been 2 months since John claimed he was putting the check in the mail.I understand, with the hurricane, if there were extenuating circumstances and Im willing to be flexible in such cases. But, at this point, I have to recommend that this place be avoided.

In the last year I have received many rentals from John, and I have recently listed my properties on his website. Since listing with him, I have already received bookings and look forward to another big summer!
