Lindsey was amazing. I asked her to download some paperwork from a CD, but there were too many pages to print. So she sent me the files to my email. One file was too big, so I asked if she could break it up and send multiple files (my limit was 6MB/file). Lindsey broke it up for me. And she didn’t charge me for this service! It took her five minutes. She was responsive when I called her and told me I could come right over. I am going to use Midnight Technologies for all of my future computer needs.

I dropped off my Xbox One yesterday 7/21/20, today they called me with a question and about 30 minutes later had a free diagnosis ready with a viable fix. THEN they linked me the exact part to buy and improve it with a SSD (the hard drive was going out), not only that they are going pick up the part and install it for me. Ill be back to pick up the Xbox One later today or tomorrow! As a comparison, to send it back to Microsoft wouldve required at least weeks of waiting plus S&H and who knows what else! The cost to fix my xbox is fair and industry standard, but to utilize a local business is honestly priceless to this happy customer. I highly recommend using Midnight Technologies, will definitely call on them next time I have a tech problem like this!
