Purchased a new 2021 Buick Enclave and within a the first week discovered that their was a manufactures defect with front windshield that distorted the view. Before we could call and schedule the appointment for that issue we discovered another issue with grinding noises coming from the front end of the vehicle. Took the vehicle in and opened up a claim to replace the windshield and their mechanic recommended replacing the front brakes. Went to drop off vehicle and maintenance scheduler was questioning why we needed brakes for a 2021 and I had to explain to him that it was recommended by their own mechanic. Spoke to the original maintenance scheduler and dropped off the vehicle with no issues. After 9 hours we decided to follow up and was told they had no front brakes. We received confirmation in the mail all parts had arrived and kept getting the run around about how the windshield people didn’t arrive until noon, nobody told him about us coming in, and now we will have to take another day off work and be without a 55k vehicle that is a month old while offering no loaners. Absolutely no accountability in this service department.

So I got a flat tire on the way back from the beach heading to SA around 3 pm in my Cadillac XT4. The tow truck brought us to the Cadi Service shop around 545 PM on a Friday! David Flores immediately started helping us, giving us options on what we could do. While trying an option, Fred (Alfredo) walked over like a knight in shining armor to save the day!! He stated that another guy could fix the flat tire real quick and we could be one our way in about 20 minutes. David was worried that Elfonzo (spelling??) had left for the day because it was now 6:36 PM and most people go home between 5-6 on a Friday (can you blame them?!?). Fred stated he was pretty sure he could find him and got to work right away. AND HE DID!! 30 minutes later, we were back on the interstate heading to SA!! Truly could not have been bigger live savers that day!! I am grateful that everyone stayed late to help me so I did not have to get a rental vehicle or stay over night! Gentleman, all three of you are wonderful and thank you is just not enough!!

Had problems with customer service. And even spoke to GM corporate they could not get them to communicate or answer them via email or phone. So it is not just me apparently. Took over a week and a half to get Auto Nation corporate in Florida to return calls.

This dealership had my truck for me ne week for a bit me day repair. Because they had to order a part that was to be delivered the next day I understand the first few days. I was advised to leave my truck to avoid potential damage due to the check engine light fault but three days later I had to ask for an update only to be told it would be 4 more days to get to my repair. I was most irritated by the lack of communication. I expected an update and explanation of the delays but they failed to ever contact me. This is a very poor way to treat a customer.

I will never return! needed the recalled airbags replaced, the A/C no longer blew cold air on driver’s side, and the engine idled rough, particularly when started and first running. I dropped off at appointment 8:40 am, was told I would receive a call that evening, no call, I called and they could not find me in the system, same stores next evening, am on 3rd day I picked up vehicle, was told the airbags had been replaced, but not given any paperwork or receipt, no other work had been completed as customer service rep still couldn’t find me in the system that am.

Very professional. I had an 8 am appointment at the north store but came to the south store by my own accord. They took my car in so I didnt have to make the trip crosstown to keep my appointment over there. My car got the scheduled maintenance it needed. Plus they threw in tire alignment and free car wash. I was very blown away by there service. Thanks everyone who took care of me.

This store has had my truck the beginning of December and now that the service is done it needs a battery, but it didn’t need a battery when I dropped it off. The place has made so much money off me and now wants even more. The battery was fine when I dropped it off. The service department is terrible, they think this kind of service is ok. Go to the North location South is terrible.

WORST DEALER IN COPRUS!!!! Do not BUY, or trade any car here.I have bought 2 trucks from here....-Refuses to follow through with full drivetrain warranty and forces me to pay for transmission work (that doesn’t even fix the issue).-Takes 3 days to begin working on a vehicle even with a scheduled apt.- Workers are short-worded and uninformative to customers. (Even Laughs when consumer is confused)-Doesn’t offer any rental service wile a warrantied vehicle gets worked on.And lastly they Simply charge way to much for the absolute LEMONS that are sitting on their lot.

A BIG shoutout to Nieves Cerda III and Eduardo Solis for the best service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Both gentlemen are very professional and quick. I bought my new car Saturday with Nieves and Eduardo’s help. I brought my little sister in today and Nieves made sure she drove off with a new car today. Both gentlemen are very highly recommend. Definitely doing more business with them 💙

Slow and Painful Nightmare. I hate to be so blunt, but honestly if I could give this place negative 80 stars, I would. 1. SLOWEST MOVING BUSINESS IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. 2. They 1000% do not care about their customers. Just about milking them for any and every cent they can get. 3. When they did finally decide it was possible to look at my car (5 hours after they originally told me theyd be able to) the obviously super competent auto techs put a massive dent in my front end while attempting to move my car from the parking lot to the garage with a power pusher. ....didnt fix it, and then preceded to try and charge me $180 just for telling me my key wasnt programed correctly. They never even tried to fix the dent THEY caused. I would NEVER recommend this incompetent money starved establishment to any human being on planet Earth. Buyer Beware: It would have been well worth the longer tow to have avoided this horrible place.

I cancel my service agreement, tire, and gap coverage. Sign a paper and all with dealership. They still have not refund the money too the financing bank. Its been a month. Ive contact the dealership and keep be put on hold. You dont have too purchase all that extra coverage. So be careful that adds another 4gs-5gs too your amount!!

Went in for an oil change on my Silverado. Took an hour for this service as was promised by the service rep. After leaving AutoNation I recieved a phone call from the main manager asking if I was satisfied with how I was treated and the service. I did not expect this but I do appreciate someone in an organization taking care of business as this gentleman did. I will be back.
