This is a review of the service department. We have been here several times to have our vehicle serviced and left disappointed every time. If you go here for service, plan to spend about 5-6 hours of your day no matter what you’re having done. Expect to have to constantly ask the service managers for updates. Don’t expect to talk to a manager without jumping through hoops to get there. You will be charged for services that did not happen. You will be lied to. You will wait in a dirty outdated waiting area. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself, then walk next door to Toyota and see the difference. I would rather pay my 15 year old neighbor to change my oil than go back to this place that offers “five star service”. Yeah right.

Love the employees They all treat you nice they work good on your car Patricia is a very nice person she go over with u about the car. So yes I take my vehicle to Hyundai dealership again .

All of the people who work there are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My brother and I both bought cars from there. I really recommend anyone whos shopping for a new car to go there.

I have used AutoNation in Virginia and now in Corpus Christi, but this Hyundai experience was the best. My service rep, Brennan was very polite and professional, he even took a look at my car to see if he could quickly diagnose the issue(security alarm going off at random).Brennan offered me a ride, and I was picked up by Ms. Viera in a very attractive and new Hyundai vehicle. It was so nice to be picked up in that car as opposed to those old and deteriorating pink vans that AutoNation typically uses. That was a very nice car, but the driver was exceptional, very safe and friendly. That one hour with AutoNation today was the happiest part of my day. I like to think that everyone at AutoNation is as wonderful as the two people I dealt with today. Please forgive me, I probably spelt their names wrong. Sincerely, J.A.

I just had my first oil change and the service department is just as great as the sales team. The customer service weve received from AutoNation Hyundai has ensured our next vehicle purchase!

Went and bought a part for my car...

Refused to print me out an estimate I asked for for the repairs to my vehicle so I could verify repairs. Sad sad service department. Easy for me to walk way from a dealership who is hiding what they are doing.

Really.. 2 and a half hours for an oil change...? The service here has really gone down hill..
