No stars, if I could. But Google will not allow me to post unless a star is filled in. Horrible customer service. Disappointed on how they have handled my policies at my expense $$$ . The office is a joke, the actual agent has never reached back out to me to try and fix it. Highly do not recommend. Complete opposite of their slogan youre in good hands! Mistake ever signing up with them.

Its like everything else every 6 months of policy keeps going up had a problem with my truck running over a pallet in the middle of the highway and they could not find the damage they gave me a total of $800 and I had to end up replacing the front end of my truck because supposedly they couldnt find the damage considering moving to another service Ive been with them six years sad so much for loyalty

I am so pleased with the customer service at the Melissa Gil Allstate Insurance agency. Miranda is very, very helpful and I just wanted to share my positive experience especially after my very negative experience with State Farm. The State Farm agent was nice but he actually apologized for the combative attitude of the State Farm adjusters that tried, unsuccessfully, to duck a valid claim. So I decided to ditch State Farrm and Im so glad I did. With the Melissa Gil Allstate agency Ive had no difficulties at all. Thank you, Miranda and Melissa Gil for being the kind of agency that people can trust when they need your help.

Stay away. Never received a call back regarding my account. I received better service from Allstates telephone customer line and cancelled my insurance. Apparently, no one wants to work.

These people treat you with respect and they care about you and your family . The staff are very helpful every time I need their help they are there, this is the best insurance to company to get your insurance for home and auto . I have had insurance with them for some years now and I highly recommend this insurance for all of you.
